Three AmerTac night lights are being recalled. Each has a model name and two model numbers. The model name and a secondary model number appear only on the packaging. The basic model number appears on the back of the night light. The night lights are rectangular, about 2-3/16 inches high, 3-1/2 inches wide and 1-1/4 inches deep. The front housings for each are either white- or nickel-colored plastic with four horizontal vents and a round light sensor above the top vent. The backs of the night lights are gray plastic with the AmerTac™ logo, the basic model number, "SY" identification code and "ETL" molded into them. Only models bearing "SY" on the back are being recalled. This recall involves hammock stands made from steel pipe and sold in green and black under the Twin Oaks brand. The hammock stands are used with all Twin Oaks double and family-sized rope hammocks, as well as all Twin Oaks fabric hammocks. Model number 14015 (green) or 14016 (black) is printed on the instruction materials included with the stand.
This recall involves Greenlee Hawk Bill folding pocket utility knives with model numbers 0652-27 and UT652-27. The models are identical. Each has a single curved 2.6-inch stainless steel blade and a 4-inch green and black plastic handle. The Greenlee name and logo are printed on the blade. Model numbers are printed in the upper right corner of the boxes in which the knives are packaged.
The recalled grass trimmer is made by Honda and has the model number HHT35SUKAT. The trimmer is gas-powered and has a red engine housing with the word "Honda" on the top front and a bicycle handlebar-style grip. A label on the shaft includes the words "Honda" and "HHT35S." Recalled trimmers are in the serial number range HAHA-1000001 to HAHA-1017345. The serial number is located on the top side of the shaft below the handlebars.
SolarBlend roof tiles replace conventional roof tiles to provide solar energy to the building. This recall involves all SolarBlend roof tiles with model numbers STP050D-5/ZCB (brown), STP050D-5/ZCF (terra cotta), and STP050D-5/ZCG (gray).
The cylinders contain propylene gas and are used for soldering, brazing, cutting and welding. They contain 14.1 oz Map-Pro, 14.1 oz Propylene or 16 oz MAPP (Methyl Acetylene Propadiene Stabilized). The cylinders are approximately 3" in diameter and 11" tall and are either yellow or black in color. They were sold alone and in kits that include a torch and a cylinder. This recall involves two models of the ECHO 2-cycle gas powered backpack blowers. The 25.4 cc blowers are orange and black in color and "ECHO" is printed on the pull starter housing and blower tube. Model numbers are on a label near the pull starter handle. Serial numbers are on a label near the gas filler cap. The GSM radio module in the Go!Control Panel enables wireless communication between the home security system and alarm monitoring companies. The Go!Control panels are 6-inches high and 8.5-inches wide and are made of white plastic. The front of the control panel has a color touch screen display, a speaker and "emergency" and "home" buttons. A home security company name may also appear on the front of the panel. The recalled radio modules are a component used inside the Go!Control panels. A professional home security system installer can identify the recalled module. Consumers cannot identify the module safely.
This recall involves Ganz ceramic teapots that are tilted to appear as if they are dancing. Only 32-ounce teapots that measure about 10 inches tall and 8 inches wide are included in this recall. Recalled teapots have SKU number "ER19252" and UPC "661371626062" printed on a sticker on the bottom of the teapot. They were sold in the following colors: blue, yellow, green, orange, pink and black.
The Bosch-branded fire alarm panel is locking red wall box with dimensions 22.7" high by 14.5" wide by 4.3" deep. The status, date and time can be seen through a glass screen on the panel door. The word "BOSCH" is printed on the right corner of the panel and the model number "FPA-1000-UL" is printed on the bottom left below the glass screen. The alarm panels featured software versions 1.10, 1.11 and 1.12, which can be determined by installers. They were designed to be used in small to medium-sized facilities in both public and residential buildings.
The product is an ottoman on casters with a folding metal frame and a high-density polyfoam mattress. The ottoman can open out and be converted into a twin-sized bed. Fabric covers are sold separately.
This recall involves STIHL MS 391 gas-powered chain saws with an orange top casing, gray base and black front handle and hand guard. "STIHL" and "MS 391" are printed in an orange circle on the starter side of the unit. The serial number is located on the crankcase to the right of the muffler when viewed from the rear of the saw. This recall involves Tassimo brewers with the Bosch brand name and Tassimo Professional brewers. The brewers use plastic T Discs that are filled with coffee or tea to brew hot drinks. "BOSCH" and "TASSIMO" are printed on the front of the brewers. "TASSIMO PROFESSIONAL" is printed on the front of the professional model. The Bosch-brand brewers were sold in black, white, anthracite, gray, silver, red, titanium and white/gray colors. The Tassimo Professional brewers were only sold in black. The following model numbers and date codes are included in this recall. The model number and date code are located on the bottom of the brewer. No other Tassimo brewer is included in this recall. This recall involves Gevalia, Maxwell House and Nabob brand espresso T Discs. The T Discs are plastic discs filled with coffee that are inserted into Tassimo coffee makers to brew single cups of hot espresso drinks. They were sold in packages of eight or 16 espresso T Discs. T Discs with codes ending with 11213 through 12020 are included in this recall. The code is printed on the T Disc's foil lid and on the side of the package. The recall involves three models of chandeliers with model numbers a83-21502/36+1, a83-1502/36+1 and a46-490/30 printed on the exterior of the box in which the products were shipped. Models a83-21502/36+1 and a83-1502/36+1 are clear crystal chandeliers measuring about 52-inches wide and 60-inches high. Both models have identical appearance, with one model number containing a different type of crystal. Model a46-490/30ed is black wrought iron with clear crystals measuring about 46 inches wide and 46 inches in height.
The recall involves Coleman, Coleman Evcon and Red T brand furnaces. The furnaces are silver with white access panels. "Coleman," "Coleman Evcon" and "Red T" brand names are located on the middle of the front access panel. The model number is written on a faceplate, found by removing both front access panels. The faceplate is found mounted on the left inside surface behind the lower panel. This recall involves HP Fax 1040 and 1050 models. The HP logo and the model number are printed on the front of the fax machine. The fax machines are dark gray and measure about 11 inches high x 14 1/2 inches wide.
This recall involves fold-out sleeper ottomans with a brown slipcover. The ottoman unfolds to three cushions on a black, steel frame. Velcro straps secure the cushions to the frame when in the unfolded sleep position. A tag with the manufacturer's registration number "VA18265(CN)" is attached to one of the three cushions.
This recall involves four desktop models of laser color printers: Magicolor 4750DN, Magicolor 3730DN, Bizhub C35 and Bizhub C35P. Model numbers are located on the plate attached to the side of the printer as well as the bottom of the front door. The printers are dark and light gray in color and have "Konica Minolta" printed on the top of the front door.
The recalled Hurricane Style Light is a circular lamp with a white metal basket and moveable handle for hanging or carrying at the top. It has a colored glass insert in blue, pink, or green and uses a mini light bulb. The model number "DML0593" and SKU/UPC number "000015806710" are printed on the price tag attached to the product.
