The recalled #611 Quasar Pro Chargers were manufactured from February 2002 through February 2004. The gray charger box has words "Quasar Pro" printed in yellow on the front and shows a display of "QUASAR PRO VERSION 1.0" when first turned on. The recalled chargers either have no barcode label on the underside or a barcode label with the numbers "611" or "611A".
The recall includes 18-inch, pedestal floor fans with model number SR-18 or SP-18. The model number is on the back of the fan beside the on/off button. All of the recalled fans are white with the brand name, "SMC," written on the face plate of the front grill.
The recall involves 110/220 volt All-in-One Universal Travel Adapters. The black adapter unit provides four different types of power connection, based on the different electrical outlets worldwide. The recalled adapters have the brand name "Targus" printed on the front. On the side of the adapter is a switch to allow the user to select one of the three country settings: "USA/Aust/N.Z." or "Europe" or "U.K."
These wall ovens come in single or double oven models in three color options: stainless steel, black, or white. The Wall Oven/Single (WOS) models have these serial numbers, indicating the date of manufacture in 2003 and 2004 (the blank can be any of the letters A through L): 03_00001A to 03_00155A 04_00001A to 04_01093A The Wall Oven/Double (WOSD) models have these serial numbers (the blank can be any of the letters A through L): 04_00001A to 04_00210A
The recalled Kuru Kuru model hair dryers include the following model numbers: EHP798P, EHP790P, EH724V, and EH725PK. The model name and number can be found on the handle. The recalled units, which come in blue and pink, do not have an immersion protection device at the end of the plug.
The following hair dryers are recalled: Turbo 1500, Twin Turbo 2600, Turbo 2800 Silverado, Twin Turbo 2800, Mega Turbo 2500, Twin Turbo Ionic 3000, Parlux 3000, Mega Turbo 3000, Coldmatic 1500, Turbo Millennium 2000, Turbo 2200, and Super Turbo 1900. These hair dryers have pistol grips and have black, black and red, black and gray, or red and ivory plastic casing. They have two-prong power cords. The hair dryers are labeled in part: "Turbo Power" or "PIBBS" followed by the model number and this voltage marking: "110V/60HZ." The boxes in which the hair dryers were sold said "Made in Italy."
There are three styles of snowmen lamps included in the recall. The Turbo 1541 model is a train with a snowman and light with "Joyful" written on the top. The model 1536A consists of three snowmen with a light in a campfire. Model 1628 is three snowmen with a choir book and light. Each holiday light has the model number listed on its base with the label "Made in China for Great Gifts McKeesport PA 15132."
The recalled Kinetic Lighting Pictures are framed artwork that utilize electric lights and sound and feature moving background scenes, including waterfalls and snow. Some of the pictures have nature scenes with a church or a barn in the background. The paintings come with wooden, glass mirror or plastic frames that depict wolves, elephants, or dolphins. The pictures come in seven different sizes: 178cm x 112cm; 148cm x 99cm; 118cm x 74cm; 110cm x 74cm; 99cm x 48cm; 65cm x 47cm; and 41cm x 32cm.
These universal electric outlet adaptor plugs were sold as either the Worldwide or Universal Adaptor Plug under four brand names: Samsonite, Royal Traveller, American Tourister and El Portal. "MODEL: 1804" is written on the bottom of the adaptor plug. They contain three adaptor plugs, which are used by travelers worldwide to connect electrical plugs into electrical sockets. The adaptors include a hard plastic case, which houses the three different plugs. A knob on the top of the product can be turned to extend the plugs for use.
