This recall involves plastic Harbor Breeze bathroom fans with a center light and a heater. The fans are white and measure about 11 x 17 inches. Model number 7109-01-L, Lowe's item number 194492 and UPC code 820633985358 are printed on the fan's packaging. A date code beginning with either 0, 11, 12 or 13 is printed on the fan's housing, which indicates the fan was manufactured between August 2010 and March 2011.
This recall involves white, straight track systems used to hold and power light fixtures. The recalled tracks are model numbers 00149242 and 10149246, supplier number 21338 and date stamp 1134 through 1213. The brand name IKEA, 365+ SÄNDA, supplier number and date stamp are printed on a white label attached to the side of the track. The recalled tracks are 28" and 45" long.
This recall includes the following 11 models of Hot Spring Spas and Limelight Hot Tubs brand spas installed with Therm Products No-Fault Water Heaters: Aria, Envoy, Flair, Glow, Grandee, Jetsetter, Prodigy, Pulse, Sovereign, Vanguard and Vista. The recalled spas were manufactured from March 2011 to December 2011 and were installed since October 2011. The date is represented by 2N, 3N, or 4N in the spa's seven to 10 alpha-numeric serial code. For example, xxx2N#### or xxx4N####, where "xxx" represents a series of letters one to three characters long, and "####" is a four-digit numerical sequence. The model name and serial code are printed on a label within the spa's equipment compartment, located behind a removable panel on the side of the spa.
The recalled tricycles are battery powered with 24" wheels and a basket between the rear wheels. Their brand name, eZip or iZip, is printed on the sides of the bike and above the front wheel. Bikes were sold in the following colors: red, blue and sand. Recalled tricycles are in the serial number range ACB06L00001 to ACB10H99999. Serial numbers are engraved on the frame under the handlebar support on the front of the tricycle. Model numbers include EZ-TRY-SD, IZ-TRY-RD, IZ-TRICR7-BL and IZ-TRY8-BL.
This recall is of two models of 1500 watt Climate Keeper ceramic heaters. Both models have a fan, two dials on top, a wire mesh panel in front and the name "Climate Keeper" and a label on the bottom with the model number and ETL 3130679. Model #FH107A has grey plastic housing. Model #PTC-902T is an oscillating heater with silver-grey plastic housing, a molded handle on top of the heater and a small extra button between the two dials which controls the oscillation.
This recall involves 28 different models of ceiling flush-mounted light fixtures manufactured between June 1, 2010 through November 25, 2010 with a diameter ranging from 7.5" to 13". All affected fixtures have a round base or canopy affixed to the ceiling and a dome- or cylindrical-shaped cover. The recalled fixtures have a variety of finishes including metal and/or clear or frosted glass and contain one, two or three light bulbs. Canopies are a range of colors including white, bronze, brass (gold) and nickel. Most models have a nib in the center of the dome cover in the same color as the canopy. Although the manufacturer's name, the fixture model number and production date can be found on a printed label on the ceiling-side of the fixture's metal canopy, consumers are advised not to remove the metal canopy from the ceiling in order to access this label.
This recall involves outdoor wall-mount lanterns made of cast aluminum in a rust color with beveled glass. A question mark shaped piece of metal connects the lantern body to the wall-mount plate. The lanterns were sold at Lowe's stores under the Portfolio brand name with item number 253366 and at lighting showrooms with item number 44181. The brand name and item number are printed on the product's packaging. Lanterns included in the recall are 19.25-inches tall by 9.75-inches wide by 9.25-inches deep and have a three-light candelabra base cluster inside. Part number "E194303" is printed on the base plate and on a label affixed to one of the light sockets.
The recalled products are Kitchen Selectives® 6-Speed Blenders, model BL-15. The model number is located on the bottom of the base. The blender consists of a six-inch tall, white electrical base with five, white speed-selector buttons labeled 1 through 5, one gray button labeled "Pulse/Off" and the logo "Kitchen Selectives®" in black letters on the front; a clear plastic pitcher with a handle with U.S. and metric volume measurement markings; a white plastic lid with a removable clear plastic lid stopper; and a white plastic blade assembly with two angled, stainless steel blades.
This recall conducted by He Shan Lide involves pink and blue plastic LED desk lamps with a flexible metal neck approximately 12" long and a clamp at the base. The power cord has a silver label attached to it. On one side of the label "MET," "Electrical Safety", "E113152" and "Apr. 2011" are printed. The other side of the label includes the model number F3044-AC-01 (pink lamps) or F3044-AC-02 (blue lamps). The plug on the power cord is labeled "KENIC KE 01P E155176."
