The recalled drip pans were sold in various sizes, ranging from 6 to 9 inches in diameter. The SKU Number 845289 is either on the pan or on a cardboard insert in the package. All of the drip pans are black.
The recalled Soft Farm Set, style number 76626, is a polyester/cotton barn with polyester/cotton farm animals and accessories: chicken with legs, duck with legs, dog, pig, cow, horse, 2 fences, a bale of hay and a pond.
The recalled cotton candy machines have either a blue or a purple base and a clear plastic cover. The words "The Real Cotton Candy Machine" are printed in a rainbow of colors on the base of the machine and on the packaging. The product is marketed for children ages 10 and up. The cotton candy machines were made in China.
The Dynasty gas ranges included in this program are all 30, 36, and 48-inch units with the model number DGRSC. The model number is located on the serial plate that is accessed by lifting the right hand cooking module from the range top. The brand name "Dynasty" appears on the front of the range. The installation of the anti-tip brackets will bring the recalled ranges into compliance with the stability test requirements of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z21.1 Standard for Household Gas Cooking Appliances. Some of these ranges were also involved in a separate March 2001 recall to repair a delayed gas ignition defect.
All the recalled Dansk ice cream scoops are made of aluminum and have a 4.5-inch handle. They were sold in four styles: the plain 3.5- inch spade, the plain 2.5-inch scoop, the Penguin-shaped 2.5-inch scoop and the Snowman-shaped 2.5-inch scoop. Each of the scoops is silver colored. The plain scoop and plain spade have the word "DANSK" written on the handle. Ice cream scoops sold by Dansk with a black cap at the end of the handle are not part of this recall.
The Snack and Activity Tray can attach to high chairs, strollers, swings and other flat surfaces. There are four toys on each tray, including a toucan with a rainbow colored beak, a clear ball with colored beads inside, a yellow star with a mirror on one side and a green dog. "Mix 'N Move™" is molded on the toucan, ball and dog. The toys are removable and interchangeable with other Mix 'N Move™ toys, which are purchased separately.
The Kawasaki "Bayou 200, 300, 300 (4x4)" is a four-wheel ATV with a manual transmission. The recalled ATVs are model numbers KLF220A-15, KLF300-B15, and KLF300-C14. They have "Kawasaki" and "Bayou" written on both sides of the bodywork, roughly inboard of the operator's knee location.
The "Rice Lights" are 22 feet long with 140 non-replaceable miniature lights on each string. They have multicolor bulbs with green wire, clear bulbs with white wire, or clear bulbs with green wire. The fused plug reads "TING SHEN," and "TS-20." The lights have a push-button control box that allows for eight different lighting effects, including "CHASING FLASH," SLOW FADE" and STEADY ON." There is no mark of an independent testing laboratory. The packaging is a green box that includes the writing, "Rice Lights," "Flora-Lite Co., Clearwater, FL" and "Made in China."
The Rice Christmas lights are 21 feet long with 140 non-replaceable mini-bulbs. The lights have a control box that allows for an eight-function, four-way flashing light show. The attached 3-inch control box has a round dial on top numbered "1" through "8." The wires are available in three colors: black, white or green. The lights have a fused plug, and are sold in a green box that includes the writings "Rice Light," "140 Mini Bulb String" and "MADE IN CHINA." There is no mark of an independent testing laboratory. When purchasing or using decorative holiday lights, CPSC recommends the following safety tips: - Make sure the lights contain a mark of a recognized testing lab such as UL, ETL, etc. - Use only lights that have fused plugs - If used outdoors, be certain the lights are rated for outdoor use. - To prevent overheating, replace burned-out bulbs promptly with the same wattage bulbs. - Discard any lights with frayed or damaged wires. - When using an extension cord, make sure that it is rated for the intended use.
The recalled juice extractors are white plastic, about 12 inches in height, and have the name "Hamilton Beach" printed on the side of the unit. The juice extractors have the following model numbers, which can be found under each unit: 67150, 67180, 67180W, 395WS, 67199 and 3920JS.
The Suzuki "Eiger" LT-F400K2 and LT-F400FK2 (two and four-wheel drive) ATVs have manual transmissions. These models carry the identifications "Suzuki" and "Eiger" on both sides of the bodywork, inboard of the operator's knee location. The ATVs are available in both red and green.

