This recall involves Lifetone HLAC151 Bedside Fire Alarm and Clock with serial numbers ranging from AC160600001 through AC160604102 and AC170100001 through AC170106030 only. The serial number is printed on the left side of the silver sticker on the bottom of the unit. The bedside alarm and clock is an assistive alerting device intended for in-home use by individuals with hearing loss. The alarm detects the T3 emergency signal given by existing smoke alarms. When the T3 signal from a smoke alarm is detected, the alarm signals at a lower frequency, which may be better heard by individuals with mild to severe hearing loss. The alarm also gives spoken emergency signals "FIRE GET OUT" in both English and Spanish. Defective units continue to sound a low frequency emergency audio signal and spoken signal "FIRE GET OUT" in English and Spanish but the optional bed shaker, if attached, will not operate. The white, rectangle clock measures 8.5 inches wide by 4.2 inches high by 4.5 inches wide. The fire alarm and clock has "Lifetone" printed on the front of the unit and a digital display with the date, time and type of emergency. There is a large black dome-shaped microphone on the top left of the alarm.

The model code is 10 characters long and is located on the same product label. The model code starts with M and ends with F. Units included in this recall were sold individually and installed in toilets manufactured by American Standard, Corona, Crane, Kohler and Mansfield.
This recall involves solar-powered, motion-activated outdoor LED light fixtures sold under the All-Pro and Defiant brands. The model number is displayed on the interior of the fixture. The Defiant MST1000LWDF, All-Pro MST800L, and All-Pro MST800LW all have two light sources on top of a housing with a round motion sensor on the bottom of that housing. The All-Pro WPS2040M has a flat housing with the LED light source in the center of the housing and an integrated motion sensor lens and dimmer above the motion sensor. This recall involves model B4363GS fuel tank replacement caps made by Kelch/Bemis for Briggs & Stratton portable generators that use a plastic non-vented fuel tank. The fuel tank replacement caps are black and are missing the vent within the clear lens covering the fuel gauge. The fuel caps can be identified by visually inspecting the clear lens for a vent hole towards the bottom of the gauge. The caps are about 2.5 inches in diameter and 1.25 inches in width. Two 5.5 inch metal rods extend from the bottom of the caps to support a float that moves the needle in the fuel gauge. The fuel tank replacement caps have KELCH stamped into the bottom of the cap.
