The Topsy-Turvy Deluxe Tomato Planter with Stand (Item Numbers M16702 and M17499) is an upright planter used for growing tomatoes, peppers, or cucumbers. The planter consists of a 16" X 15" bag which holds up to 30 pounds of soil and is attached to the top of a 6-foot-tall adjustable pole. Three legs are inserted into the pole to form a 36-inch-wide base.

The boy's "Champ Custom" hooded zip fleece sweatshirt (style # 40305.HZB) is white with blue pin-stripes on the front and red panels on the sides. ADIO is spelled out across the front. The sweatshirt was sold in boys' sizes: small, medium, large and x-large.

The counterfeit circuit breakers are black and are labeled as Square D QO-series models 115, 120, 130, 215, 220, 230, 240, 250, 260 and 2020 and Square D QOB-series models 115, 120, 130, 220, 230, 250, 260 and 1515. Actual Square D circuit breakers have (a) the amp rating written on the handle in white paint on the front of the breaker (authentic Square D circuit breakers manufactured prior to 2003 did not have white paint on the amperage numbers); (b) the Square D insignia molded onto the breaker side, and; (c) a yellow chromate mounting clip with half of the top of the clip visible. If your breaker, labeled as Square D, does not match this description, it could be counterfeit.
The recall involves American Flame AF-4000 series fireplace gas valves installed in residential fireplaces made by twelve manufacturers under the following brand names: Pacific Energy, Travis Industries, CFM Corporation, Canadian Heating Products, Portland Willamette, Rasmussen, Chimeneas de Columbia, Twin Eagles, FDM, Inca Metals (Savannah Heating), Even Temp, and Valley Comfort. The valves were installed in some but not all fireplaces. Date codes included in the recall include 0622 through 0718. The gas valve model number is located on a label on the bottom of each gas valve. The date code is located above the label.

The recall includes FireX branded 10000 and 12000 series alarms with item numbers: 10000, 12000, 12000C, 12000-6, 12200, 12220, 12400, 12400C manufactured between June 1, 2007 and February 1, 2008. The date code appears on the back of the unit with a four-digit year, three-digit month followed by the day (ex: 2007JUN1 for June 1, 2007). Units with a manufacture date code prior to June 1, 2007 are not included in this recall.
This recall involves Shindaiwa Models EB8510 and EB8510RT. All models up to serial # 7014728 are included. The backpack blowers weigh approximately 24 pounds and include Serial Numbers through February 2007 production (S/N 702XXXX) which are located on the side label. These machines are black and blue with a red and black label that reads, "EB8510, Shindaiwa."

The recalled lapel pins have images depicting 12 video game characters. The lapel pins vary in size, ranging from 1 to 2 inches in height. The characters Diddy Kong, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Mario, Mario Kart, Pikachu, Princess Peach, Samus, Starfox, Waluigi and Wario were sold individually. Mario, Princess Peach and Samus were also sold as a set.
The recalled hammocks are Model X1010 multi texteline hammock and Model X1011 striped quilted hammock. They consist of a metal frame and cloth hammock. The metal frame is made of steel, is beige in color, and has five pieces, including two foot brackets. The model number is located on the hammock's packaging and/or instruction sheet.
The recalled gas regulators were manufactured from June 2006 through January 2008 and installed on LP-gas supply systems in homes and small commercial buildings. The recall involves model R622H LP-gas regulators with type numbers in the table below: R622H-BGJ R622H-DGJ R622H-HGJ R622H-JGJ R622H-BGK R622H-DGK R622H-HGK R622H-JGK The type number is located on a white label attached to the spring case chimney (see photo). The box label also includes the type number. There are no serial numbers on these regulators. The regulators are date stamped with the month and year (12-07 indicating made in December 2007) of manufacture on the product.
The recalled trainers are folding stands that lift and apply resistance to the rear wheel of a standard bike, converting the bike into a stationary trainer. There are three Travel Trac (TT) models included in the recall. The TT Inertial and TT I-Force Wireless use the same stand, with a looping black base and two red bike support arms. Along the right arm, "Travel Trac" is printed in white. "Millennium" is printed along the left arm of the stand on a vertical white decal. TT Inertial and I-Force Wireless have black horizontal decals. The TT Millennium I-Force has a collapsible black stand with Travel Trac and I-Force vertical white decals and Inertial in small red letters. The item numbers are printed on the bottom of the last page of the owner's manual.
