This recall involves atmospherically vented propane and natural gas water heaters in 30, 40, 50 and 60 gallon capacities. The recalled water heaters are white with a red "Giant" logo decal on the front. The water heaters have a nameplate near the gas valve with the model number, date of manufacture and serial number. This recall involves four styles of "Cheeky" six-ounce ceramic teacups. The cups have floral motifs with gold painted accents and have four "cheeky" phrases, such as "booze" and "more whiskey please," painted on the inside or outside rim of the cup. "Dishwasher Safe," "Microwave Safe" and "Made in China" are printed on the bottom of the cup.
This recall involves Sears Kenmore 24-inch wide freestanding electric ranges with model number 790.90152 with serial numbers from NF408 through NF424 and model number 790.90153 with serial numbers from NF408 through NF427. The ranges have smooth cooktops and are white or black with stainless steel accents. The model and serial numbers are located on the bottom right frame of the range inside the storage drawer.
The ZETA by Jackco Pocket Jump Starter - Deluxe Set contains a battery pack used to jump start vehicles and charge cell phones, tablets, laptops and other devices. The set comes in a black canvas case with red trim and a black handle. When closed, the case measures about 9 inches long by 8.5 inches wide by 3 inches deep and weighs about 2 pounds. The interior is black with mesh pockets. ZETA is printed on the front of the case in red and blue letters. The set includes mini jump clamps, universal cable for laptop charging, 12V accessory cable and USB cable with adapters. The battery pack has three Power Ports - 19 Volt, 12 Volt and 5 Volt - and can be plugged into an AC wall outlet or a 12-volt car charger for recharging. The lithium-ion battery pack is white and 6 inches long by 3 inches wide by 1 inch deep. A silver product label with Model Number ZT50420 printed in black is found on the backside of the recalled battery pack. Under this product label is a second product label containing the date code: XM201407XXXXXX, which translates to July 2014, the date of manufacturing.
This recall is for Lifepro brand portable infrared quartz space heater models LS-IQH-DMICRO and LS-IQH-MICRO. The recalled heaters are about 6 1/2 inches tall x 5 inches wide x 3 3/4 inches deep and made of black plastic. They have a three-prong plug built into the back to allow them to be plugged directly into an electrical outlet. The Lifepro logo is molded into the front bottom of the heaters. Model LS-IQH-DMICRO is a 400-watt heater with digital display on the top. Model LS-IQH-MICRO is a 450-watt heater with no display. The model name and wattage are printed on a label on the back of each heater below the plug.
This recall involves Holmes brand oil-filled heaters that are black or white in color. The heaters included in the recall are about 23 inches tall, 6 inches deep and 12 inches wide and have model number HOH3000 or HOH3000B printed on a label on the bottom of the product. The "Holmes" logo is near the power switch and temperature control. Products affected have a code on the heater plug blade within the following range: G192 through G298. No other codes are affected.
This recall involves Lenovo's LS-15 AC power cord manufactured from February 2011 to December 2011. The power cords were distributed with IdeaPad brand B-, G-, S-, U-, V- and Z-series laptop computers and Lenovo brand B-, G- and V-series laptop computers. The recalled power cords are black in color and have the "LS-15" molded mark on the AC adapter end. The manufacture date code in the format REV: 00 YYMM is on a label attached to the cord.
This recall involves the power supply and charger included exclusively with the HobbyZone Super Cub S Ready-To-Fly aircraft, model number HBZ8100 and the HobbyZone Super Cub S Bind-N-Fly model number HBZ8180. Aircraft model numbers are located on the packaging. The power supply is 2 ½ inches by 1 ¾ inches by 1 ¼ inches and is black with a blue label that reads "HobbyZone" and model "HBZ1004." The DC auxiliary charger is 5 inches by 2 ½ inches by 1 ¾ inches and is black with a blue label that reads, "HobbyZone" and model "HBZ1003."
This recall involves Goal Zero's Sherpa brand 50 and 120 rechargeable battery packs that are used to charge cell phones, tablets, laptops and other devices. The battery packs can be plugged into an A/C wall outlet, a 12-volt car charger or an attachable solar panel for recharging. The lithium ion iron phosphate battery packs are silver and black. Goal Zero and Sherpa 50 or 120 are printed on one side of the battery pack. The serial number is printed on the other side. Serial numbers that start with S/N 11002 or S/N 11102 are included in the recall. Sherpa 50 battery packs with serial numbers starting with S50 are not included in this recall.
The recalled Simplex 4100ES Fire Control Panel is an addressable fire alarm control panel that can support up to 2,500 addressable points, fire alarm and emergency voice communications and peer-to-peer networking operations. The metal cabinets containing the panel are red or white and measure about 22 inches to 56 inches in height, 24 inches in width and 7 inches in depth. The panels have Simplex 4100ES printed on the front of the panel.
Power Bank charger is a self-contained energy source used to charge cell phones and other devices when an electrical outlet is not available. The unit is rectangular in shape and measures approximately 3.6 inches long by 1 inch high by 1 inch wide. It has a white top and the sides are either black, dark blue, lime green, light blue, orange, pink, purple, red, white or yellow. On the white top of the charger in black letters are "OUT DC5V" and "IN DC5V". Units with a period after the lettering - reading "OUT DC5V." - are not involved in this recall. The name and/or logo of the organization that gave away the charger as a promotional item appears on the side of the power bank.
This recall involves Cool Draft misting mid-pressure and high-pressure misting fans. The misting fans fit on top of 15-gallon yellow or orange round Igloo coolers or on top of gray 40-gallon water tanks. Cool Draft by Ventamatic is printed on a sticker on the fan's water tank and www.cooldraft.com is printed on a sticker in the center of all of fans.
This recall involves all models of single- and dual-purpose Coaire and Quietside brand tankless gas water heaters. The recalled water heaters heat either 4 or 7.2 gallons of water per minute. They are white and come in the following dimension ranges: 25-28 inches tall x 15-19 inches wide x 8-14 inches thick. The words "S-Line Condensing" are on the top front and brand names "Coaire" or "Quietside" are on the bottom front of the recalled water heaters.

