The fork has white plastic prongs and a blue & white checkered pattern on the handle, with an image of Tigger.
The recalled cardigan sweaters are black with a black faux fur trim around the wrists, neck and down the front center of the sweater. The sweaters were sold in girls' sizes 7Y through 14Y and are made of 100 percent acrylic. "Dubbster" and RN number "0101255" are printed on the inside neck label of the sweaters.
The yellow and tan Memory Trunk is about 22 inches long by 14 inches wide by 13.5 inches high and made of fiber board. It is decorated with photos of family activities and various phrases, such as "A Childhood Cherished," "A Place in Time" and "Mementos and Memories." Once Upon A Family intended the trunk for use as a storage box for childhood mementos and does not intend it for use by children.
The recalled vacuum is designed to be pulled behind a lawn tractor. The product vacuums leaves and grass, shreds them and collects the shredded material in a large storage chamber. The leaf and lawn vacuums have a red circle with DR printed in black on each side of the chamber.
This recall includes all 2003/2004 model year Rossignol-brand HC 500, Zena, Unit Pack, HC Rental, and Unit Rental snowboard bindings. Also included are the 2003/2004 model year Dynastar-brand Classic RL and Classic Pack snowboard bindings. This recall does not involve current products (2004-2005) or other models.
This recall includes Polk Audio model LSiW subwoofers with part numbers AM8080-A (Ebony enclosure) and AM8083-A (Cherry enclosure). Affected subwoofers have a serial number from AM808000100 to AM808000597 for the Ebony enclosure and AM808300100 to AM808300599 for the Cherry enclosure. The serial number can be found on the bottom back edge of the subwoofer. The subwoofer measures 16 3/4 inches high by 16 7/8 inches wide by 19 3/8 inches deep, and weighs about 81 pounds.
The recall includes 14-foot and 15-foot Jumpking trampolines sold separately and with FunRing enclosures. The brand name "Jumpking, Inc." is written on a warning label wrapped around a leg of the trampoline. The eight legs of these trampolines fit into perpendicular sockets welded to the top rails. Trampolines with weldless sockets that fit over the connecting top rail pieces are not included in this recall. The FunRing enclosures have an arched design where the vertical poles are connected by arches at the top. Some enclosures were sold separately from the trampolines. Later units, that include the rubber sleeves that fit around the mounting brackets, are not included in the recall.
This recall involves children's chamois blankets made of 100% polyester. The blankets were sold in yellow, pink, blue and green, and the reverse side of all the blankets are white. Decorative yarn in a coordinating color is stitched around the blanket's edge. The blanket measures 30 inches wide by 40 inches long and are labeled for stroller use. A label on the blanket reads "pottery barn kids" and "Made in Korea."
The recall involves Full Moon Lanterns sold by Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. The lanterns were sold in the following three different Halloween themes: Bat (Model # XPM 012A), Flying Witch (Model # XPM 012B), and Jack O-Lantern (Model # XPM 012C).
The recalled music set includes a yellow and green drum with a clear plastic lid and a red one-piece carrying strap that doubles as a storage and carrying case for additional instruments. The drum measures 12 inches in diameter and about 7.5 inches in height. The instruments stored in the drum include: purple drumsticks, yellow and red dumb-bell-shaped maracas, purple wrist bells, an orange recorder, a yellow harmonica, a red-rimmed tambourine and a yellow whistle. Only this musical set is part of this recall. A similar drum set sold at Toys "R" Us with a two-piece strap and different musical toys is manufactured by a different company and is not being recalled.
The recalled Barryvoxes are 2004/2005 model Opto 3000 Avalanche Transceivers. The words, "Mammut" and "Barryvox" are printed on the front of the red and black transceivers. The serial numbers on the recalled units, which can be found in the battery compartment under the UPC code, include: M0080000 through M0088419, M0089616 through M0089800 and M0090000 through M0090419. The recalled units were shipped with an instructional CD and the box marked "Bonus CD Included." Units containing safe replacement transceivers have a red triangular label reading "New Casing" on the box.
