This recall involves six models of HEAD ski and snowboard helmets: Agent, Alia, Andor, Arise, Arosa and Avril. They were sold in sizes M/L and XL/XXL in black, blue, green white and yellow, with straps in a variety of colors. HEAD, the model name, size and "Production Code: Dec. 2014" are printed on stickers that can be found by lifting the lining above the right earpiece.
This recall involves Rockwood portable power packs with lithium ion batteries and cables. They are used to charge a variety of electronic devices and car batteries and have a recessed LED flashlight. The power packs have a black plastic cover with "Rockwood" printed in white on the top. They measure about 6 inches long, 3 inches wide and 1 inch tall. A yellow and white danger label is on the bottom. Item number 30554 is printed on the packaging.
This recall involves custom-ordered made-to-measure Serena® and SIVOIA QS TRIATHLON® roller shades with the following model numbers: QSFRJ-S2A13-B; QSFRJ-S2A13-BN; QSFRJ-S2A13-PS; QSFRJ-S2A13-PSN; SYRJ-S2A13-B; SYRJ-S2A13-BN; SYRJ-S2A13-PS; SYRJ-S2A13-PSN; SMR-S2A13; SMR-S2A13-N The model numbers are printed on a white label located on the shade battery rail, the equivalent support backbone for plug-in & manual shades, or on the inside of the shade fabric wrapped head rail or valance (fascia). Affected shades have the following date codes: W45 - Y46. These codes can also be found on the white label on the side of the head rail. The letter represents the year and the number represents that week of the year (W = 2013, X = 2014, Y = 2015). For example, the code Y46 is for the manufacturing week ending on Friday 11/13/2015. The label on affected shades also contains a product family name at the top of the label - either "Serena" or "Sivoia QS Triathlon." The majority of the shades are battery-operated and controlled by a Lutron remote control. Some of the models are plug-in and some are manual. All of the models are cordless.
This recall involves Renogy brand 100-watt bendable solar panels. The recalled solar panels are black plastic sheets about 41 inches long by about 21 inches wide by about 1/8 inch thick. Model number RNG-100DB is on the top of the panel, either on the front or back.
This recall includes the Connect by H-E-B tri-ply stainless steel cookware. It was sold as a 12-piece set or as individual pieces. "Connect" is stamped into the base of the handle and the Connect by H-E-B logo is stamped on the underside of the cookware. Cookware included in this recall does not have a date code on the underside. This recall involves LocknCharge iQ10 charging stations that allow users to charge and store multiple tablet computers. The charging stations are metal cubes about 16 inches tall x about 16 inches wide x about 12 ½ inches long and have two doors on the front. The cube has white sides with black doors and either a black or white top cover. The LocknCharge logo is on the sides of the cube. The charging stations came with a blue basket and a green basket with dividers that hold the devices to be charged. The baskets have a white handle with the LocknCharge logo on each side. The charging stations have two USB charging hubs under the top cover. Recalled charging stations have charging hubs with no batch code or that have batch codes that begin with 14L, 15B or 15C. The batch code is on the bottom of the charging hub under a silver data label.
The Saddle bar and counter stools have solid wood legs with a pecan-stained finish and were sold in four upholstery options: elephant leather, crosshatch steel/ivory, slate chevron and iron basketweave. The seat height for the bar stools is 30.5 inches with overall dimensions of 20.5 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 41 inches tall. The seat height for the counter stools is 26 inches with overall dimensions of 20.5 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 37.5 inches high. SKU numbers are located on the box of the product, the customer receipt and on a sticker on the bottom of the seat. This recall involves new and previously recalled 18-inch tall and 20-inch tall Classroom Select NeoRok Stools with a tilting and rocking feature, for use by children in the classroom. The stools have a round black rubber seat insert with a solid color plastic seat and black rimmed base. The Classroom Select logo is printed on one side of the base and the NeoRok name is printed on the other side of the base. The stools were sold in 12 colors: Cardinal (red), Claret (maroon), Ebony (black), Imperial (blue), Lilac (purple), Marine (navy blue), Nickel (silver), Paprika (orange), Periwinkle (light blue), Pistachio (green), Saffron (yellow) and Slate (gray). Recalled 18-inch stools are item number 1496340 and recalled 20-inch stools are item number 1496342.
