The Laundry Centers were sold in white and titanium colors and have "FRIGIDAIRE" written below the dryer door. This recall involves VRURC portable chargers with model number "OD-B7," which have built-in cables and a built-in wall plug. The model number is printed on the back of the recalled chargers, which were sold in black, blue, green, orange, pink, red and white color options.
This recall involves select bass modules manufactured before April 1, 2006 that were sold with select Acoustimass, Lifestyle and Companion home theater systems. The components are black or white. The Bose logo, product name, serial number "SER. NO." and date code are printed on the product label, which is located either on the back or bottom of the bass module. The product name is printed at the top of the label next to the Bose logo. The serial number is described on the label as "SER. NO." The multi-digit serial number printed on the bass module label includes the "date code" for that module. The date code is reflected in the eighth through eleventh digits of the serial number. This recall involves Poseidon M28A Dive Computers used for diving. They calculate continuously and present needed data for divers. The M28A works stand alone or in combination with the Poseidon SE7EN Rebreather. Only dive computers with a serial number starting with "M28A-" are included in this recall. The serial number and two metallic wet-switches are located on the back side of the recalled dive computers.
This recall involves 10-ounce ceramic mugs in navy blue with a gold metallic handle and "Boost The Mood" in gold lettering. A white round label on the bottom of the mug describes it as "microwave safe." The recalled mugs were sold as part of a promotional set including socks, hand cream and foot cream. Only the mug is affected by this recall.
This recall involves The Good and the Beautiful Math 1 and Math 3 boxes with metallic whiteboards. The boxes include lids with attached metallic whiteboards and labeled Math 1 or Math 3 on the lids, bottom, left side and right side. The Math 1 Box measures about 9 inches square and the Math 3 Box measures about 7 inches square.
This recall involves the Preschool front-loading electric cargo tricycle that seats up to six children on bench-style seats in the passenger area. The recalled bikes are painted with a yellow exterior and black interior color with a high-gloss finish. The recalled bikes have the Bunch logo on the side of the passenger box and were sold as The Preschool 2020 edition starting in 2020, The Preschool and then The Preschool 3.0. The rear half of the frame uses rectangular tubing and the handlebars are mounted on both the left and right side of the passenger box.

This recall involves dual voltage Steamfast brand Home and Away Travel Steam Irons with model numbers SF-717, SF-720 and SF-727 and with date codes between January 2008 and March 2017, and Brookstone Steam Bug Travel Steam Irons with model number 606335. The model numbers and the production date codes are printed on the back of the irons. Steamfast or Brookstone are printed on the white irons. The recalled Steamfast and Brookstone irons can also be identified by the length of the cord bushing. The recalled irons have a gray or black cord bushing that extends less than one inch from the enclosure along the power cord. This recall involves the DynaDrive Pumps with model numbers DD60-10NPT and DD90-11NPT and serial numbers between 190791000 and 223365720. The recalled products are water pumps used to stabilize water pressure for fresh water wells. The pumps are constant pressure pumps with an integrated single phase to 3 phase variable speed controller. The pumps have a yellow canister attached to a stainless steel metal casing and aluminum-coated motor. A product identification label sticker is located on the side of the black controller that includes the model and serial number for the unit.
This recall involves three cart base models: WT42 "Tuffy" plastic cart; W42/AVJ42/SS-AVJ42 metal cart; and LP-DUO/TPDUOEQ plastic cart. The WT42 "Tuffy" is a 3-shelf plastic cart sold under the brand name H. Wilson "Tuffy" in a variety of colors with different color suffixes after the "WT42" prefix in the item number. The carts have a plastic handle with a logo that reads "the Tuffy" in the center. The W42/AVJ42/SS-AVJ42 cart is 3-shelf adjustable height metal cart. It is also sold under the model number AVJ42 with either a Luxor or H. Wilson logo on the front center of the top shelf, and under the model number SS-AVJ42 with a LineLeader logo on the front center of the top shelf. It is sold in a variety of colors with different color suffixes after the "W42" or "AVJ42" prefixes in the item number. The LP-DUO/TPDUOEQ cart is a 3-shelf adjustable height plastic cart with a push handle on the top shelf. The Luxor logo is stamped on the center of the handle and is a black/dark gray color. This recall involves the Flo Smart Water Monitor Lithium-Ion Battery Back-Ups. The Flo Water Monitor Battery Backup device was an optional add-on accessory that could be purchased separately to extend certain features of Moen's Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff in the event of a power disruption. Only the battery back-up is being recalled. The dark gray rectangular battery has the FLO logo printed on the lower right-hand side. A sticker showing the status of the light on battery is printed on the lower left-hand side as well as model number 920-001.
