This recall involves Kawasaki Cordless Drills, model 691761, sold in green and black color combination, with a 19.2v battery pack and certain serial numbers. "Alltrade Tools LLC" and "Made in China" are printed in white lettering on the left side of the drills. The drill's model and serial numbers are located on a label on the right side of the drill. This recall includes Bordeaux Collection king- and queen-size sleigh beds with wooden headboards and footboards in a cherry finish. Each bed also has two matching wooden side rails. "Bordeaux" and the model number are printed on a white label on the back of the headboard and footboard. Model numbers for the recalled beds are 8070-252 and 8070-253 for the queen-size and 8070-272 and 8070-273 for the king-size.
This recall involves commercial air movers/blowers used to dry flooring, walls and furniture in homes and other buildings. The air movers' green plastic housing measures about 18 inches high by 18 inches long by 18 inches deep. The air movers have a 25-foot yellow electrical cord.
This recall for inspection and/or repair involves Frigidaire Gas Ranges Model # LGGF3043KFM with serial numbers within the following range: VF20457216 to VF20457555. The model and serial numbers are located near the base of the range just below the bottom right portion of the oven door. This gas range has five burners, stainless steel exterior and Frigidaire nameplate centered on the lower part of the oven door.
This recall involves air movers/blowers that are used to dry floors in homes and other buildings. "Aqua Dri" is printed on the top of some of the air movers. Model "3004AD" or model "3004ADxxx" (with additional letters) is printed on the serial number plate on the back of the units. Model numbers with "N" are not included in this recall. The recalled products are Cryofreeze ice/hot packs and Arctic Zone ice packs. The packs are gel-filled plastic pouches with either transparent or opaque sealed wrappers. They are used to keep food hot or cold. The gel packs were sold separately and with a variety of lunch boxes, coolers and thermal carriers. Six gel pack styles are being recalled: Cryofreeze ice/hot packs in small and large styles. Both have opaque blue wrappers with the words "Cryofreeze," "Ice Pack/Hot Pack," "Non-toxic" and "Reusable" printed on the front: The small gel pack is 6 inches wide and 5.5 inches high The large gel pack is 8.5 inches wide and 8 inches high Cryofreeze Transparent Cell ice/hot packs in three styles. Each has a transparent wrapper with the words "Cryofreeze," "Ice Pack/Hot Pack," "Non-toxic" and "Reusable" printed on the front: One 3-cell pack has three connected rectangular-shaped pouches of blue gel and is 7.85 inches wide and 5.5 inches high. Another 3-cell pack has three connected square-shaped pouches of blue gel and is 7.6 inches wide and 3 inches high. The 2-cell pack has two connected square-shaped pouches of blue gel and is 5 inches wide and 3 inches high. Arctic Zone ice pack is 6.25 inches wide and 4 inches high and has an opaque blue wrapper. The Arctic Zone logo and a picture of an iceberg appear on the front of the wrapper. The words "ICE," "Personal Ice Pack" and "Non-Toxic Leak Proof Gel" are also printed on the front of the wrapper.

Lift the dumbbell from the cradle with all weights attached before turning over the base. Dumbbells with a black dot on the inside portion of the weight selector dial are not affected by this recall.
This recall involves eight models of Happy Mouth wire mouth bits used with a bridle in horseback riding. The bits involved in this recall have steel braided wire running through the plastic mouthpiece and most with a metal ring on each end. Model numbers included in the recall are 462172SS, 462177SS, 462181SS, 462184SS, 464123SS, 466898SS, 466904SS and 467248SS. Model numbers can be found on a label attached to the product. "Happy Mouth" is engraved on the plastic mouthpiece.
This recall involves the Imaginarium 5-Sided Activity Center. The multi-sided center has two triangle-shaped ends with a wooden multi-colored xylophone on one and a mirror on the other. The three sides are square-shaped and include moveable block letters, rotating gears and sliding shapes. The name "Imaginarium" appears in a blue, oval-shaped logo underneath the mirror on one end. The second 'i' in the logo is dotted with a shooting star. The recalled product has model number 46284; Toys "R" Us item number 295909; and has the barcode number 000799985462841. The model number is printed on the back of the box, directly above the bar code. These numerical markings do not appear on the actual product.

The model number is printed on the main beam of the log splitters. The date code is stamped on the hydraulic cylinder near the capped end. The log splitters are black and orange with ECHO Bear Cat printed on the hydraulic cylinder.

The recalled assembly is used in the following lighting fixtures: C7018*, C7042*, C7113*, C7118*, C7126*, C7142*, C7213*, C7218*, C7226*, C7242*HD7*, and MD7*.

This recall involves First Fitness Kid's First trampolines with handlebars. The child-size toy trampolines have a red and blue metal handlebar, a blue nylon deck guard and a black jumping deck. "First Fitness" is embossed on the jumping deck in white letters. The trampolines can be identified by model number FF-6902TR and Toys R Us SKN 491463. The model and store numbers can be found on the lower right corner of the back of the packaging. A sewn-in tag on the bottom of the deck lists the factory date code of five numbers followed by "GLTX."

Model number 00119 is a white soft dacron rope with vinyl boot end and rubber knots every 12" sold in 12', 16', 20' and 24' lengths.
This recall involves boys' long-sleeved zip-front hooded jackets. The jackets were sold in three colors: army green, aqua green and black and have a fake fur lining. The jackets have one of four designs: the number "2" or the letter "B" embroidered on the left front chest; or the word "ROCK" or "AB Sportwear" embroidered across the chest. The jackets were sold in sizes 4-7 or S, M, and L. Either "SX" or "QH" appears on the label stitched at the neck. The jackets have model numbers: 1006, 1029, 1058 and 1061, however the model number only appears on the original hang tag and not on the product.
This recall involves 9-inch and 13-inch Kennedy International folding step stools. The step stools are plastic and have a handle for carrying the stools when they are folded. The style number is 3575 for the 9-inch and 3576 for the 13-inch step stools. The style number is printed on a sticker on one of the legs of the stool. "Kennedy Home Collection" is also printed on a label on some of the stools. "Sportspower BouncePro 14" and "TR-14-63-A" are printed on a plate on the leg of the trampoline frame. The trampolines are surrounded by brown netting measuring about 6 feet high on the perimeter of the trampoline. The netting is designed to contain individuals bouncing on the trampoline.
