The recall includes Black & Decker® brand ProBlend® models BL5000, BL5900 and BL6000. The recalled ProBlend® products are 5-speed, 550-watt blenders with 48-ounce marked glass jars. Each model has a die-cast, brushed stainless steel base bearing the name "Black & Decker." The model number is located on the bottom of the product.
The recalled Kawasaki ATVs include the Brute Force™ 750 4x4i model, which was manufactured between April 26, 2004 and September 10, 2004. The ATVs come in red, green, yellow or camouflage, and have the words "Kawasaki" and "Brute Force" printed on each side of the vehicle's fuel tank. "VTwin 750" is printed on each side of the rear fenders, and "Kawasaki" is embossed on the front grille and rear mud flaps above the rear wheels.
The recall includes all of Kolpin Powersports' 2004 model year Youth ATVs purchased prior to November 24, 2004. The Youth ATVs are black with gray trim and have gray metallic and flame graphic decals. A "KOLPIN" decal is present on each side of the gas tank.
The recalled slow cookers include the 4.5-Quart Oval and 6-Quart Double Dish models sold under the General Electric (GE) brand name. The model name is printed on the front of the units. The 4.5-quart unit has model number 106661 and the 6-quart unit has model number 106851. Both models have series codes A through D, which are printed on the bottom along with the model number. The base of the slow cookers is white with an olive or honeysuckle graphic.
The recall includes an ice cream car, a police car and a toy washing machine. The multicolored cars are about 5 inches long and contain various stickers. The pink, white, or red toy washing machines are 4.5 inches high. The toys make animal and music sounds. When the music and animal sounds play, lights flash and the toy's multicolored beads can be seen moving inside. "CE" and "MADE IN CHINA" are written on the battery cover.
This recall includes IMI Cornelius Pinnacle FCB frozen carbonate beverage dispensers manufactured between May 2002 and June 2004 with a specific motor drive system. The units contain two or four dispensing valves and come in various color combinations. The names "Cornelius," "FCB," and "Pinnacle" are located on identification plates on the unit's right-side panel. Cornelius is notifying customers of the serial numbers of affected units sold to them.
The recalled defrost heater was used in Tyler's "wide island" frozen food end cap cases in grocery stores. The recalled defrost heaters (which are not visible to consumers) are Electro-Heat Defrost Heater Model 51957100. The Tyler wide island frozen food end cap cases with the recalled heaters are models NCE, NFE, NGE, NCGE, NFJEA, NCJEA, NCJGEA and NFJGEA. The model and serial number is located on the data plate, which is on the front inner panel of the case.
These Beaded Fish tea light candleholders are red, pink or blue, and about 4 inches high and 8 inches long. The price sticker reads "Pier 1," "China," and "SKU 1997504," SKU 1998132" or "SKU 1998145."
The recalled units are Hamilton Beach® Cappuccino Plus™ Espresso and Cappuccino Maker, model 40714. They are black plastic and stainless steel. The Hamilton Beach® brand name is printed on the front of the unit, and the model number is printed on the bottom.
The ride-on toys were sold under five model names including Butterfly Girl, Fire Rescue, Mermaid, Police Car, and Tonka Construction Crew. The toys can be used as a ride-on or push walker toy, with a handle on the back of the seat rest. These toys were sold for children ages 1 to 3 years old. On the dash of the ride-on toys are buttons which produce sounds when activated. The recalled Ride-on vehicles have a date code from 20021127 to 20030319. The date code is located in the battery compartment located on the top panel next to the steering wheel.
These novelty cigarette lighters have a metallic colored plastic body and are shaped to resemble a fish and come in a variety of 18 different colors. Colored designs are painted on the body of the fish. The lighters contain a black lighter insert which can be pulled out of the body of the fish. The inserts have a white colored fish skeleton painted on the side.
The non-stick part of the pan can separate forcefully and be propelled when the pan is preheated, used on high heat, or used for frying, deep-frying or braising. This can pose a serious burn hazard from hot oil or food contents spilling onto consumers.
The recalled slow cookers were sold under the Hamilton Beach and Proctor-Silex brand names, which are printed on the front of the base of the unit. The slow cookers are either round or oval, and were sold in solid white and various print designs. They have a capacity of 3.5 to 6.5 quarts. The slow cookers have series codes A through D which are printed on the bottom along with the model number. The recall includes four animal plush toys. The white rabbit has a purple egg which reads "Happy Easter," the green rabbit has a yellow egg which reads "Happy Easter," the purple bear has a purple egg which reads "Happy Easter," and the yellow duck carries a green egg which reads "You're Egg-stra Special." Each toy has a permanent label affixed which reads "The Boyd's Collection, Ltd."
The recalled red plastic food slicer and dicer contains six roller blades at the front and a single slicing blade on the top. The food slicer is stamped "Made in W. Germany" and "Famos Gerate" on the inside of handle and has a four-pointed star. Only food slicers sold without the protective blade cover are included in this recall.
The food chopper is a red plastic hand-held food slicer and dicer, that contains six roller blades at the front and a single slicing blade on the top. It measures approximately 6.5 inches in length, 2.5 inches in width and 2.0 inches in height at its highest point. The food chopper is stamped on the inside of the handle, "Made in W. Germany" and "Famos Gerate", with a four-pointed star. A flexible white plastic cutting mat that has "Little Red Chef" printed in the upper left-hand corner accompanies the food chopper.
The pans were manufactured in China and include an 8-inch omelet pan with stick handle and lid, an 8-inch fry pan with stick handle and no lid, a 9 1/2-inch fry pan with buffet handles and lid, and an 11 1/2-inch deep chicken fryer with stick handle and helper handle and lid. The outside of the pan is stainless steel and the inner surface has a black, non-stick coating. The pans have "DESIGNED IN THE USA, GOURMET QUALITY, ULTREX DOUBLE WALL, STAINLESS STEEL, INNOVA INC., DAVENPORT IA" engraved on the bottom.
The juice extractors are white and measure approximately 12 inches high, 6 inches wide and 10 inches deep. Located on the bottom of the unit is the manufacturing and model information, indicated as: "HOP SHING, Juice Extractor, JA-388." They were manufactured in China.
These are refillable, gas-fueled, piezo-electric lighters in the shape of beverage cans. One lighter is labeled "Coca Cola" and the other lighter is labeled "Budweiser KING OF BEER." They are attached to keyrings.
All model ACJ-250 Aroma Juice Extractors are included in the recall. "ACJ-250" and "MADE IN CHINA" are written on the bottom of the juicer on a silver label. The juice extractor is made of white and clear plastic and has a metal filter. "Aroma" is printed on the front of the unit. The firm previously recalled 40,000 juicers in June 1999. This recall includes redesigned juicers used as replacements for the original recall.
