This recall involves model year 2021, 2022 and 2023 Freedom and Valor E-Z-GO RXV personal transportation vehicles, with serial numbers ranging from 5585710 through 5716926; and model year 2021, 2022 and 2023 Valor, Express and Liberty E-Z-GO TXT personal transportation vehicles, with serial numbers ranging from 3478457 through 3591890. Recalled units are equipped with an optional USB charge port. The vehicle's serial number is printed near the base of the steering column for RXV models and is printed below the operator seat position for TXT models. These vehicles are commonly referred to as golf carts or golf cars and are used primarily to transport people.
This recall involves four LG Electronics 86-inch smart TV models with model numbers 86UQ8000AUB, 86UQ7070ZUD, 86UQ7590PUD, and 86NANO75UQA. The TVs (not including the stands) are 86 inches diagonally, 43.5 inches high, 76 inches wide, and 2.4 inches deep. They weigh approximately 100 pounds. The serial number of the recalled product begins with 202RM, 203RM, 204RM, 205RM, 206RM, 207RM, or 208RM and is located at the bottom right of the back of the TV, along with the model number. Consumers can also check the serial number by pressing the mute button, three times rapidly, on the original LG remote control provided with their TV.

This recall involves 41 models of Hunter lighting fixtures from the Devon Park, Astwood, Highland Hill, Kerrison, and Van Nuys lighting collections. The model number can be found on a label behind the light when removed from the wall. This recall involves Power Plus Tora portable power charging stations with a lithium-ion battery and model number SGR-PPS500-2 on the white casing. The portable power charging station is used as a backup power supply for motorized rolling storm shutters. The unit is about 12 inches wide by 7 inches long and has a carrying handle on the top. The model number is printed on the side of the portable charging stations and the serial numbers 1350 through 1549 is printed on a label on the underside of the charging station.

This recall also includes spare RadWagon 4 tires sold separately under the product name Rad Power Bikes by VEE Tire Co. that measure 22 inches by 3 inches.

This recall involves front footpads for Future Motion's Onewheel GT self-balancing electric skateboards, sold with the skateboard or independently as replacement footpads. Onewheel and GT appear on the side of the skateboard. The Onewheel logo is printed on the skateboard's wheel. Consumers can identify whether their Onewheel GT has a recalled front footpad by contacting Future Motion and providing the serial number for their board. The serial number can be found on the underside of the bottom rail of the skateboard rail.
This recall involves the PowerCom 3000D, 5000D and MilCom 6000D underwater communication devices sold with the RBLi-4 Lithium battery pack and the batteries that are also sold separately. The PowerCom, MilCom and RBLi-4 products are used in all SCUBA diving. The recalled RBLi-4 battery packs are in a waterproof housing and supply power to the PowerCom and MilCom products. PowerCom and MilCom along with the model numbers are printed on the front of the underwater communication devices.
