This recall involves Popping Pitch model rolling chairs. The chair is upholstered in fabric and was sold in five colors: Red (model #: 103772), Blue (model #: 103767), Dark Gray (model #: 103769), Khaki (model #: 103771), and Dark Blue (model #: 103768). The chair has a chrome-plated base, five roller wheels and measures about 33 inches tall and 25.5 inches wide. The Poppin logo and model number are printed on the chair's seat plate underneath the chair.
This recall involves Golo brand 3-way turn knob lamp sockets with part number GE-8015. The lamp sockets are brown. Golo, GE-8015 and 250V 250W are stamped on the top of the sockets near the wire terminals. These 3-Way Lamp Socket interiors were sold individually as a replacement/repair part only. This socket interior is a medium (E26) size lamp socket.

The Hunter Douglas logo is printed on the end of the wand of the Luminette brand sheer blinds. The alternative brand and generic sheers do not have a logo. The cord/wand is unique to this product. This recall involves Comfort Research's Ultra Lounge bean bag chair covers. The natural polyester Sherpa, teardrop-shape bean bag chair cover measures 28 inches by 28 inches by 36 inches and has two zippers on the exterior. The covers were sold without foam bead filling in a DIY package. The covers have three sewn-in tags. One tag reads "id COLORS" on the front and "RN48711" on the back. The second tag has the UPC label code "PO#12991" or "PO#13539" on the front. And, the third tag has the care and use instructions printed on one side and the warning notice on the other.
This recall involves the IntimateRider chair and the RiderMate bench which are designed for the specialty mobility market, including persons with disabilities. This recall involves the foot warmer sold exclusively with Sleep Number 360 smart beds (models i7 and i10) when combined with a FlexFit 3 adjustable base. This recall involves Bush Hog Zero Turn Radius (ZTR) HDE riding lawn mowers sold in black with gray wheels and gray rollover protection structures (ROPs). HDE is printed on the left side of the unit beneath the seat. The mowers were manufactured on or before August 4, 2017. The manufacturing date is located on a plate on the right rear frame, underneath the fender. The 15-digit serial number includes the manufacture date in digits 9-11. Recalled mowers have a date code that represents the number of days since the beginning of the calendar year of 001 through 216 (January 1 through August 4). Mowers with a yellow bolt fastening the blade to the spindle have already been repaired.
This recall involves Girona outdoor wooden dining chairs with four legs, and a back and seat made of flat woven weather-resistant wicker straps. The chair is sold in two colors: white (SKU/UPC 536034/0000002536034) and grey (SKU/UPC 536033/0000002536033). This recall involves Model RA329 LP regulators with a date code in the range of 1120 to 1344, which were: sold with certain SABER LP grills, warranty part kits, and natural gas to LP conversion kits; installed as warranty or service parts in certain other SABER LP grills; or installed in SABER natural gas grills and burners if they have been converted to use LP instead of natural gas. The model number of the grill is located on a rating label located on the underside of the grease tray.