The temperature control is a small metal box located above the access panel door of the gas water heater. A white label with red lettering located on the right side of the control contains one of the following model numbers: 37C55U 658, 37C57U 602, 37C72U 520, 37C72U 546, 37C72U 547, or 37C72U 548, and 37C72U 676. There should be a four- digit metal stamped date code located below the label on the right side of the control. Recalled controls will have date codes 0240 to 0329 (40th week of 2002 to 29th week of 2003). Potentially affected gas water heaters include: AO Smith, Apollo, Crosley, Energysense, Freedom, Intertherm, Kenmore, Maytag, Mission, Myers, Penfield, President, Reliance, Sentry, or State. These hair dryers have a pistol grip, black or red colored plastic casing, two-prong power cord, and a label that reads, in part, "Virgo Professional" and "110V/60HZ". The model name and number also are printed on the label
The 240-volt accessory heaters are used to provide supplemental heat in the heat pump or electric heating system. The accessory heater - model number BAYHTR1415BRKAC manufactured between April 14, 2003 and February 6, 2004 - is located inside the air handler cabinet usually found in the basement, attic, equipment closet or crawlspace of a consumer's home. The horizontally or vertically installed air handler is a painted metal cabinet with the Trane or American Standard name plate on its front. Air handler model numbers are found on the outside of the air handler door. Consumers with one of the recalled units are being directly contacted by the independent dealer that installed it. If you had a Trane or American Standard heat pump or electric heating system installed between April 2003 and February 2004, and have not yet been contacted by your installer, write down your air handler model number and call your installer to see whether your air handler could contain a recalled heater. You may also visit the firm's website to see whether your air handler could contain one of the recalled heaters and, if so, call your installer. To avoid electric shock, do not open the air handler door. Only a professional installer should open the air handler door to determine if you have a recalled accessory heater.
These TV/VCR carts were sold in a kit to be assembled by consumers. They are identical in design and construction, but not color. One model is a light-colored oak finish, and the other model is a dark-colored cherry finish. The TV/VCR carts are about 29.5 inches wide, 18 inches deep and 27 inches high. The carts are equipped with a top shelf intended to support up to a 27-inch television, a middle shelf intended to hold a VCR and a lower storage area intended to hold VCR tapes and equipment. This cart is intended to hold a TV that weighs 95 pounds or less. This includes most 24-inch and smaller TVs, and may include some 27-inch TVs. The products were provided with shelves for holding VHS tapes that were to be installed on the inside of the two hinged doors enclosing the lower storage area. The recalled carts have four removable casters attached to each bottom corner of the cart. The TV/VCR carts included in the recall are models 2655 and 2755. The model number is not on the cart, but it is on the instruction booklet that came with the cart.

The recalled "Sun-Sational" Deluxe Radiant heaters have a metallic gray heating element, white base, and red control knobs. The heater has a label at the base, that reads "SUN-sational" and "Warning: Risk of Fire." The oval-shaped heater has an 800-Watt and 1200-Watt setting and has a sensor to alert users of overheating.
The timer is designed to be mounted on a wall and plugged into a 120V outlet. It has an outlet on the underside for the appliance plug. Consumers can program the device to turn lights and appliances on or off at desired intervals. The word "Timex" is printed on the front door of the timer and on the dial inside. A label on the back includes the words "Model Number: 12/810."
The recalled heavy duty portable industrial cord reels are yellow with a carrying handle, extendable/retractable extension cord and 6 electrical outlets/plugs. The units are marked "Cord Reel Portable Power" and sold as "SKU 42053." The label on the rear of the unit contains the following information: "Cord Reel, 10 Amps, 125 Volts, 1250 Watts, Caution, Disconnect all plugs inserted into the outlets on this face before winding cord reel in either direction, Made in Taiwan, R.O.C."

These hair dryers have a pistol grip, black or red and black colored plastic casing, two-prong power cord, and a label that reads in part: "Light Distribution" or "Windsor" and "110V/60HZ". The model name and number also are printed on the label.
The recalled units are the Formula 3000, Energy Turbo, and Rapid 1085 electric hand-held hair dryers. These hair dryers have a pistol grip, black or dark blue colored plastic casing, two-prong power cord, and a label that reads in part: "Lado Professional" and "110V/60HZ". The model name and number also are printed on the label.
There are two types of heaters involved in this recall. The recalled model 5500 heater is an oscillating ceramic heater with dark gray vents, surrounded by a bronze trim. The model number is located on a label under the round base. The Model 5700 heater is an oil filled radiator-type heater. The model number is located on a label on the side of the heater, near the right front wheel. The name "Lasko" is printed near the top of both heaters.
