The recall involves three models of rocking chairs, the Mainstays Love Seat Rocker (Model IT-13380) and the Mainstays Porch Rocker (Model IT-13379 and IT-13270). The Love Seat Rocker is wooden, white and seats two persons. The back support frame and the seat are made of slats. "Made in China" is printed on a sticker under the seat. The wooden Porch Rocker is sold in white and "natural" (light brown) color and seats only one person. "Made in Indonesia" is printed on a sticker under the Porch Rocker's seat. They sit on curved runners. The model number is printed on the rocker's packaging.
The recalled red tea light candles are apple scented and have the brand name "Harvest" on the front packaging. Item number A5023 is written on the bottom of the packaging. The candles were sold in sets of six candles per package. The tea light candles measure 1½ inches wide by ¾ inch high. Each of the candles comes in a plastic holder.
The Glowin' Dino Flashlight and the Glowin' Doggy Flashlight are about 9 inches long and make an electronic sound when switched on. The green dinosaur roars, and the white and brown dog barks. Only flashlights with the following date codes are included in the recall: LC5H161, LC5H291, LC5I031, LC5I091, LC5I131, LC5J061, LC5J231, and LC5J311. The date codes are found on the bottom of the flashlights. Units that do not contain these codes or other animal flashlight characters made by The Little Tikes Co. are not included in this recall. Also, units that have an "R" at the end of the date code are not included in the recall.
The Turbo Sport Portable Infrared LP Gas Grill is model number IR600; the model number is not identified on the grill. The Turbo Sport measures 16.5 inches long by 14 inches wide and 12 inches high. The portable grill is constructed of stainless steel with an attached stainless steel hood. The "Turbo Sport" nameplate is on the front panel of the grill. No other barbecue with the "Turbo" name is affected by this recall.
The recall includes Strike First 2.5 lb and 5 lb dry chemical fire extinguishers with model numbers WBSF-ABC110AP, WBSF-ABC210AP, and WBSF-ABC340AP. The model number is located under the manufacturer's address on the far right hand side of the instruction label. The recalled Laugh & Learn Musical Learning Chair is a plastic infant toy that measures about 17 inches high. It plays music and teaches children numbers and letters. It also features a blue chair with four green plastic legs and a side table with a purple base and white top. The table holds a clock, book, and a lamp. Smiley faces are displayed on the lamp and seat back. "Fisher-Price" is written on the front of the chair. The packaging states that the toy is intended for children 12 months through 36 months of age. The model numbers are H4609, H7167 through H7173, H8157, H8998, and J0272 through J0275 can be found on the underside of the seat of the chair.
The recall involves certain Aussie™ Gas Grills in the Bonza, Bushman and Bondi series, which have "Aussie™" found on the front panel and the series name found on the control panel. Regulator assemblies on these grills have date codes of 2704 and lower. The regulator is attached to the side of the grills. The model number and serial number of the grill can be found on the back of the grill or on the sides of the control panel. The recalled ladders are Type 1A industrial ladders with fiberglass rails and round aluminum rungs, and include the 27 model numbers listed on the chart with manufacture dates and date codes from November 2004 through March 2005. The model number and the manufacture date code for all models except the FA1012 and FA1016 model ladder are located on the model number/notice label on the side rail of the ladders. The date code for the model FA1012 and FA1016 ladder is located on the metal wrap-around adjacent to the hinges. This recall involves the Old Taylor Estate Candelier with item number 40697 (the item number is located on one side and the top of each box). The chandeliers have eight glass votive candle holders. Old Taylor Estate Candeliers purchased after September 2005 are not included in this recall.
The recalled tea light candles were sold in the following six different scents/colors: Coastal Mist (Blue) Wild Currant (Red) Sandalwood (Brown) Tahitian Vanilla (Ivory) Sonoma Pear (Green) Jasmine (White) The tea light candles measure 1 ½ inches wide by ¾ inch high. Each of the candles comes in a plastic holder. They were sold 12 candles to a box. "Home" and "Tea lights" are printed on the top of the box. "Distributed by Target Corporation" and the name of the candle scent are printed on the bottom of the box.
The candles measure about 3 inches in diameter and come in two sizes - 3 inches and 6 inches high. Each candle has a black paint coating and has eight diamond-like ornaments at evenly spaced points approximately 1 inch from the candle's bottom edge. They are packaged in clear plastic wrapping, which is tied at the top with a ribbon. "Distributed by Target Corporation" and the number 054 09 1533 or 054 09 2528 are printed on a label on the bottom of each candle.
The recall includes only beige and champagne leather shag rugs with Hellenic's name on the label. Large sizes include 5 feet by 8 feet and 8 feet by 11 feet and small sizes include 3 feet 5 inches by 5 feet 5 inches, 2 feet by 3 feet and 2 feet by 8 feet. A label on the rugs reads, "Hellenic Rug Imports, Inc."
The Jack 'O Lantern buckets are tea light candle holders, containing eight tea lights, sold in three colors: orange, cream and black. The buckets are about 6.25 inches high and about 7 inches in diameter at the top. They have item number 14609-00 or 14609-02 written on a sticker located on the bottom of the buckets.
The Lily chair and Lily ottoman were sold together as a bean bag furniture set. The chair and ottoman sets were sold in ivory/white (model 170001), ivory/blue (model 170003), ivory/black (model 170004) and ivory/orange (model 170009). Model numbers can be found on a label affixed to the bottom of the furniture.
One recalled candle gift set includes three birch bark-covered candles. Each candle measures 3 inches wide but vary in height from 3 to 6 inches. The candles are displayed on a stand with pine cones, cinnamon sticks and red berries. The second recalled candle gift set includes a display stand with three pyramid-shaped candles varying in height from 8 to 12 inches. The candles are either blue with a silver glitter criss-cross pattern or red with a gold glitter criss-cross pattern. Both candle sets were sold under the Holiday Time™ brand name written on the box.
This recall includes clear, Glass Floater Bowl candle holders. The candleholders measure 3½ inches high, 10½ inches in diameter and have a 3-inch diameter base. A sticker on the bottom of the candle holder has model number SKU 2040310 printed on it.
The recall involves Brinkmann-brand and Charmglow-brand gas grills. The regulator is attached to the side of the grills. Only grills that have regulators with the name "GDA" are affected by this recall. The grills have three to six burners and the name "Brinkmann" or "Charmglow" on the lid.
The recalled menorahs come in two styles. There is a cat menorah with cats sitting near the candle cup holders. There is a dog menorah with dogs sitting near the candle cup holders. The menorahs have a sticker on the base stating either "P1157" or "P1166".
The recalled Charmglow® Gas Grills have a model number of 720-0036-HD-05, which can be found on the back of the grill. The stainless steel grill is designed to be used with propane gas. The name of the grill is located at the left corner of the exterior of the main burner lid. A temperature gauge is located at the center of the main burner lid.
Jenn-Air Outdoor Gas Grill Model Number 720-0100 NG, an outdoor gas grill with four main burners, a side burner and a rotisserie burner. It is made of stainless steel and is used with natural gas. Model numbers are located on the back panel of the grill. The brand name "Jenn-Air" is on a plate on the grill lid.