This recall involves Visonic Amber Pendants MCT-212 GS LA S (315) ENR and Visonic Amber Kits GS LA (315) KIT2. The kits contain the pendant and a base station. The Visonic Amber personal miniature transmitter pendant enables the consumer to remotely signal their personal emergency response system to send a request for assistance. The pendant is off-white with a red oval-shaped button on the face. It measures about 1 1/2 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide by 5/8 of an inch deep. The white, plastic base station measures 8 inches wide by 2 inches deep by 11 inches high, and has an emergency, call and status check button. A label on the back of the pendant lists the part number and serial number. The flat panel televisions are black with "JVC" printed in the lower center of the television front. Model and serial numbers are located on the bottom left on the back of the television.

The units are rated 230/208 volt, 3.5 kW and are most often installed in walls of hotels, motels, apartment buildings and commercial spaces to provide room climate control. The recalled units are beige with serial numbers ranging from 0701009633 through 0804272329. The brand name is located on the unit's front cover. The serial number is located on the control board plate found by lifting the unit's front cover.

The power cords were distributed with HP and Compaq notebook and mini notebook computers and with AC adapter-powered accessories such as docking stations. The power cords are black in color and have an "LS-15" molded mark on the AC adapter end of the power cord.
This recall includes SolarWorld solar systems installed with bare-copper grounding lugs installed after June 1, 2010. These solar systems use energy from the sun to generate electricity within a system circuit. The installation instructions for SolarWorld solar systems sold after June 1, 2010 called for the use of GBL-4DB lugs for grounding. SolarWorld has revised these installation instructions to explicitly call for tin-coated lugs, specifically Ilsco part number GBL-4DBT. "T" is for tin-coated and indicated by the silver color of the lug.
