This recall involves the Everyday Yoga Backless Yoga Chairs and Everyday Yoga Tall Backless Yoga Chairs. Both are metal folding chairs primarily used for restorative yoga, with a welded support rod on the rear legs (none in the front) and no back support. The Tall Backless Yoga Chair, item number 8162640, is about 44 inches high and 19 inches wide. The Backless Yoga Chair, item number 8132666, is about 37 inches high and 18 inches wide. The chairs were sold in the following colors: aqua, black, white, plum, and peacock. The chairs were also sold under the brand name Sporti Studio and have the brand's sticker on the back of the seat. The cooler/grill units measures approximately 35 inches high 44 inches wide and 16 inches deep. The words "Tito's Handmade Vodka" are inscribed on the front of the product.
This recall involves IKEA CALYPSO ceiling lamp units with manufacturing date codes between 1625 and 1744. The manufacturing date code is printed on a sticker on the light bulb socket base plate. Please use caution when removing the lamp shade to see the sticker and code.
This recall involves the Scout and Ranger portable wood-pellet fueled grills. The portable grills are black-metal rectangular boxes with a clamshell opening for access to the grill. The grills are marked with the word "Traeger" and the Scout model also has an image of mountains on the top of the grill. The Scout has a curved silver handle on the front of the grill with a round dial to adjust the temperature. The Ranger has a straight silver handle on the front of the grill with a push-button touchpad to adjust the temperature. The grills are about 21 inches long, 20 inches wide, and 13 inches high. The Scout weighs about 45 pounds and the Ranger weighs about 60 pounds including its cast iron griddle.

This recall involves previously recalled Matrix Fitness Ascent trainers® and Elliptical trainers installed from November 2011 through December 2012. All Ascent trainers and ellipticals have a swing-arm handle design, with pedals that rotate in an elliptical path. Units also have stationary handlebars. The Ascent Trainers® are similar to the elliptical machines, but include an incline function. Users operate the machines in a standing position. The ellipticals are black and silver-colored. The Ascent trainers are also black and silver-colored with an orange accent color on the machine's body and foot pedals. "Matrix" is printed on the machines body and handlebars. When assembled, the machines are about 70" high x 29" wide and 68" long. This recall involves GTC halogen light bulbs. They were sold in packages of 2 or 4 bulbs. The bulb packages were sold in 25 watt, 40 watt, 60 watt, 75 watt, or 100 watt bulb varieties in either clear or soft white colors. The bulbs measure approximately 4.5 inches in length and 2.375 inches in diameter. The tops of the bulbs read "GTC" and include the wattage and lumens values. This recall involves menorahs given away as promotional items for Jewish Heritage Night at an NBA game for the Golden State Warriors on December 14, 2017. "Golden State Warriors," "Jewish Heritage Night" and two Stars of David are printed on the front of the menorah. The polyresin menorahs have gold-colored aluminum candleholders on top of decorative basketballs. The center candleholder has an additional decorative basketball basket underneath the ball. The candles resemble basketballs.
This recall involves Mosquito Magnet traps and Quick Clear Cartridge kits. The traps are designed to attract and capture mosquitos and other insects into the vacuum, where they dehydrate and die. The traps connect to a 20 gallon propane tank and measure about 30 to 35 inches tall. They were sold in green or green/gray combination with a black and green plastic stand.
