The recalled electric pictures are framed artwork that utilizes electric lights and sound and feature moving background scenes, including waterfalls and beach scenes. The paintings come with wooden, glass mirror, or plastic frames. The pictures come in seven different sizes: 180cm x 112cm, 148cm x 98cm, 118cm x 74cm, 98cm x 48cm, 65cm x 45cm, 26cm x 20cm, and 25cm x 25cm.
The recalled AC adapters were used with Dell Latitude™, Precision™, and Inspiron™ notebook-style personal computers. The notebook computers have the following model numbers, which can be found either screened onto the surface of the computer or printed on a label on the bottom of the computer: - Latitude: CP, CPi, CPiA, CPtC, CPiR, CPxH, CPtV, CS, CSx, CPxJ, CPtS, C500, C510, C600, C610, C800, C810, V700, C-Dock, C-Port. - Inspiron: 2500, 2600, 3700, 3800, 4000, 4100, 4150, 5000, 5000e, 7500, 7550, 8000, 8100, Advanced Port Replicator, Docking Station. - Precision: M40 The recalled adapters have the words "DELL" and "P/N 9364U," P/N 7832D" or "P/N 4983D" printed on the back of the unit.
The recall involves 16-inch diameter 3-speed oscillating fans which mount on adjustable stands. "NYZT" appears in the center of the front fan guard. The model numbers, FS-1601A and FS-1607C, are found on a silver label on the back of the controls. The fans come in two color combinations: either blue and white, or all gray.
These PTACs are owned mainly by commercial and institutional organizations and are used in the lodging industry, apartments, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, schools, and government buildings. A small number of the recalled units are owned by individual homeowners. The PTACs are beige in color and are intended for through-the-wall installation. Goodman manufactured all of the recalled units, which were sold under the Amana, Trane, and American Standard brand names. Goodman and Trane/American Standard are separate, unrelated entities. The recalled PTACs consist of Amana brand units manufactured from January 1996 through March 2003, and Trane and American Standard brand units manufactured from January 1996 through August 2002, that use electric heaters rated at 3.5 kilowatts (kW) or greater. To check the serial and model numbers, remove the front cover by pulling it from the bottom straight out until the clips release, then lifting it up. For some units, it is first necessary to remove two ¼" screws (in the filter compartment) that secure the front cover.
The recalled TV/VCR carts are white, light brown and light reddish brown; have decorative hardware and trim; and are about 29 inches wide, 17 inches deep, and 25 inches high. The carts are equipped with a top shelf for a television 20 inches or smaller and a middle shelf for a VCR and a lower storage area. The recalled carts include models 3355, 6355, 7755, 9855 and 9755, which can be found on the instruction book that came with the cart.
The recall involves Leoch-brand scooters that were also sold under the names "E-Scooter" and "Red Dragon." The scooters have a seat, two wheels and footrests on each side. A sticker on the left footrest reads, "E-Scooter." On the right footrest there is a sticker with a horse-head image. A serial number is printed underneath the left footrest. The affected scooter's model number is DK24250-3.
The recalled 56W AC power adapters were shipped primarily with IBM ThinkPad i Series, 390 and 240 Series, and s Series notebook computers. The adapters have three hollow pins at the AC inlet and part number 02K6549 on a label on the top of the unit. The IBM logo appears on top of the unit. Adapters with solid pins are not included in this recall.

The recall includes electric coil top freestanding ranges and wall ovens. The coil ranges are 30 inches wide with controls in the rear. The wall ovens include the 27- and 30-inch models, with the lower oven controlled by a knob and not self-clean. The upper oven is self-clean. The recalled batteries are used with the 15-inch PowerBook G4 (Aluminum) laptop computer. The batteries, which contain cells manufactured during the last week of December 2003 only, have the model number A1045 and serial numbers that begin with HQ404, HQ405, HQ406, HQ407, or HQ408. The model and serial numbers can be found on a label on the bottom of the battery. The battery is approximately 4 inches long, 3 inches wide, and ¾ inches tall. No other PowerBook or iBook batteries are involved in this recall.
