This recall involves Tommee Tippee® Closer to Nature® electric bottle and food warmers, sold separately or as an accessory with the Complete Starter Kit or the All in One Newborn Set. The bottle and food warmer is white with a gray adjustable control dial located next to the on/off light. Tommee Tippee is stamped in gray on the front of the unit. It measures about 5 inches high, 5 ½ inches wide and 5 inches long. Bottle and food warmers included on this recall have "Min" or "0" stamped on the left-hand side of the control dial and have the UL logo and a six alpha-numeric batch code that begins with a number and ends with "GY" stamped on the underside. Consumers should visit www.tommeetippee.us/bottle-warmer to complete the free replacement registration form.

The recalled glass food storage cubes are sold in a set of four with colored, rubberized plastic lids and fit into one storage tray. The cubes are sold in 2-ounce and 4-ounce sizes. The lid colors and trays of the affected lot of 2-ounce cubes include blue, green and pink. The lid colors and trays of the affected 4-ounce cubes include blue, green, pink and yellow. "green sprouts" is molded into each plastic lid, on edges of the matching plastic storage tray and on the bottom of each quadrant of the storage tray. "green sprouts® by i play., Inc." and "Made in China" are molded into the bottom of each glass cube. On the bottom of the plastic storage tray is a tracking dial with one of the following markings: An arrow that points to "11" and the numbers on the sides of the arrow read "4" on the left of the arrow and "1" on the right. An arrow that points to "4" and the numbers on the sides of the arrow read "1" on the left of the arrow and "5" on the right. An arrow that points to "5" and the numbers on the sides of the arrow read "1" on the left of the arrow and "5" on the right.

This recall involves Cheryl's Jingle Bell ornaments that were sold with 64 cookies and confections. The round aluminum ornaments measure approximately 4 inches in diameter, have four snowflake cutouts and were sold in a set of eight units per box (two each of red, green, gold and silver).
This recall involves the 1.75-gallon glass fish bowl that is shaped like a brandy snifter. These fish bowls were sold under the Grreat Choice or Top Fin brand names with SKU number 5140161 and UPC code 737257187092. The SKU and UPC codes are printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the fish bowl.
This recall involves Peanuts Flying Ace ride-on toys modeled after older style airplanes. The toys are intended for children ages 12 months to 2 years. The body of the plane is red, the steering wheel, propeller and wings are yellow and the hubcaps are blue. "Snoopy Flying Ace" is printed on the front of the toy airplane and Snoopy characters are printed on each wing and on the front. The ride-on toys measure 19 inches long by 19 ½ inches wide (wing span) by 13 inches high. This recall involves Liquid Force Response kiteboard control systems from model year 2015. The control systems are comprised of a light-weight control bar to control and depower the kite, a set of flying lines and a harness loop (chicken loop)/quick release mechanism. Recalled units have a solid orange release hood and the words "RESPONSE RELEASE SYSTEM" are printed on the black loop. The release hood on replacement systems is orange and black or yellow and black.
The pizza cutter consists of a circular metal blade that is approximately 3 ½ inches in diameter, connected to a gray hand guard and black handle. The word "Calphalon" is embossed on the top of the black handle. Model number GT112, 1793513 or 1793521 are printed near the barcode on the packaging.
This recall involves a nut chopper sold by Avon. The recalled nut chopper is 7 1/2 inches tall and has clear plastic upper and lower chambers connected by an orange plastic grinding mechanism. The grinding mechanism has metal tines and a metal crank arm with an orange plastic grip handle. The lower chamber has a removable orange base and markings that show it holds about 1 1/4 cup of materials. The upper chamber has orange plastic lid. The product identification number found on the outside of the Nut Chopper individual, corrugated box packaging was F3730731 and the brochure number was 978-044.