The green, yellow, blue, purple, and red beads are connected together by a clear, plastic string. Writing on the packaging reads in part, "Made in China" and "mini 6 Foot Egg Garland." Discount stores nationwide sold the decorative items from February 2001 through April 2001 for about $2. CPSC, Sassy Announce Voluntary Recall to Remove Squirting Fish from Bath Toys WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Sassy Inc., of Kentwood, Mich., is voluntarily replacing about 370,000 squirting fish in the Scoop Pour 'N Squirt and Bath Time Pals bath toys. The fish's size, texture, shape and easy compressibility make it possible for an infant to compress the toy and place it in his or her mouth. If the toy reaches the back of the mouth and expands, it may block the child's airway. CPSC and Sassy are aware of one report of an infant who put the toy fish in his mouth gagged and vomited and two other reports of infants who put the toy fish in their mouths and started to choke. Sassy is working cooperatively with the CPSC in taking action to correct this problem. The Scoop Pour 'N Squirt bath toy set has a large, colorful plastic fish-shaped scoop with a green textured handle and a spout for pouring water. This set comes with two small plastic squirting fish. The Bath Time Pals bath toy set comes with one squirting frog, two squirting pearls and two squirting fish. The toys comply with toy safety regulations. Mass merchandise stores and toy stores sold these toys nationwide from February 1999 to December 2000 for about $5. The plastic marshmallow can ignite when it is used with a burning candle, presenting a fire and burn hazard.
The recall involves KitchenAid® 5-cup and 7-cup food processors sold under the model names Little Classic™, Little Ultra Power® and 7-Cup Ultra Power®. "KitchenAid" is on the front and bottom of the unit. The model name is on the side of the unit. The recalled units can be identified by their model and serial numbers, which are located on the bottom of the unit. Recalled units have model numbers beginning with KFP300, 4KFP300 and RRKFP300 (Little Classic™), KFP350, 4KFP350 and RRKFP350 (Little Ultra Power®) and KFP450 and RRKFP450 (7-Cup Ultra Power®). The serial numbers begin with WJG, WJH, WJI, WJJ, and WJK00 to WJK33. The food processors are white, almond cream, blue, red, green, yellow or black. They are made in France and are UL listed.

CPSC, Appliance Co. of America LLC Announce Recall of Juice Extractors Sold at Kmart WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Appliance Co. of American LLC, of Great Neck, N.Y., voluntarily recalled about 229,000 Betty Crocker juice extractors. The juice extractor's filter and lid can break apart, and project metal and plastic into the air, causing injuries to nearby consumers. Appliance Co. of America had received 17 reports of the juice extractors' filters and lids breaking apart. Six consumers suffered minor cuts to their hands and arms. The Betty Crocker juice extractor being recalled is model number 1480, which is written underneath the unit as part of a mark that reads "BC-1480 Juice Extractor." The juice extractor is white, and measures 12.5-inches high, 6-inches wide and 8.75-inches long. Kmart stores nationwide sold these juice extractors from September 1992 through June 1995 for about $21. Consumers should stop using these juice extractors immediately, and discard or destory them. The firm is out of business and cannot be contacted, and a remedy is no longer available.

CPSC, Little Me Announce Recall of Children's Garments with Ornamental Cherries WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Little Me, Cumberland, Md., is recalling approximately 7,200 newborn and infant garments described as Mini Fruit Girl's Rompers. The attached ornamental cherries on these garments pose a choking hazard to young children. Little Me is aware of one incident in which a child started to choke on one of the ornamental cherries. It was pulled from the child's throat by the attached string. These 100 percent cotton garments have a white top and cherry print bottom, with white embroidered collar, and were sold with a floppy hat with cherry print material. The outfits have ornamental cherries attached to a string at the waist. They were sold in sizes 3M, 6M, 9M, 12M, 18M and 24M. The collar labels read, "Little Me," "MADE IN PHILIPPINES" and "RN 20864." Major department and children clothing stores sold these garments from March 1999 through July 1999 for about $20 to $22. Consumers should immediately stop using these garments, and should return them to Little Me for a refund and a voucher for a 30 percent rebate on a future Little Me purchase. Announce Recall of Juice Extractors WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Aroma Housewares Co., of San Diego, Calif., is recalling about 40,000 juice extractors. The juice extractor's filter and lid can break apart and project metal and plastic into the air, causing injuries to consumers. Aroma Housewares has received 26 reports of the juice extractor's filter and lid breaking apart, resulting in 18 consumers suffering injuries. Three of these injuries required stitches. The juice extractors involved in this recall are model ACJ-250 with date codes February 1998 and before. The date code is a four-digit number on the bottom of the unit. The first two numbers represent the month and the last two numbers represent the year. If there is no date code, the juice extractor is included in the recall. The juice extractor is made of white and clear plastic and has a metal filter. "Aroma" is print on the front of the unit. Discount specialty and department stores, including Rite Aid and Payless Cashways, sold these juice extractors from March 1996 through February 1998 for about $25. Consumers should stop using the recalled juice extractors immediately. The company is providing free replacement filters and lids. Schweiss Distributing Co., of Fairfax, Minn., is recalling to repair approximately 500 bottom-operated, bi-fold doors, manufactured by a predecessor company. These very large doors, used for barns, air craft hangars and commercial buildings, roll up from the bottom to open and fold the door in half as it raises. These doors can be up to 150 feet wide. Writing on the doors includes, "Schweiss Chicken Pluckers." Home improvement stores, lumber yards and custom builders nationwide sold these bi-fold doors from January 1984 to August 1993 for between $800 and $4,500, depending on the size of the door. These bi-fold doors were not manufactured or designed by Schweiss Distributing Co.
