This recall involves the Octane Fitness XT- One elliptical cross trainer. "Octane Fitness" is printed on the rear of the keypad and the side of the cross trainer. The cross trainers measure 33 inches by 99 inches. These standing elliptical cross trainers were sold in various shades of gray, green and orange. The machines have steel tubing with plastic shrouds and a 10 inch glass capacitive touch screen or a large LED display with integrated capacitive buttons. Only cross trainers with model numbers XT5700 are included in the recall. The model name XTOne is printed on the incline support column.
This recall involves traction residential elevators with models LLT-952, LLT-953, LLT-954 and LLT-955 shipped and installed between January 2015 and April 2017. The model numbers are 48/50LC07-26 with an A in the 6th digit and a 0 (zero) in the 14th digit of the model number (e.g., 48LCTA24F2M5-0S1B3). Note that dashes should be counted as digits in the model number. The serial numbers are 1214P to 3317P. The model and serial number can be found on the unit rating plate located on the back of the unit.

This recall involves InSinkErator Single Outlet SinkTop Switches. The air activated switch mounts to the sink or countertop and is an alternative to the traditional wall switch for a garbage disposal. The model numbers are 76703, STS-SOSN, 78251 and 74300, and can be found on the back of the power module. InSinkErator is written on the front of the power module. The switches were sold with a chrome, white, or satin nickel button/bezel as an accessory for garbage disposals. Garbage disposals activated by a wall switch are not affected by this recall.

They were sold under the Goodman, Amana, and Daikin brand names. The recalled products have model numbers beginning MBR1200AA, MBR1600AA, MBVC1600AA and MBVC2000AA, and serial numbers beginning 1704, 1705 and 1708. Some recalled modular blowers were installed with no brand name listed. Consumers can identify these recalled units with the above model and serial numbers. Model and serial number labels are located on the front panel of the unit.

This recall involves model "MM-B212" off-road mini bikes. The recalled bikes have a black powder-coated, gusset-reinforced, welded tube steel frame. Attached to the frame are two pneumatic tires with steel rims that measure 19 inches by 7 inches, a front fork with shocks, front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, and a head light. The bikes are powered by a pull start self-contained 212cc, 7.5 hp gas engine and have a retractable kick stand. The mini bikes weigh 164 pounds and measure 64 inches long by 32.5 inches wide by 36 inches tall. There are two circular "MM 212" decals on the pull start and the transmission cover located on the left and right side of the bikes, a "Monster Moto" decal on the left and right shock absorbers, and an "MM 212" and Monster Moto logo on the left and right frame gussets.

The recall involves the 11 ounce Wheat Leaf crystal glass mugs. The mugs measure about 3.5 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter, with a handle. They are clear with a wheat leaf pattern etched into the glass. The mugs have a blue sticker stating "TIFFANY & CO. Made in Slovenia. CRYSTAL GLASS." "TIFFANY & CO. 13559" appears on the bottom of the mugs.

The kits are used to assemble fold down beds and were sold in three sizes: twin, full and queen.The model numbers for the I-Semble vertical-mount Murphy bed hardware kit with mattress platform are: twin size, model #54877, full size, model #55991 and queen size, model #54386. The I-Semble horizontal-mount Murphy bed hardware kit with mattress platform twin size, model #50479, full size, model #53155 and queen size, model #58262 . They include a metal bed frame with wood slats for the mattress platform, a metal leg to support the foot of the mattress platform, mounting brackets to attach the metal bed frame to the wooden enclosure built by consumers, wall brackets to secure the wood enclosure to wall studs, and associated screws and bolts.
This recall involves VTech Shake and Sing Elephant rattle with model number 80-184800. The rattle has a purple elephant with yellow and blue ears at one end and a black and white plastic teething ring at the other end. VTech is stamped on the elephant. The rattle is about seven inches long and the number 1848 is printed on the back of the rattle adjacent to the battery door. The rattle sings when a button is switched on.
