This recall to repair involves the Outpost 1 Hammock, made for one person, and the Outpost II Hammock, the two person model, and one standalone Wildhorn Outfitters Litespeed Suspension Kit. The 100-percent nylon hammocks come in various colors including gray, blue, orange and green. "Wildhorn Outfitters" is stitched on a label on the hammocks.
This recall involves Aqua Lung Powerline inflators installed on Aqua Lung and Apeks Black Ice buoyancy compensators. Buoyancy compensators equipped with Powerline inflators are used by scuba divers to establish buoyancy in the water. The black Powerline inflators measure about 20 inches long and 3.5 inches wide. Recalled Powerline inflators have a date code beginning with "H" printed on the inflator body.
This recall involves Interlogix wireless personal panic devices. The product is a wrist band or necklace panic button, used to activate a security control panel within range in the event of a personal emergency or injury. These devices were sold as an accessory with professionally installed home security systems. They were sold in black and white and include model and UPC numbers: TX-4200-01-1 (white; UPC 7-82136-72342-7) and TX-4200-01-2 (black; UPC 7-82136-72343-4). The model number is printed on the underside of the device. Both the model number and the UPC number are printed on the packaging.
This recall involves all Hallee Starlit Nights Mosquito Net Bed Canopies. The recalled bed canopies are made of 100% white polyester fabric and mosquito netting and have glow-in-the-dark stars sewn onto the fabric. The canopies hang from the ceiling or wall above a bed and measure about 400 inches tall, 90 inches wide and 22 inches in diameter. "Hallee" is printed on the label that is attached to the bottom of the canopies.
This recall involves Mahco Inc. tripod stools with three steel legs and a REALTREE logo pattern camouflage polyester fabric seat. The steel legs have plastic caps on both ends and a round plastic hub that connects the three legs. The stools measure about 17 inches high by 13 inches wide. There is a black polyester carry strap attached to the bottom of the stool seat. Mahco Inc. is printed on an orange and black hang tag attached to the stools.

This recall involves John Deere model 485A backhoe attachments for John Deere compact utility tractors 4044M, 4044R, 4049M, 4049R, 4052M, 4052R, 4066M and 4066R with serial numbers beginning with 1LV0485ACG0030+++. A complete list of serial numbers included in this recall is available on the firm's website. The backhoe attachments are green and have the leaping deer John Deere logo printed on the side. The model number 485A is printed on both sides of the backhoe attachments. The serial number is located on the rear of the backhoe mainframe.

This recall involves "Step-iT" activity wristbands, which come in two styles-"Activity Counter" and a motion-activated "Light-up Band." The Activity Counter comes in translucent plastic orange, blue or green and features a digital screen that tracks a child's steps or other movement. The Light-up Band comes in translucent plastic red, purple, or orange and blinks light with the child's movement. Both styles of activity wristbands have a square face with the words "STEP-iT" printed on them and a button to depress and activate the wristband. The back of the square face contains the etched words "Made for McDonald's."

This recall involves Xenith Epic Varsity, X2 Varsity, X2E Varsity and Youth football helmets with a gloss or metallic-painted polycarbonate shell sold or factory-reconditioned between May 1, 2015 and March 18, 2016. The helmets were sold in multiple sizes depending on the model, and in varying colors and custom-paint designs. They have a facemask and a chin cup, available in different styles and varying colors, and may have an optional eye shield.