The recalled Belkin OmniGuard Rackmount UPS units are used to provide voltage regulation, surge suppression, and back-up power for electronic equipment. The Belkin OmniGuard Rackmount UPS units are black with a silver/gray panel on the front. Recalled units are the OmniGuard 1100 (Model no. F6C110-RKM-2U), OmniGuard 1500 (Model no. F6C150- RKM-2U), OmniGuard 2300 (Model no. F6C230-RKM-2U), and OmniGuard 3200 (Model no. F6C320-RKM-3U). The model number and model type can be found on a label on the rear of the unit.
The recalled portable electric whole-room heaters are designed for indoor use and have model numbers 180VH®, VH®, Intellitemp®, EVH®, and DVH®. The model numbers are located on the bottom of each unit. Each heater is about 11-1/2 inches long, 9-1/2 inches wide, and about 12 inches tall; weighs about 6 lbs.; and has the "Vornado" name and symbol on the front.
The recalled range hoods were sold under the "Bosch" brand name and have model numbers DAH93xxUC and DAH94xxUC. The blowers have model numbers DHG4001UC and DHG6001UC. Date codes of the recalled units are 8309 through 8404. The date code appears as the first four digits of the FD number. The Bosch® brand, the model number and FD number can be found on the nameplates. The nameplate of the hood is located on the front side of the back wall of the air channel. The nameplate of the blower is located on at the left side of the housing. If the unit has a green dot by the nameplate, it has already been repaired. The Bosch® name also appears on the front of the hoods. The hoods have black, white or stainless steel finishes.
The recalled electric pressure washers are yellow with a black three-prong power cord. A label on the front reads "Turbo Tiger Power Washer."
These 115-volt hot/cold bottled water coolers have both cold and hot water faucets. Most of the coolers are white, but some are granite colored. The water coolers have the name "Elkay" on the serial number plate on the back of the unit. The five design names are: Classic, Legend, Eclipse, Sentry, and Legend Countertop. Consumers should go to the Elkay recall website at www.coolerfix.com and type in their serial number to determine if the water cooler is recalled. Consumers also can call the firm at (800) 260-6640 to determine if their water cooler is included in the recall. The recall also includes a small number of point-of-use water coolers sold for commercial use. Commercial customers are being directly notified of the recall. Point-of-use water coolers have the water plumbed directly to the units.
Sold as an option for Dell notebook computers including their Latitude D400, D500, D505, D600, D800, X300, and Inspiron 300M, 500M, 510M, 600M, I8500 and I8600. "Dell," "Dell P/N W1451" is printed on top of the adapters.
The recalled batteries can be found in LG TM-510 model cell phones, have a manufacturer/date code of "AEMLLL 02220," AEMMHH 02220," "AEMLLL 02X25H" or "AEMMHH 02725" and were distributed by Verizon Wireless. The manufacturer/date code can be found on the battery, below the words, "Model/Modelo" or "LG." The phone's model number appears on the back side of the phone beneath the battery. The cell phones, which come in black or silver, may have the Verizon Wireless name on the front.
These recalled 12-volt DC power supply units were sold as an accessory power supply device for some of Lutron Electronic's wall stations and control interfaces, including some Grafik Eye 3000 lighting control systems. These systems were professionally installed in indoor commercial and residential settings for lighting and dimmer control applications. The power supplies are black plastic with "Basler Electric" and the model number "BE29736001" imprinted on the plug side. On the opposite side is a blue and white Lutron label with the number "GRX-12VDC." Lutron's Grafik Eye 3000 lighting system is not part of the recall.
The recalled General Electric (GE) Cool Touch 6 Quart Slow Cooker has a removable blue ceramic bowl with a glass lid. The enclosure that surrounds the ceramic bowl is made of plastic. The GE logo is located on the front of the unit underneath the temperature control knob. The model number 168945 is located on a silver label on the bottom of the base.