The recall includes LATTJO Tongue Drum and LATTJO Drumstick set. The LATTJO Tongue Drum is a solid birch rectangular-shaped drum with a turquoise-dot print on the front and two solid red circles on top. The drum measures about 8 inches long by 2-3/4 inches wide by 2-3/4 inches deep. The drum comes with a seven-inch mallet with a turquoise painted handle and black rubber ball on the end. IKEA and LATTJO are printed on a label on the bottom of the drum. The LATTJO Drumstick set includes two solid birch drumsticks, two brushes and two mallet-type drumsticks with black rubber balls on the ends. The set was sold in a turquoise polyester roll-up pouch with a red and white striped fabric panel in the center. The pouch measures about 15 inches long by 10 inches wide. IKEA and LATTJO was printed on a label attached to the pouch.
This recall involves Rival brand electric griddles with model number XJ-14207. The griddles are black and measure 20 inches long by 10.5 inches wide. "Walmart" and the model number are printed on a label molded into the bottom of the griddle. "Rival" is printed on the outside edge of the griddle and on the griddle's temperature dial.
This recall involves the Martha Stewart Collection 10-piece stainless steel cookware sets, which include an 8-inch and a 10-inch stainless steel frying pans. The frying pans have two rivets that attach the frying pan to the handle. The rivets have stainless steel discs on top of them. Other items included in the cookware sets are a 1-quart covered saucepan, 2-quart covered saucepan, 3-quart covered saucepan and 6-quart covered stockpot. The recall affects only the two frying pans. UPC numbers 0733003518899, 0733003623326, 0766370840959 or 0766370980334 can be found on the product packaging or purchase receipt. The recall affects John Snowball, Esq., Tealight Holders. The tealight holder is a snowball-shaped character with a wire monocle on his right eye, a cigar in his mouth and a black top hat with a yellow band above the brim on his head. Tealight holder measures 4.5" x 4.5" x 6." There is a hole in the back of the item to hold the tealight. Clear stickers with Victorian Trading Company logo are on the bottom of the tealight holders.
This recall involves Breville 6-quart capacity domestic programmable electric pressure cookers with a brushed stainless steel construction and a 3-way safety system. The safety system consists of a locking lid, safety valve and a pressure release button. Pressure cookers with model number BPR600XL and batch numbers between 1235 and 1529 are included in the recall. The model number and batch code are located on the bottom of the unit.
This recall involves JHBL LED light fixtures manufactured between August 2014 and June 20, 2015. Manufacture dates are located on the product label near the top of the light fixture. The light fixtures measure 16 inches high by 22 inches wide and weigh about 40 pounds. The fixtures are painted white die castings with raised heat dissipating fins every 2 inches. The lower die casting with fins is approximately 4 inches from the driver compartment box. Units shipped after June 20, 2015 are not included in the recall.

This recall involves Basler Class 2 electric transformers with date codes between 1435 and 1446 which use a Tyco circuit breaker. The date code is located on the top line of the transformer's data plate.
This recall involves two models of Craftsman 12-amp electric blower/vacs. The blower/vacs have a red motor housing and a black blower tube and restrictor nozzle, and measure 12 inches high by 34 inches long. Blower/vacs with model number 138.74898 or 138.74899 are being recalled. Model 138.74898 has a variable speed switch and a serial number between SES0100001 and SES1951280. Model 138.74899 has a two-speed switch and a serial number between SER3561101 and SES2141280. The model number, serial number, "Craftsman" and "AC BLOWER / VAC" are printed on the side of the motor housing.
This recall involves Drill Master 18-volt cordless drills with item number 68239 and item number 68287. The drills are black with a red switch and were sold with an 18-volt rechargeable battery pack. Item number 68239 was sold individually and item number 68287 was sold as part of a kit, which included a flashlight. The flashlight is not included in the recall. The item number is located on a black label on the right side of the drill, just beneath the serial number. Drills with item number 69651 and item number 69652 are not included in the recall.