The recalled all-in-one desktop computers, or PCs, are flat-panel monitors with the PC integrated into the monitor housing itself. The power supplies are also inside the monitor or PC housing. The computer chassis has a matte black finish with the brand name "ThinkCentre" in the lower left hand corner of the monitor front. The recalled desktop model numbers, M90z and M70z, along with the serial number and manufacturing date code can be found on a label on the underside of the unit. Models Date Codes M70z and M90z 1001 to 1012 1101 to 1112 1201 to 1203 001 to 012 101 to 112 201 to 203 Consumers will need to check the serial number on their computer with Lenovo to determine if it is subject to this recall.
The charger holds two AA or AAA batteries, is silver colored and has a sticker on the top which says "Digital Concepts" and "Compact Travel Charger". This recall involves item numbers CH-1600S and CH-1600-RS which are identified with the date code MID#: 0801110. Both numbers can be found on the white label on the underside of the charger. Also on the underside are three screws and a retractable power plug.
This recall involves Arena Lamps (also called Disco Lights, Disco Light Projectors and Arena Light Kaleidoscopes) with the model number 3007952. The model number only appears on the original packaging. The lamp is used to project circular colored lights on a ceiling or wall for lighting effect and comes in a silver, rectangular box shape measuring 9"x5"x5". Light from the lamp is projected from a single circular cut out at one end of the box. A silver handle wraps half-way around the lamp and is affixed with large black thumb screws on either side of the lamp, and there are two rows of ventilation slots along the top. Underneath the lamp is a circular fan vent. On the back of the lamp, an on/off switch, power cord and a knob with the word "FUSE" written in white are in a row along the top.

This recall involves Touch Point brand oscillating forced air fan heaters with model number HW-218 and date code 0811. The model number and date code are on a silver sticker on the bottom of the heater. Universal Product Code (UPC) 7-13733-30927-1 is on the bottom of the packaging. The heaters are white, 12 inches tall, 9 inches wide and 8 inches deep. They have two round control knobs and a red warning light on the top front, and a black on/off switch on the front base that controls the fan's oscillation. The words "Touch Point" appear on the right front of the heater's base.
The recall involves Superex SAFETO GO LED flashlight and battery sets. The flashlight sets include one 9.5-inch flashlight with 10 LEDs, two 7.5-inch flashlights with seven LEDs and two 6-inch flashlights with five LEDs. The sets also include seven "D" size batteries and four "AA" size batteries. The flashlights in the sets are made of either red or black plastic with black or gray rubber around the handles and light bases. The words "Superex," "SAFETO GO Family Pack," and "Bright White LED Flashlights" appear on the front of the packaging. The UPC 0-56986-01008-3 is printed on the back of the packaging along with the SKU number 700935.
This recall includes Honeywell Surround Select Series portable electric heaters with model numbers HZ-420, HZ-430, and HZ-440 and five-digit date codes that have 11 as the last two digits. The heaters are black or white cylinders with a handle on top. The model number is stamped into the plastic on the bottom of the heater. The date code is located on the metal prongs of the heater's electrical plug. "Honeywell" and "Surround Heat" are printed on the front of the heaters. This heater was distributed by Kaz USA under license from Honeywell.
This recall involves Classic Quarters Five Light Floor Lamps. The lamps stand about five feet tall and have a gunmetal or chrome colored metal pole and five adjustable lights mounted on flexible metal tubes at the top. Dark plastic or multi-colored double plastic shades cover each of the five lights. Recalled lamps use standard incandescent or CFL bulbs and have labels marked with the model number "G-1843-5" affixed to the underside of the lamp base. These lamps can be further identified by SKU numbers 612007239, 612007829 or 612008982 at the beginning of the instructions. Lamps that use candelabra bulbs are not subject to this recall and can be identified by labels marked with the model number "G-1844-5B" and SKU numbers 612009036 or 612009037 in the instructions.
Navien tankless hot water heaters are white with "T-Creator" and "NAVIEN" on the front. Recalled model numbers are CR-180(A), CR-210(A), CR-240(A), CC-180(A), CC-210(A) and CC-240(A) manufactured in 2008. A label on the side of the water heater lists the model number along with the manufacturing year in YYYY format.
This recall involves Brookfield entry way decorating sets which include two green artificial 48-inch (4 ft.) trees in black metal vases, one green 24-inch wide wreath and one green 9-foot long garland. The wreath has battery-powered white lights. The trees and the garland plug into wall outlets. "True Value," "True Value Item #136879" and "UPC code 0 29033 36798 0" are printed on the product's box.
This recall involves RAYOVAC-branded replacement battery packs used with cordless power tools. "RAYOVAC," "NI-CD" and a part number beginning with "CTL" are printed in white lettering on the product. The battery packs were sold in voltages ranging between 2.4 and 18 volts in various sizes and shapes. They were sold as replacement batteries to the following brand tools: Black and Decker, Bosch, DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Panasonic, Ryobi and Skil.
