The Hamilton Beach recall involves model 22602 toasters. The model number is printed on the bottom of the toaster. The toaster has a chromed steel exterior, a front control panel with a rotary toast shade selector and function buttons arranged in an arc, a front removable crumb tray and "Hamilton Beach" printed below the control panel.
This recall includes the Rocketfish™ Model RF-KL12 Mobile Battery Case. The battery case is made of black lightweight, soft-touch rubberized material designed to hold the phone securely, and comes with a built-in battery. The model number "RF-KL12" appears on the front of the product's packaging, on the packaging barcode, and in white print on the curved inner surface of the product.
The recalled product is a Mophie Juice Pack Air rechargeable external battery which consists of a lithium polymer battery built into a plastic case designed to snap onto the back of an iPod Touch 4G music player. The battery cases come in black, blue or red. Only battery cases with serial numbers that have the first five alphanumeric characters of TR113 through TR120 are subject to this recall. The serial number can be found inside the housing of the product.
This recall involves Heath®/Zenith and WirelessCommand® motion sensing wall switches with model numbers listed below. The product replaces a standard household wall switch and is designed to turn off the attached lighting load when motion is no longer detected in the room. The products come in white or ivory. The refrigerators were sold individually or as side-by-side companion units. The refrigerators come in a stainless steel finish. This recall includes Wolfgang Puck brand combination electric grills/griddles with dual thermostatic controls and model number BRTGG010. The grills measure about 14.5 inches in width, 11 inches in depth and 6.5 inches in height. The model number is located on an ETL/Intertek foil sticker label affixed to the bottom of the unit. The stainless steel grills/griddles have "Wolfgang Puck Bistro Collection" stamped on the front of the unit next to the control dials. They feature a stainless steel handle used to compress the top and bottom grill plates.
The recalled product is a black lithium-poly 37 volt, 10Ah battery used in electric bicycles and propulsion systems. The battery is 8.75 inches x 5.75 inches x 3.25 inches. "E+" appears on a label on the side of the battery. Recalled batteries have "EMS# 11819-101" at the top right of the label with a serial number between 10001 and 10200. The batteries were sold on their own and as part of the E+ Flex Kits. The kits are complete propulsion systems.
The Losi NiMH Start-Up Combo Charger is black, measures 4" x 2" and has model number LOSB9904. The model number is printed on the back of the product's packaging with the bar code. A Losi logo sticker is on the front of the charger, along with another sticker bearing the instruction: "Use only with 7.2V NiMH Batteries 1500mAh or higher." On the back of the charger is a sticker with voltage and current ratings for input (100-240VAC, 1.0A) and output (8.5V, 3A) along with another Losi logo.
This recall affects all Chefmate® 6-Speed Blenders, model BL-10. The model number is located on the bottom of the base. The blender consists of a six-inch tall, white electrical base with five, white speed-selector buttons labeled 1 through 5, one gray button labeled "Pulse/Off" and the word "Chefmate®" in black letters on the front; a clear plastic pitcher with a handle with U.S. and metric volume measurement markings; a white plastic lid with a removable clear plastic lid stopper; and a white plastic blade assembly with two angled, stainless steel blades.
The recalled thermostats are rectangular, white, programmable thermostats used to control electric baseboard and fan heaters. "Honeywell" or "Cadet" is printed on the front of the thermostats that come in various sizes. This announcement involves previously recalled Touch Point oscillating ceramic heaters with model number PTC-902. The grey/silver color heaters are about 10-inches tall, have a black screen across the front and controls on the top. The model number and UPC code 7-60236-58339 are printed on a metal label/plate on the bottom of the heater. Some models have an additional digit in the UPC code, making it a 12-digit code. In addition, some heaters will have a UPC code 7-13733-29222 sticker on the bottom of the packaging box.

This recall involves GE Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) and packaged terminal heat pumps manufactured between January 2010 and March 2011, and are most often used in apartment buildings and commercial space.
