This recall involves Ascent™ and Venturist™ series 8-ounce and 20-ounce blending containers with blade date codes March 2018 ("03-18") or earlier. Date codes are in the format MM-YY; for example, March 2018 is "03-18." If the blade base is marked on the bottom with a green or orange dot, the container has already been repaired. The Vitamix logo is printed on the blending container. The blade date code is laser-etched onto the top of the blade in the blade base. The products have a clear container and a black blade base and were sold separately and with Vitamix Venturist™ Model 1200 blenders.
This recall involves Nutrex pressure cookers with model number 2153. The pressure cookers are silver colored with black handles. A blue gasket is attached on the inside of the cover. Model number 2153.DW, the month and year of production and Rena Ware are stamped on the bottom of the unit. "DONG WON" is stamped on the base of the main valve. "DWM" is stamped on the blue gasket.
This recall involves ball bullet rocket fireworks packed in bags of four with model number LB6103 and M-150 cracker fireworks packed in boxes of 36 with model number LA150B. The model numbers are printed on the packaging. The recalled ball bullet rocket fireworks were sold with four different colored fireworks and have "Ball Bullet Rocket" printed on the packaging. The M-150 cracker fireworks were sold in a yellow/orange box and have "Legend Fireworks M-150 Cracker 36 Pieces" printed on the front of the box.
This recall involves all model year 2018 Pantera models including the Pantera 3000s, Pantera 6000s, and Pantera 7000s. It also involves 2019 Pantera 3000, 6000 and 7000 model snowmobiles within the VIN range of 100529 through 100848. The snowmobiles have "PANTERA," "ARCTIC CAT" and the model number printed on each side of the engine cowling. The snowmobiles were sold in a variety of colors. The VIN on 2019 snowmobiles is located on the side of the tunnel near the right footrest area.
This recall involves the Orange Whip golf swing trainer models OWT and OWM. The recalled trainers have a black grip and flexible shaft with a weighted orange ball attached to it. The batch number is printed on the inside of the counterweight steel ball (white or gold color) attached to the grip end of the Orange Whip. The recalled trainers have a batch number in the range from 772 to 792. In order to read the batch number, the counterweight steel ball must be unscrewed by hand. Model OWT, the full size trainer, measures 47 inches in length. Model OWM, the mid-size trainer, measures 43 inches in length
This recall involves Okie Dokie Denim Patches Shortie shorts. These jean shorts have a rainbow and a slice of watermelon patch on the front of each pocket with tan stitching along the seams. The shorts were sold in toddler sizes 2T through 5T. The item number 324-8191 and date code 12/17 are printed on a white tag on the inside back seam of the shorts.
This recall involves Crate and Barrel's Josephine floor mirrors, sold individually or as a set of three mirrors that can be hung vertically or horizontally. The mirror consists of a larger rectangular mirror and a smaller square mirror on wooden backing that measures about 16 inches wide, 3 inches deep and 90.5 inches long. The hangtag that came with the mirror has the number 215-037 printed next to the bar code.

This recall involves Ortovox avalanche transceivers, model numbers 1137000006, 1137000001 and 1137000002. They were sold in black/blue (model number 1137000006), black/black (model number 1137000001) and neon green (model number 1137000002). The transceiver is used as a beacon to locate an individual in the event of avalanche burial. ORTOVOX and 3+ are printed on the top of the device. In the open/receive position, the top half of the transceiver displays a blue screen with green border that displays an image and distance reading of the buried individual. The transceivers measure about 5 inches long by 3 inches wide by 1 inch thick in the closed/transmit position. All transceivers manufactured from 2010 through 2018 are included in the recall. The manufacture date is printed inside the battery door on the back of the transceiver with a roman numeral representing the quarter of the year and a two digit number referring to the year. For example, a manufacture date of IV/17 represents the fourth quarter. The year of manufacture is five years earlier. In this case, the transceiver was manufactured in the fourth quarter of 2012.
This recall involves Rollerblade-branded Helmets R Us helmets, used in schools' physical education programs. The recalled helmets are white and Rollerblade is printed on the side in black. They were manufactured from September 2011 through April 2017. Model 16, SK-501N and the manufactured date (in MM/YYYY format) are printed on a label on the inside of the helmet. "Distributed by: Helmets R Us" is printed on another label inside of the helmet.
This recall involves Stanley LED workbench light and power stations with model number WLB40PS. The recalled units were sold in black/yellow color and measure about 19.75 inches long by 3.75 inches wide and 5 inches tall. They have a 40-chip LED shop light with adjustable angles, four power outlets and an on/off switch mounted on the unit. "Stanley" is printed in yellow by the outlets. The model number is printed on a sticker located on the back of the lighting panel.
This recall involves Oceanic and Hollis regulators for scuba diving. The metal regulator attaches to the scuba tank valve and controls the pressure of the air a diver breathes. It is a green-colored circuit board that is 10 inches wide by 6.5 inches in height and is used to teach students about the fundamentals of electrical circuits.
