This recall involves Everlasting Jelly candles. Models include Champagne Glass with Heart, Model #502; Large Oval Bowl with Sand & Shells, Model #109-XL; Tumbler with Sand & Shells, Model #101-S; Round Shape with Curly Top and Red Roses, Model #506; Round Shape with Penguins, Model #604; Tumbler with Blue Roses & Leaves, Model #805-11; and Round Shape with Two Butterflies, Model #806-8. The candles were sold in clear glass containers of various sizes with a smaller glass of gel in the middle of the candle.
This recall involves Thomasville table and floor lamps in the Felicity Collection. The recalled table lamps include model numbers starting with 60001 and ending with 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010, 1011, 1012, 1013, 1014, 1015, 1018, 1019 and 1020. The floor lamps include model numbers starting with 60001 and ending with 1016 or 1017. The model number is printed on the packaging and on the bottom of the lamp base.
This recall involves all scents and colors of Mason Jar Candles in 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0 oz. sizes. The size of the candle is specified on the label at the bottom of the jar, on the last line of the label. Replacement Mason Jar Candles, which are not included in the recall, have a "Q" on either side of the label.
The recalled tea lights were sold as part of the three-piece Glass Candle Holders with Tea Lights Set, item number S106 in the Sally Foster catalog and Web site. The product's packaging was marked "Votive Holders with Tealights-Set of 3" and "Item Number 2006 157." Only the white tea light candles with clear plastic shells are affected. Products delivered after December 8, 2006 included tea lights with metal shells and are not included in this recall. The glass candle holders sold with these tea lights are not subject to the recall and consumers may continue to use them.
The product is the "Heartfelt 3 Glass Pumpkins with Tealights and Garland by Valerie." It consists of three separate glass candle holders of three graduated sizes which are shaped like pumpkins. Each set includes six tea light candles, as well as a glass bead decorative garland. The pumpkin candle holders were sold in either clear glass or an amber color.

This recall involves "Taylor" model burnished nickel metal desk lamp. The adjustable lamp is 16 to 24.75 inches high with adjustment points at the base, mid-shaft and shade. An "O" logo is engraved on the tube cup under the rotary power switch and the name "OTT-LITE" is engraved on the front of the base. Model number 13Z63BN9 or 13T63BN9 is printed on a black label on the underside of the base.
This recall involves the Heartwood Creek® Turtle Sprinkler. The lawn sprinkler is made of resin with a decorative turtle shell and stands about 5 1/2 inches tall and 10 inches long. The bottom of the sprinkler is printed with the item number 4005179 and the Heartwood Creek logo.
The product is made of stainless steel with a wire mesh bottom and a dome-shaped lid. It has a non-stick-coated grill grid. It weighs about 10 pounds and is about 10 inches tall. These are John Deere Gas Barbecue Grills with model numbers HR-BG6203 and HR-BG5202. The model number is on the CSA approval sticker on the back panel. The recalled grills have a John Deere symbol on the center of the hood and a John Deere decal plate below the control panel. These are 52,000 BTU grills with 460 sq. in. cooking surface. The Model HR-BG6203 includes stainless steel doors, stainless steel side shelves and a side burner rated at 10,000 BTU. The Model HR-BG5202 has stainless steel doors with black plastic side shelves.
