The recall involves Allura™ fiber cement decking and fascia. The recalled decking was sold in 12-foot lengths and is 6 inches wide and one inch thick, and came in two styles: a hidden fastener application and a direct screw application. The recalled Allura™ fiber cement fascia, which was for vertical applications only, was sold in 12-foot lengths, is 8- and 12-inches wide and 7/16 inches thick. The decking and fascia were sold in a natural wood color with a wood grain texture. There are no labels or other identifying marks on the decking materials.
This recall involves six models of Omega Pacific G-FIRST series aluminum carabiners. They are typically used to allow ropes and harnesses to be linked together. "Omega-17 UL Classified USA" is printed on the front and "Meets NFPA 1983 17ED MBS kN 40 G" statement is located on the back side. The 2-digit lot code "OD" is embedded on the bottom side of the carabiner spine. They were sold individually in silver, black and red colors.
This recall involves all 2017 Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail SE (Special Edition) and Wildcat Sport SE ROVs with winch solenoids installed as original equipment and winch accessory kits sold separately for use on 2014 through 2017Arctic Cat Wildcat Sport and Wildcat Trail ROVs. The ROVs have four wheels, side-by-side seating for two people, and have a black chassis. "Wildcat Trail" or "Wildcat Sport" is printed on each side of the vehicle. In addition, Special Edition ROVs have "SE" printed on each side.
This recall involves all FANG XT, FANG LT and THRIVE archery crossbows with serial numbers 2404285-2514039. Both the Fang XT and Fang LT have a 19 inch wide axle-to-axle bow with a black foot stirrup attached to the front. The Thrive's bow is 18 inches wide axle-to-axle and has a folding black foot stirrup attached to the front. The Fang XT measurement is about 33 inches from end to end. the Fang LT measures 32 inches and the Thrive measures 32 to 35 inches. The models have split limbs made of fiberglass. Cam pulleys are mounted between the upper and lower halves of both limbs. They have an integrated barrel, pistol grip, and stock made of composite material. The crossbows come with a scope, under-mounted quiver, string stops, a cocking rope, and rail lube. The PSE logo and model names are on an emblem mounted above the trigger housing on the left and right sides of the crossbows. They are also printed onto the front of each limb. The serial number is on the bottom of the trigger grip.The model number can be found on the product hang tag and on the box. The Fang XT and LT come in Mossy Oak Country & Skullworks 2 camo and muddy girl colors. The Thrive comes in Mossy Oak Country. Plastic handle fire extinguishers: The recall involves 134 models of Kidde fire extinguishers manufactured between January 1, 1973 and August 15, 2017, including models that were previously recalled in March 2009 and February 2015. The extinguishers were sold in red, white and silver, and are either ABC- or BC-rated. The model number is printed on the fire extinguisher label. For units produced in 2007 and beyond, the date of manufacture is a 10-digit date code printed on the side of the cylinder, near the bottom. Digits five through nine represent the day and year of manufacture in DDDYY format. Date codes for recalled models manufactured from January 2, 2012 through August 15, 2017 are 00212 through 22717. For units produced before 2007, a date code is not printed on the fire extinguisher. This recall involves Herman Miller's Eames-branded molded fiberglass armchair rockers with model numbers beginning with RFAR. The rockers were sold in multiple shell colors and frame finishes, and with or without upholstery. The upholstered rockers measure about 25.25 by 25.5 by 27 inches and the non-upholstered about 25 by 25.5 by 27 inches. Recalled rockers were manufactured from May 1, 2013 through September 8, 2017. The manufacture date in MM/DD/YYYY format and the model number are printed on a label located on the underside of the seat. This recall involves commercial electric 15-amp triplex outlet converters, also known as taps, with model number LA-05 and UPC 818897010121. The white plastic converters convert a single electrical outlet into three outlets with an outlet plug on the left, front and right side of the tap. The outlet taps measure 1.7 inches tall by 1.3 inches wide by 1.69 inches deep. On the front facing outlet, neutral and line (power socket) sizes are reversed. The model number is printed on the mold on the side that the prongs are located and the UPC number is printed on a sticker on the top of the converter along with the UL listing.

This recall involves Fitness Gear resistance tubes used as upper and lower body workout equipment. The latex tubes were sold in blue, gray, green, orange, purple and red with gray handles. The tubes range in resistance from 5 pounds to 30 pounds and were sold individually and in kits of three, four or five resistance tubes. The resistance level is marked on the black strap between the handle and the tube. This recall involves Pro-Tec City Lite and Pro-Tec Street Lite adult multisport helmets. The helmets have chin straps secured by plastic buckles and were sold in sizes S, M, L, and XL. The same buckle was used on all sizes of both helmets. The buckle bears the markings "ERGO-LOK" and the "UTX D-FLEX" logo. A label on the inside of the helmet reads "Pro-Tec City Lite" or "Pro-Tec Street Lite." The recalled helmets have a date code inside on the EPS liner in the format MM/DD/YYYY-090EO. There are two vent holes in the back of the helmet. The left vent hole has either an LED light or a plastic insert. The City Lite helmet was sold in rubber black and gloss white, and the Street Lite helmet was sold in rubber black, rubber red and gloss white.
This recall involves all Fireworks Over America Serious Spinout multi-effect fireworks sold both individually and by the case. Recalled fireworks have product code FOA 2773 printed on the back panel in the lower right hand corner. The fireworks consist of eight tubes wrapped in colorful paper. The tubes are bundled together to form a "cake" that measures 6 inches tall by about 4 inches wide. "Serious Spinout," "Warning" and an image of two yellow cars are printed on the front panel.
This recall involves John Deere model D105 lawn tractors with serial numbers beginning with 1GXD105, and service transmissions sold by John Deere authorized dealers for use in the D105 lawn tractor. John Deere and the model number are printed on the side of the engine hood. The serial number is located on the rear frame of the machine above the left rear tire. If the lawn tractor serial number is not on the firm's website and the transmission had been replaced from March 2016 through August 2017, consumers should contact their John Deere service dealer to check if the recall applies to their replacement service transmission.
This recall involves Moonrays brand large mystic globe and winter-themed snow globe stake lights. The lawn and garden decorations are plastic globes mounted on a metal stake that can be inserted into the ground. Water and antifreeze allow glitter inside the globe to float. The winter-themed light stake is framed by a snowman, Christmas Tree, Santa Claus or reindeer. The solar powered lights also contain LED bulbs that run on AA NI-cd or AA-NI-Mh rechargeable batteries.
