The recall involves 2008 Polaris 550 LX, Trail Touring and Trail Touring Deluxe snowmobiles. The model and serial number identification decal is located on the right side of the tunnel below the seat. The recalled model names and numbers are listed below. There is also a limited quantity of suspect parts (about 290) that were sold to consumers for service work or accessory starter installations. These parts could fit on various 2003 through 2007 models of snowmobiles and were sold from March 3, 2007 through October 22, 2007. The recall includes 120-gallon to 1,000-gallon underground propane storage tanks which were previously converted from above-ground to underground storage tanks in the period of January 2005 through April 2008.

The recalled Screech and Scream Fountain is a firework item with a yellow and red cylinder with red balls. The model name is printed on the front of the tube.
The recalled Oh Chute Parachute with streamers is a firework item with a light blue cylinder with white clouds. The model name is printed in triplicate on the front of the tube and FOA #2085 is on the lower back of the tube. This item is sold separately or in a box of four.
This recall involves the outdoor canopies with "Code Number: 1020-8-WT2007". The canopies are white, measure 10' X 20', and have a metal frame with four corner posts that support a fabric top which shields the user from the sun. The code number can be found on a label sewn into the canopy fabric.
The recall involves RadioShack 13.8V DC Power Supplies, catalog numbers 22-507 and 22-508 with date codes from 08A04 through 01A08. Date code format is MMAYY where MM is the month and YY is the year. The catalog number and date code are located on the back of the power supply. Power Supplies with a green dot on the product and the product's packaging have already been repaired and are not included in the recall.
This recall involves electric and gasoline-powered Fleet RXV, Freedom RXV and RXV Shuttle 2+2 golf cars. The model names and the E-Z-GO logo are printed on the sides and front panel of all three vehicles. Serial numbers ranging from 9300001 to 9300188 and 5000000 to 5021328 are printed on a plate attached to the steering column, and the front and rear frames.

Products with an "OK" sticker on the product or packaging are not included in the recall.
This recall involves the "Crafters Square Hot Melt Mini Glue Gun" with product number "939701". The gun dispenses hot glue and is intended for craft projects. The glue gun is black with an orange trigger and measures approximately 4 1/2 inches from the back of the gun to the tip. It has a 44-inch electrical cord attached. "Crafters Square" and "939701" are located on the gun's packaging. "DS-010 Glue Gun" is written in raised letters on the handle of the gun.
The recalled girl's sandals are leather with attached leather flowers and were sold under the "Cadence-Lea" and "Trio-Lea" names. "Cadence-Lea" sandals are white, light green or silver.
