This recall involves 16-ounce white ceramic beverage mugs with metallic gold accents. A monogram letter A, B, C, D, E, G, H, J, K, L, M, R, S or T is printed in gold on the mug. A sticker on the bottom of the mug has "UPC# 698617673962," "SKU# 138837" and "Retail: $6.99."
The recalled PouchPops are silicone toppers that screw onto a baby food pouch that allow infants to feed themselves. The PouchPops were sold in a four-pack of four colors including green, orange, red and yellow and have a cylinder-shaped tube stem that attaches to a round base. The pouch toppers have a "SipP" logo and smiley face embossed on the circular base.
This recall involves the Sanus Simplicity model SLF5. The wall mounts are black and made of metal. They are about 30 inches long and 18 inches tall. The center bar of the mount can extend out to about 13 inches. The mounts fit most 37 inch to 80 inch, flat-panel televisions up to125 lbs. The words "Sanus Simplicity" are located on the top left corner of the box the product is sold in and on the instruction manual. The words are not found directly on the product. The model numbers can be found on the product label sticker located on the metal wall plate, under the plastic cover that covers the top horizontal bar.
This recall involves all Pro Ambient Temperature Probes and Pro Meat Probes manufactured from May 2014 through June 2014. The probes were sold separately as an accessory for the iGrill, iGrill2, iGrillmini grilling thermometers and the Kitchen Thermometer and Kitchen Thermometer mini cooking thermometers. The meat probe was also sold as a component of the iGrill2 set. The probes consist of a curved stainless steel rod attached to a mini connector by a steel braided cable. Pro Ambient Temperature probes are about 6 inches long with a metal grate clip on the end. Pro Meat Probes are about 6 3/4 inches long. iGrill Pro Meat Probes and iGrill Pro Ambient Probes came with either a red or yellow rubber sleeve and an oval black plastic cord holder. Kitchen Thermometer Pro Meat Probes and Kitchen Thermometer Pro Ambient Probes came with a green rubber sleeve and a round white plastic cord holder. The iDevices logo is stamped into the top of the cord holder. Recalled probes have only two indentations, or crimps, in the base of the probe tube where attached to the braided cable. iGrill Pro Meat Probes and iGrill Pro Ambient Probes came in red packaging. Kitchen Thermometer Pro Meat Probes and Kitchen Thermometer Pro Ambient Probes came in green packaging. The iDevices name and logo and either "iGrill Pro Meat Probe," "iGrill Pro Ambient Temperature Probe," "Kitchen Thermometer Pro Meat Probe" or "Kitchen Thermometer Pro Ambient Probe" are printed on the front of the packaging. UPC number 852931005148, 852931005193, 852931005162 or 852931005216 is printed on the bottom of the packaging.
This recall involves Tray Vous snack and activity trays, which have connectors that fit into strollers. The three-piece units include a black plastic tray with a cup holder, a left connector and a right connector. The tray measures about 15 inches wide by 6 inches deep by .75 inches thick. The left and right plastic connectors measure about 4 inches long by 1.75 inches wide by .75 inches thick and are used to connect the tray to the stroller's base. "Tray Vous" and "Patent Approved US7942437B2" are printed on a sticker underneath the tray.
This recall involves glass beverage dispenser set including, a clear glass ovoid-like shaped container with a clear glass lid, a silver spigot and a wire three-legged metal stand. The glass container holds up to 1.7 gallons of beverage and measures 13.5 inches high. The item number 962826 FEB44496-01-113 and barcode number 11546-34437 are both included on the packaging.
This recall involves bébé brand baby food makers manufactured by Hamilton Beach. The baby food maker is a small food processor. It has a white and gray motor base with an orange control knob, a clear plastic, five-cup food bowl and a gray-colored food bowl lid with a built-in food chute. "Hamilton Beach" and "bébé" are on the front of the motor base. The food maker comes with the following accessories: a chopping and mixing blade, a slicing and shredding disc, a removable motor shaft adapter, a food pusher, a three-cup steaming basket, 10 storage containers and two storage container caddies.
This recall involves the 1.75-gallon glass fish bowl that is shaped like a brandy snifter. These fish bowls were sold under the Great Choice or Top Fin brand names with SKU number 5140161 and UPC code 737257187092. The SKU and UPC codes are printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the fish bowl.
This recall involves E-Z-GO, Cushman and Bad Boy Buggies brand gas- and electric-powered, four-wheeled vehicles with bench seats for the driver and passengers. Recalled E-Z-GO and Cushman vehicles have serial numbers from 2823208 to 2850425 and from 3000001 to 3003187. Bad Boy Buggies vehicles have serial numbers from 8005089 to 8006013. The brand and model names are printed on the side and front panels of the vehicles. Serial numbers are printed on a plate or label inside the cab below the driver's seat. This recall involves 5-tray food dehydrators with model number 1009 and serial numbers between 20110506 and 20121008. These food dehydrators were previously recalled and repaired as part of a May 2013 recall. The dehydrators are gray and are made of plastic and metal. The model and serial numbers are located on a label on the back panel. LEM is embossed on the top of the unit, which has a panel with the digital timer, the on/off switch and a temperature control knob. The UPC code 734494910094 is on the bottom of the packaging. Only dehydrators within the serial number range between 20110506 and 20121008 and with a sticker on the back panel stating "Read Manual Before Operating" are included in this recall.
