This alert is only for consumers who dive with an Air 2 Alternate Inflation Regulator on a NON-SCUBAPRO buoyancy compensator. Divers who use the Air 2 on a SCUBAPRO buoyancy compensator are not affected by this alert.
The recalled hooded drawstring sweaters were sold in a variety of colors and youth sizes S, M, L and XL. They were sold in either the pull-over hooded style or with a zipper. The RN Number 33364 and the word "energie," together with a small red flower, are printed on the collar tags. Only sweaters with drawstrings are included in this recall.
The recalled 32-watt, 3-way (40-75-150 watt output) compact fluorescent bulbs were sold under the brand names Commercial Electric (Home Depot) and DuraBright (Orchard Supply Hardware). The bulbs are about seven inches high and have a white, spiral fluorescent tube attached to a white plastic base. The following item numbers, which can be found on the back of the packaging and the base of the bulb, are included in the recall: 283-924, 575-717, and 69032.
Model year 2005 Polaris "900 Fusion" and "900 RMK 151" snowmobiles with model numbers S05MP8DS(A)(B)(C) and S05PL8DSA are part of this recall. The model number is located on the vehicle identification tag, located on the right side near the foot rest. The "900 Fusion" and "900 RMK 151" snowmobiles have either red/black or blue/silver/black seats with a red, black, or blue hood. "Fusion 900" or "RMK 900" is prominently displayed on the sides of the body.
These Husqvarna 18.5 horsepower, hydrostatic transmission, 42-inch cutting deck, lawn tractors are gasoline-powered and are designed for residential use. The recall involves models LTH18542A and LTH18542B and includes all serial numbers. The model plate with the model number information is found under the seat.
The recalled zero-turn-radius riding lawn tractors are "Cat's Eye Gold" with black trim, and have a vinyl seat. The body of the tractor has "Scag Tiger Cub" written in red on the side and front of the tractor. The Mossimo thong sandals have beads and shells sewn onto the straps. The sandals were sold in beige or brown suede in sizes ranging from 5 to 10, whole sizes only. "Mossimo" is engraved on the inner sole, and the size of the sandal is printed on a clear label affixed to the side.
The recall includes the Ab Lounge™, Ab Lounge™ 2, and Ab Lounge™ Ultimate exercisers. The machines have the name "Ab Lounge" or "Ab Lounge 2" printed on the upper front fabric of the seat. The recall involves machines with the following serial numbers: Ab Lounge™ machines: ALX-000001 through ALX-037999, and all machines that start with serial numbers 03 44 through 04 36. Ab Lounge™ 2 machines: AL2X-000001 through AL2X-059060, and all machines that start with serial numbers 04 03 through 04 36. Ab Lounge™ Ultimate machines: all machines that start with serial numbers 04 28 through 04 34. The serial number is located on a label on the bottom of the front frame. Ab Lounge™ exercise products with straight brackets that do not fold are not part of this recall.
This recall includes Byer of Maine TriLite Stools shipped between February 19, 2004 and June 16, 2004. The affected stools are only those that have been produced in China, specifically those that bear the Byer of Maine logo screen printed in silver ink on the plastic leg hub.
The stators were sold to Procon Products for the application in insecticide insertion pumps and water purification systems.

The recalled pajama shirts are heather gray with red or blue sleeves with heat-sealed alligator and football patches on the front. The collar tag reads "Okie Dokie." The pajama pants are red or blue with cartoon pictures of alligators, footballs, and stars, and the word "football." They were sold in infant sizes 12M to 24M and toddler sizes 2T to 5T. This recall does not include the pajama sets with the alligator and football silk-screen images on the pajama shirts.
The recall involves the 200 and 300 Bar versions of the OMS Rotating Cross Bar Manifold. The manifold consists of two valves which have "O.M.S." stamped on the side of each valve and a crossbar that has three O-rings per side. Each part has a black plastic knob.
The recalled fitness machines are the Bowflex Power Pro with and without a "Lat Tower" and Ultimate models built before September 1, 2002. The "Lat Tower" attaches to the back of the bench, and has pull-down pulleys attached. The name "Bowflex" and the model name are printed on the front of the machines.
The recall involves Coleman, Coleman Evcon and Red T brand furnaces. The furnaces are a silver color with white access panels. The "Coleman," "Coleman Evcon" and "Red T" brand names are located on the middle of the front access panel. The recalled safes weigh about 14 pounds and contain an electronic keypad lock and are gray in color. They were sold with four AA batteries.

The recalled H300 Pouch Laminators have serial numbers starting with "PI," "PJ," "PK," "PL," "QA," "QB," "QC" or "QD." The recalled H200 Pouch Laminators have serial numbers starting with "PI" or "PJ". The H300 and H200 model numbers are found on the top of the Pouch Laminators, and on the rating plate on the bottom of the Pouch Laminators. The serial numbers are found on the rating plate on the bottom of the Pouch Laminators.
The adidas Pro Team and Superstar Ultra basketball shoes come in various color combinations. The recalled shoes have a six-digit article number on the inside part of the shoe tongue. The TS-11 Thermal Safety Control Gas Valves are installed in commercial cooking equipment with pilot lights, including ranges, griddles, fryers, and warming trays. The recalled gas valves were produced between February 2003 and August 2004. The "magnet heads" on the gas valves were made during the same range of dates. The recalled products can be identified by date codes 0306 through and including 0432. The TS-11 gas valve with different manufacturing dates and a different hazard was recalled in 2002.
The recalled product is a rattle designed for children ages 3 months and up. It is approximately 5.5 inches long with a clear spiral tube in the center, containing eight yellow and purple balls inside, that travel around the spiral. The ends of the rattle are green and purple and orange and yellow. The straight center tube is blue with a shaker inside. The item number E00148 is written on the packaging.
