The recall involves Bat Out of Hell fireworks with model number CP1129 and Powder House fireworks with model number CP1130. The model number is printed on all four sides of the device above the warning label. These are 1.4g consumer fireworks devices that consist of 16 multiple shots in the shape of a square cube. The name of the product is printed on the packaging, along with the word "TNT."
The recalled treestand is the Ameristep Model 9203 Hang-on of the Grizzly Treestand Line. The product is a steel fixed-position treestand that uses a steel chain for attachment to trees and has a camouflage-covered seat.
This recall involves one- and two-seater model Yerf-Dog Spiderbox series go-karts. The go-karts have full suspension and 150cc engines. Date codes and model numbers are located on a plate attached to the engine casing. Only DeWALT D55143 three-gallon hand-carry oil-free air compressors with date codes 200448, 200453, 200502 through 200505, 200508, and 200509 are included in the recall. The date code is printed on the name plate on the rear air tank of the unit. Units marked with an "R" on the end cap of the unit are not included in this recall.
The recalled baby jumpers have a blue canvas seat, yellow straps, and a blue plastic clamp that attaches to an interior door frame. The recalled unit is the Bright Starts Jammin' Jumper with model number 6607, which can be found on a white warning label on the canvas seat. The words "Bright Starts" are printed on the plastic housing that contains the clamp. The jumper was sold with a play mat that makes sounds when the child jumps on it.
The recall involves Bunn® home coffeemakers with model numbers GR-10B, GR-10W, B-10B, B-10W, and BT-10B (including any of those same model numbers ending in the additional letter D) with six-digit date codes ending in "01," "02," or "03." Also involved in the recall are the same models with dates codes ending in "04" and middle digits between "01" and "21." (If the date code has a seventh digit, consumers should ignore the last digit and use the first six digits.) The model number and date code are stamped on a small white or silver sticker on the bottom of the coffeemaker. The 10-cup Bunn® coffeemakers have either a black or white plastic base and top, and measure 14¼ inches high by 7 inches wide by 13¾ inches deep. The word "BUNN®" is printed on the front of the machine in chrome.
Shindaiwa Gas-Powered Professional Hedge Trimmers are available in both 30-inch and 40-inch sizes. The products have red engine covers, a red fuel cap and a label on the recoil starter that reads "Professional Shindaiwa." The recall includes all single- and double-sided gas-powered professional hedge trimmer models DH231 and HT231 with serial numbers 1010000 through 5050000. The serial number is printed on the engine cover.
The recall involves new DeWALT D51844 and D51845 Heavy-Duty 20° Full Round Head Framing Nailers, and new DeWALT Model D51722 Heavy Duty 31° Clipped Head Framing Nailers. The recalled units have the following date codes: 200203, 20024, 200217, 200302, 200304, 200308, 200315, 200325, 200329, 200343, 200403, 200404, 200406, 200407, 200412, 200413, 200415, 200416 and 200417. The location of the date code is shown on the photograph below. The new units have a rework date code of 200449DM, 200450DM, 200451DM or 200452DM on the carton. The recall also involves reconditioned DeWALT D51844R and D51845R Heavy-Duty 20° Full Round Head Framing Nailers, and reconditioned DeWALT Model D51822R and D51823R Heavy Duty 31° Clipped Head Framing Nailers, with date codes 200423 through 200509. The date codes on all of the units are located in the area shown on the photograph below.
The recalled KitchenAid® coffeemakers are black, white, red, or blue in color. They are manufactured in 10- and 12-cup models. Consumers can determine if they have one of the recalled coffeemakers by identifying the product's model and serial numbers, which are located on a label on the bottom of the coffeemaker. The affected models include: 10 - cup models KCM120OB KCM120WH KCM300OB KCM300WH 12 - cup models KCM200OB KCM200WH KCM400OB KCM400WH KCM400ER KCM400BU The serial numbers of the affected products begin with the letters WCJ, WCK, WCL, WCM, and WCP.
This hair straightening iron has a black housing with golden-colored ceramic heating plates. "Generic Value Products™" is written on the top of the iron and "GVP™" is written in a white circle on the side of the iron. The iron was packaged in a black and white box with the letters GVP™ in large type in the upper left hand front corner. The SKU is 264800, which is written on the packaging.
The recalled hockey goalie masks and replacement wires are non-certified models with a cat-eye design and have the word "ITECH" printed on the sides and front of the mask. The ITECH Profile 2100, 1100 and 8.0 goalie masks came in black or white. A label identifying the model and size (medium or large) is affixed to the rear crown of the helmet. In addition, the back of the helmet has a large red triangular warning label. The ITECH RP607 and RP609 replacement wires are black, white and chrome and include a unique side attachment design - they are attached to the helmet/mask by four screws and posts without the use of any additional clips.
The recalled cables typically were installed in data centers and other commercial applications. The part numbers for the recalled cables are 39419-50 (25-pair, category 5e); 30171-100 (50-pair, category 5e); and 30105-50 (25-pair, category 5). Only HCM brand cables with the following lot numbers are affected by this recall: AE589 and A4309 through A5551. The part number and lot number are printed on the jacket of the cables.

The recalled fuel is used for outdoor cooking stoves. "MSR® SuperFuel™" is printed on the label and is packaged in red metal cans. "SUPERFUEL, MSR Cleanest-Burning Liquid Fuel for MSR Stoves," and "32 FL OZ/1 Quart/.946 Liter" are printed across the front of the can. This recall includes cans with batch #502-167 printed on the lower back of the can in light black digits.
The recalled circular saws include the BOSCH CS10, CS20 and CS20-XC models, which can be identified on the product nameplate mounted on the top of the motor housing. The recalled models do not have an asterisk (*) in the serial number box. The circular saw uses a 7¼-inch blade and has a blue handle and motor enclosure, and a metal guarding system. The name "BOSCH" is printed on the blade guard.
The recall includes Kydex Belt and Tactical Holsters with thumb break fits for Glock model handguns. The holsters are rigid and are made of black Kydex and come with tension screws for a proper fit. The words, "Uncle Mike's by Michaels of Oregon" are printed on the back of the holster. The recall involves sizes 12, 21, and 25, which is printed on the inside of the holster between the two screws securing the holster to the belt slide.
The heart-shaped pendant is silver-colored, ribbed on the front, hollow on the back, and hangs on a pink suede cord with a silver-colored clasp.
The product is a guard rail that attaches to the top level of a standing choral riser set, with three tiered levels of horizontal platforms, on which individuals stand. The recall includes Optional Guard Rails (model numbers GRU30, 36 and 48) installed on Standing Choral Risers (model numbers TRP3C and SRP3C). Risers without guard rails are not included in this recall.
The recalled Grow-To-Pro® Pogo sticks are traditional pogo sticks with a round, removable base, two foot pegs and handles and the words "Grow to Pro Pogo" stamped on the front of the product. They come in two colors: green (model number 73386) and pink (model number 77356). The model number can be found underneath the pogo stick's foot pegs. This recall includes green pogo sticks manufactured through August 1, 2004, and all pink pogo sticks. Green pogo sticks manufactured after August 1, 2004, are not included in this recall and are marked with a round, green sticker underneath the foot peg. Pink pogo sticks are no longer manufactured.
These 24-shot Excalibur Reloadable Artillery Shell Kits are sold in a black box with plastic windows. The shell kits are a consumer fireworks device that consists of a black plastic launch tube and twenty-four display shells in a display box. "24 shot Excalibur Reloadable Artillery Shell Kits" and "World Class Fireworks" are written on the front of the display box. Only the model 24-shot Excalibur Reloadable Artillery Shell Kits are included in this recall.