This recall involves Doodlebutt Jelly BeadZ Jumbo BeadZ and Magic Growing Fruity Fun water-absorbing polymer toys. The toys can absorb from 300 to 500 times their weight in water and can grow up to eight times their original size. Jumbo BeadZ toys are marble-sized water-absorbing balls. They were sold in a package consisting of three separate 2.5-inch x 2-inch clear, resealable bags inside a 3.5-inch x 4-inch clear, resealable bag. Each smaller bag had eight to 12 water balls of slightly different sizes. The balls came in clear, blue, red, orange, yellow, green and purple colors. The front of the larger bag had a multi-colored label with the words "Jelly BeadZ," "Easy to follow directions" and had instructions for use. Magic Growing Fruity Fun toys are water-absorbing polymers in the shapes of apples, bananas, butterflies, cherries, grapes, pineapples, roses and strawberries. They were sold in 3.5-inch x 4-inch, clear, resealable bag with seven assorted shapes in it. They came in blue, green, orange, pink, red and yellow. The label on the front of the bag has the words "For 'Kidz' of All Ages," "Jelly BeadZ," "Bouncy and Beautiful," "Colorfast," "Non Toxic," "Safe for the Environment," and other words that describe uses for the product. The back of the package has two smaller labels. One label contains instructions for use and the other has a barcode with "XU00EC1JRN" beneath it.
This recall involves nine models of Cuisinart food processors including, MFP-107, MFP-107BC, MFP-107BCWS, MFP-107BK, MFP-107BKWS, MFP-107DCWS, MFP-107MGSLT, MFP-107MR or MFP-107WS. The model number is on the underside of the food processor base. The food processors were sold in white, black, brush chrome, metallic gray, metallic red and silver colors. They have a seven cup plastic work bowl and three push buttons "On," "Pulse" and "Off." Cuisinart is stamped on the front.
The recalled products are Moose Racing brand training wheels for youth motorcycles and the replacement wheel kit. The training wheels have a black, one-piece, full-length metal axle with a plate that attaches to the underside of the motorcycle frame beneath the engine and two inflatable rubber wheels. The Moose Racing logo appears on the left and right sides of the axle. The replacement wheel kit is a set of two tires mounted on the wheel assembly. Replacement wheel kits and training wheels that fit the following youth motorcycle models are being recalled: Honda XR/CRF 50, Kawasaki KDX/Suzuki JR 50, KTM 50, Suzuki DRZ 70, Yamaha PW50 and Yamaha TTR 50.
This recall involves Monster Science Growing Spider toy sets, model number 7280. The sets contain marble-sized polymer ball "spider eggs" that can absorb from 300 to 800 times their weight in water and can grow up to eight times their original size. The sets consist of one polymer spider and three "spider eggs". The Be Amazing! Toys star logo and the words Monster Science Growing Spider, Ages 8+, Just drop in water, Grow Giant Spider Eggs and Eggs Grow Up to 8X Original Size are printed on the front of the packaging. The model number is on the bottom of the back of the packaging. The front and back of the packaging have warnings not to use the toy without adult supervision.
Cosmo Beads Jumbo Size Colorful Water Balls and Jumbo Multipurpose Colorful Water Balls toys are being recalled. The toys are water absorbing beads that when placed in water will hydrate up to the size of a racquetball. On the front of the toy packages it states Cosmo Beads ™ Colorful Water Balls, Just Add Water, Biodegradable, Non-toxic and Colorfast. The packages have yellow and black color on the upper left corner and red in the lower right corner. The beads can be seen through an oval, cellophane window near the bottom of the package. Cosmo Beads Jumbo Size were sold as single packets of beads in various colors: clear, green, purple, red and mixed colors. Each packet contains a variety of bead sizes. The front of the Jumbo Size package has a picture of a hand holding two water balls and the words "Grows up to 600X (1.5") Size." Cosmo Beads Jumbo Multipurpose came in three packets per set. Each packet contains beads in one size and comes in clear, dark purple and orange colors. The front of the Jumbo Multipurpose packet has a picture of flowers in a glass vase and the words "Deco Centerpiece: Toys-Games: Plant-Vacation watering."

This recall involves marble-sized toys that absorb water and grow up to 400 times their original size. They were sold as Monster Science Colossal Water Balls (model #7255) and Super Star Science! Colossal Water Balls (model #7704). Monster Science packages contain eight balls and "Growth Powder." Super Star Science! packages contain five balls. The balls were sold in an assortment of blue, green, orange, purple, red, yellow or clear colors. The "Be Amazing! Toys" star logo, "Ages 8+", the name of the toy, "Colossal Water Balls" and a warning not to use without adult supervision are on the front of each product's packaging. Model numbers are printed on the back of the packaging.

The recalled toy is a yellow chick in a furry multi-colored Easter egg shell that has a shell top with bunny ears and bright orange feet and nose. It has a music player and is approximately 9.5 inches tall. The chick plays music and dances when the left wing is squeezed. The sewn-on label reads "DanDee Collector's Choice" and also has the manufacture date and batch number printed, as follows: 11/2012 120613670.
These recalled egg-shaker toy instruments are plastic, egg-shaped instruments sold in five colors: yellow, green, blue, red and purple. The toy instruments are about the size of small eggs and have a "Basic Beat" label printed on the front of the product. The product is marked for children ages 3 years and older but West Music is concerned with the possibility of the egg being used by or near a younger child. The toy instruments have Lot Number 0E0212 located on the bottom of the roundest part of the egg.