This recall expansion involves BISSELL Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum models 2551R and 25518. "BISSELL" is printed on the foot of the product. The model numbers are visible when the clean water tank is removed.
This recall involves the Cannondale Tesoro Neo X Speed electric bicycles (e-bikes). The e-bikes have an electric assist motor and are equipped with a horn, mirror, headlights and brake lights. "Cannondale" is printed on the sides of the top tube of the bicycle frame and on the sides of the seat. The e-bikes are gray with reflective accents on the frame, and tires and were sold in sizes small, medium, large and extra-large.
This recall involves all 42-volt Jetson Rogue self-balancing scooters/hoverboards. The self-balancing scooters/hoverboards have two wheels with light up hubcaps and come in the following colors: black, blue, red, pink, and purple with a black platform. Jetson is printed on one side of the body and on the top of the footpads. Affected units were manufactured from 2018 through 2019 and have a UL certification label and serial number on the bottom of the unit. Affected units do not have a barcode on the bottom of the unit. Units with a barcode next to the serial number are not included in this recall. The charge port on affected units has three pins and is located to the left of the power button. Units with a charge port that has just one pin and is located to the right of the power button are not included in this recall.
This recall involves lithium-ion battery packs and replacement batteries on XS series Pulsator, Swimmer, Crazy Kicker, Flasher models of motion decoys used for waterfowl hunting. The Higdon brand is on the product and on the packaging. The following models are included in the recall and each of the recalled models contain a lithium-ion battery. This recall involves Bedsure electric heating blankets models in throw, twin and full sizes made of flannel and/or sherpa in the following sizes: 50" x 60," 62" x 84" and 72" x 84." The electric heating blankets were sold in the following colors: beige, black, blue, blue plaid, brown, gray (light and dark), gray plaid, green (dark), navy, red, red plaid and red plaid (cream), depending on the size and model. The Bedsure electric heating pads were sold in the following sizes: 12" x 24", 24" x 22" and 24" x 33"and colors: brown, gray and teal. The electric blankets and pads are controlled by a white cord with a white digital controller unit. The electric blanket with model BS-LV0A has a white non-digital controller unit with the name and symbol of Bedsure on the controller. The model numbers are on a white label on the back of the blanket and heating pads and back side of the controller and also on the consumer's Orders History page. This recall involves Vornado SRTH Small Room Tower Heaters with a "JUL22" date code and "TYPE SRTH" printed on the silver rating label located on the underside of the product. The electric space heaters are black and measure about 12.5 inches high by 6 inches wide by 6 inches in diameter and have two heat settings (low and high) and a fan only/no heat setting. "Vornado" with a red "V" behind it is located on the front of the unit. Only units with a date code of "JUL22" are included in this recall. The date code is printed on the silver rating label located on the bottom of the heater as the first five digits of the serial number.
This recall involves replacement lower blade guards sold for Chicago Electric Power Tools brand 12-inch Double Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saws bearing item number 61970 and serial numbers less than 370331936. The saw's item number and serial number are printed on the bottom of the saw's warning label. The recalled lower blade guards are made of clear polycarbonate and gray polycarbonate with the words "Chicago Electric" stamped into the gray area. There is no serial number for the replacement guard. Only replacement guards, purchased during or after August 2019, are part of this recall.
