The recall involves Li-Polymer battery packs sold with Belkin Bluetooth™ GPS Navigation System models F8T051 and F8T051-DL. The GPS model number can be found on a label on the bottom of the unit. "Part No.: 300-203712001" and Model No.: AE-8210" are written on the side of the battery.
The recall involves two Jøtul models of gas-fired stoves - the GF 100 DV II Nordic QT and the GF 200 DV II Lillehammer. The stoves are fueled with liquid propane (LP) gas. The model number (either GF 100 DV II or GF 200 DV II) can be found on the metal rating plate attached to the back of the stove.
The recall involves models E300, E300S, E200 and E200S Razor Electric Scooters, which are powered by battery motors. The model numbers appear on the down tube attaching the handlebars to the deck. The scooters are collapsible for storage, and are equipped with a stepping plate and kickstand attached to the base. The E300 and E300S models are silver and green. The E200 and E200S models are silver and red. Models E100 and E125 scooters are not included in this recall.
The recall involves PowMax battery chargers distributed with Razor battery-powered scooters and ride-on vehicles. The name "PowMax" appears prominently on the face of the battery charger unit. The vehicles that were sold with the recalled chargers include Razor™ electric scooters (Models E100, E125, E300, E300S, E200, and E200S), Razor Pocket Rocket™ mini electric motorcycles, Razor Ground Force™ electric go karts, and Razor Chopper mini electric motorcycles.
The recall involves battery packs used with the Mintek portable DVD players with a 7" (diagonal) screen and model number DVD-1710. "Mintek DVD-1710" is printed on the top and bottom of the unit. The DVD player is silver and gray colored and the battery pack is silver with a nameplate on the bottom that is marked RB-LiP01 or RB-LiP02.
The recalled Welbilt Electronic Pressure Cooker was sold under model number PC501. The model number PC501 is located in three places: near the control panel, on the instruction/warning label near the bottom of the unit, and on the bottom of the product. The name "Welbilt" is located near the control panel. The pressure cooker measures 11 inches high, 11 inches wide and 15 inches long and was sold in white.
The recall involves AC power adapters sold with Go!Data 3.5-inch IDE external hard drive enclosures. The AC adapters were sold only with the drive enclosures. "PRiver" or "MoreTec" is written on the enclosures.
The recalled lithium-ion batteries are used with the following computers: 12-inch iBook G4, 12-inch PowerBook G4 and 15-inch PowerBook G4. The recalled batteries include those with model numbers A1061, A1078 and A1079 and serial numbers that begin with HQ441 through HQ507 or 3X446 through 3X510. Consumers should remove the battery from the computer to view the model and serial numbers labeled on the bottom of the unit. No other PowerBook or iBook batteries are involved in this recall. The recall involves the Holmes model HCH4305 portable electric heaters sold by QVC as QVC Item No. V19768. The model number and date code is located on the bottom of the heater. Recalled heaters have a date code beginning with "33xx" through "39xx".
This inventory retrieval involves valves manufactured by Cimberio: ¾" FIP x 5/8" OD (15/16"-16 thread) Gas Ball Valve; ¾" FIP x ¾" FIP Gas Ball Valve; ¾" FIP x ¾" FIP Gas Ball Valve with Side Tap; ¾" FIP x ¾" FIP Gas Ball Valve with Square Head. The recalled 27-inch Sharp conventional tube televisions include models 27RS50, 27RS100 and CSR5027. The model number can be found on the label on the back of the television.
DESA and Scheu portable propane infrared (tank top) heaters with the following model names and number are involved in this recall: All-Pro (SPC-15R & SPC-30R), Reddy Heater (HD15A & HD30A) and MASTER (TT15A & TT30A). Reddy, ALL-PRO and Master Heaters imported by DESA have serial numbers between 016,000,000 and 016,159,999. All-Pro heaters imported by Scheu have serial numbers beginning with a "C" or "D" prefix. The model and serial numbers are on the carton and on the heater. The designation "Made in China" is on the carton and warning label attached to the heater. This recall involves only heaters made in China with the serial numbers listed above and does not include those made in Mexico or in China with different serial numbers. The heaters made in Mexico have the same or similar model numbers, but show "Made in Mexico" on the carton and warning label and use the prefix "M" in the serial number. There have been no problems with the Mexican heaters and they are not to be returned.
Only model number MH18B Mr. Heater "Big Buddy" and "Tough Buddy" propane heaters are included in the recall. The model number is located on the rear panel of the unit. The heaters are either black with yellow accents around the burner tiles or light gray with red accents around the burner tiles. "Mr. Heater" is printed in the lower right hand corner of the heaters.
The recalled KitchenAid® ProLine® countertop toasters are painted die-cast metal or stainless steel and come in 2-slice or 4-slice models. Only batteries used with the RCA portable DVD players with model number DRC600N are being recalled. The DRC600N model DVD player with the battery attached is about 7½ inches wide, 5½ inches deep, and 2 inches high. The cabinet housing is plastic, except for a metal "skin" on the top of the player. The metal "skin" is silver colored, and the rest of the DVD player is tan or dark gray. The logo "RCA LiFE," along with the words "DVD VIDEO" are printed on the top of the DVD Player. The battery attaches to the bottom of the DVD player.
The candleholder is shaped like a lotus flower. It is plastic and consists of eight small candles that are ignited by a center flame. The small candles open up to resemble a flower blooming. There is a battery inside the center candle that allows it to play the music to "Happy Birthday".
The recalled 52-inch and 61-inch JVC rear projection televisions were manufactured between May 2004 and November 2004. The televisions have the following model and serial numbers: HD-52Z575: 10980014 through 16980772HD-52Z575: 16986471 through 16989999HD-52Z585: 10980031 through 16981502HD-61Z575: 10980031 through 16982712 HD-61Z585: 10980031 through 16980942 The model and serial numbers can be found on the back of the television in the lower center portion of the unit. The JVC logo appears on the front of the television.
The recall includes the Dacor Darwin Air dive computer with serial numbers 3265 through 3415, and the Dacor Darwin Console dive computer with serial numbers 8503 through 8592. The serial number will appear on the dive computer screen after removing and reinserting the batteries. The Darwin Air is a completely integrated dive computer and pressure gauge with "Dacor Darwin Air" written on the front. It is encased in gray on black heavy-duty plastic. The Darwin Console is a dive computer with a compact submersible pressure gauge bearing the word "Dacor" on the front. It is encased in black heavy-duty plastic.
The following models are included in this recall and were sold after January 20, 2004: GE dishwasher models GSD5500G, GSD5560G, GSD5800G, GSD5900G, GSD5960G, EDW3000G, and EDW3060G, with serial numbers with the first letter A through T and the second letter G, or the serial letters VF. The serial number is important, as not all dishwashers with these model numbers are included in this recall. The model and serial number are located inside the door wall of the dishwasher.