This recall includes 2004 Flow MK series snowboard bindings with model numbers MK03, MK04, MK05 and MK110. The bindings affected by this recall can be identified by the shape of the rear lock lever and the cable adjustment wheel on the side of the baseplate (as shown in the photos). No other bindings are included in this recall.
The recalled 40-Watt "Type R" incandescent mini spot-light bulbs were included in two- and three-lamp accent lights in certain furniture hutch items manufactured by Sauder Woodworking Co. The recalled bracelets have heart, oval, and rectangular shaped charms that have the phrases "I like sports," "I like movies," "I like shopping" and "I like music" printed on them. The bracelets also contain various colored plastic trinkets.
The Dirt Devil® Sweeper Vac™ is a battery operated upright vacuum cleaner with "Dirt Devil®" and "Sweeper Vac™" printed on the front. The recall involves vacuum cleaners with the Model Number M083000 with the Plant Code J. The Model Number and Plant Code are printed on a silver plate located on the back of the product. Only vacuum cleaners manufactured in Plant Code J are included in this recall.
The recalled smoke detection systems involve hard-wired S10A ESL smoke detectors that are incompatible with certain ITI control panels as well as certain S09A/S10A listed ESL smoke detectors that may be incompatible with control panels from other manufacturers. Model numbers are printed on the back of the smoke detectors. Inside the ITI control panel is a label that lists the name and model number of the unit. The following model names and model numbers of ITI control panels are incompatible when installed with the following model numbers of ESL smoke detectors: Smoke Detector Model Numbers 429C 429CT 511C 521B (when SW1 is OFF) 521BXT (when SW1 is OFF) 521NB* 521NBXT* 521NCSXT 711U 711UT 721U 721UT *In addition, the models 521NB and 521NBXT detectors, if installed in the S09A configuration, may self-adjust to an S10A configuration. Thus, these two model detectors may not be compatible with other manufacturer's control panels that are only S09A compatible. The 7000 Series Gas Valves that are being recalled are installed in gas appliances, including residential space heaters, wall heaters, boilers, fireplaces, pool heaters, infrared heaters and furnaces, and commercial heating applications such as commercial cooking appliances, fryers, commercial water heaters, and poultry brooders. The recalled valves were manufactured between February 2003 and September 2004 and have production dates beginning with code 0306 and ending with 0436. However, not all 7000 Series valves manufactured during the indicated timeframe are being recalled. Of particular note are model numbers containing the letters "MV." Recalled gas valves include "MV" models that also include the letters "LP" and model numbers 7000AMV; 7000BMV; 7000BMV-S7CL; 7000MVLC; and 7000MVRCLC. All "MV" valves with the indicated date codes that have been converted to Liquid Propane (LP) gas use are also included in the recall. NOT included in the recall are model numbers 7010 and above; model numbers containing the letters "D" or "BV;" and model numbers containing the letters "MV", except for the ones listed above.
The recalled air pistols include the Walther models CP Sport, CP99, and Nighthawk manufactured throughout 2003. The recalled models have a serial number of "J3," which is located on the right side of the air pistol. The Walther CP Sport and CP99 CO2 air pistols capture the look and feel of a Walther firearm. The Nighthawk air pistol is outfitted with a compensator, red dot sight, flashlight and a mounting system. If there is an asterisk inscribed next to the serial number, the air pistol is not part of the recall.
Included in this recall are extra-duty and heavy-duty plastic Swing-N-Slide® swing seats. Sold in either green (extra-duty) or yellow (heavy-duty), the seats are suspended from a crossbeam by two plastic-coated metal chains. On the bottom of each seat, in raised lettering, are the words, "Swing-N-Slide® Corp., 1212 Barberry Drive, Janesville, WI 53545, (800) 888-1232."
This recall involves First Team Attack, Force, and Titan basketball hoops. The hoops have a spring-loaded E-Z crank, adjustable backboard that goes from 6 feet, 6 inches to 10 feet tall. "First Team" is written on the bottom left corner of the clear acrylic or tempered glass backboard. The heavy-duty basketball hoops are often professionally installed.
