This recall involves GolfBuddy BB5 golf GPS LED bands. The band is a wearable GPS unit that operates as a pedometer, distance monitor and watch and comes preloaded with golf course information. It is made of plastic with a stainless steel casing, has a LED display screen and a two-pronged connector at the end for closure. The display screen is flush with the top side of the band and has four buttons on the perimeter of the band. The wristband is about one inch wide and comes in black with interchangeable wristbands in large and small sizes and in the colors lime, navy and orange. GolfBuddy is molded on the outer part of the band. The model BB5 is on the back of the recalled unit below the charging port. Recalled units do not have a yellow round sticker on the front and on the packaging.
This recall involves two styles of Ivanka Trump-branded scarves, Beach Wave, in blue, coral and yellow; and Brushstroke Oblong, in blue, red, neutral and green. Both scarves are 76 inches long by 24 inches wide. Scarves are 100 percent rayon with a machine-rolled hem. A black label with "IVANKA TRUMP" embroidered in silver is sewn on the edge of the scarves.
This recall involves three styles of Givenchy-branded 100% silk T-shirts for men. The short-sleeve T-shirts are sheer and were sold in blue and black plaid, black and white stripes and black with an image of Jesus on the cross. They were sold in sizes XXS through L. The style number 16J7127135, 16J6218886 or 16J7205877 is printed on a tag sewn into the side seam.
This recall is for the ILI-MB-E3 and ILI-S-E3 Gamewell-FCI fire alarm panels in commercial buildings. This issue is limited to a specific configuration of Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) devices. To occur, the SLC must include at least two of the following detectors in any combination: Acclimate, 4-Warn, Photo/CO and iFAAST. The issue would occur only if the detectors are addressed within the same FlashScan polling group. Detectors installed in a different combination are not affected.
This recall involves Black Diamond 18 mm wide nylon runners that are 60 cm/24 inches or 120 cm/48 inches long that have a tape splice (two cut ends joined by masking tape). The nylon runners were sold in red, blue, gold, green, gray and purple. "CE 0333" and 2014 or 2015 are printed on the sewn-in label.
This recall involves 16 models of Black Diamond brand carabiners with manufacturing date codes between 4350 and 6018. "Black Diamond" or the Black Diamond logo is printed on the front of the carabiners. The manufacturing date code is printed on the side of the carabiners. All carabiner colors are included in the recall. They were sold individually or as part of a climbing gear set. This recall involves Fiskars Titanium Bypass Lopper shears with model number 6954. The lopper shears have 32-inch dark orange steel handles and black rubber grips with a gray strip. Plastic gears connected to the pruning blades allow the consumers to open and close the pruning blades by moving the handles. "FISKARS" is printed on one handle and product identification information, including model number 6954, is printed on a label on the opposite handle above the barcode.
This recall involves blue CompuTrainer Flywheels manufactured before 2008. The CompuTrainer Flywheels are used to make bicycles stationary for indoor training. The blue flywheel is a die casting made of zinc. It measures 4.75 inches in diameter and weighs 1.1 pounds. Flywheels manufactured after 2008 are silver in color, and are not included in this recall.
This recall includes SRAM's Zipp bicycle wheel hubs. The model names of the affected hubs are ZIPP 88v6, 88v7 and 88v8. The Z logo is printed on the hub. The wheel hubs come in black, silver and falcon grey. The diameter of the clinch nut is approximately 1.46 inches. Some of the hubs were sold as part of wheel sets installed on new bicycles. SRAM will post a list of affected bicycle brands and models on its website at www.sram.com.
This recall involves gas station hose and swivel fitting sets used with gas station nozzles to dispense or transfer refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends and biodiesel blends. The sets are made of at least one metal swivel fitting attached to ¾-inch or 1-inch FLEX-ING™ brand FLEX-ON™ Hardwall, Marina and Softwall hoses. The attached hoses were sold in varying lengths. The size in inches and millimeters, and part number 559N or 559NMP are printed on the sidewall of the hoses. Hardwall hoses were sold in the colors black, blue, green, red and yellow, and have "FLEX-ING FLEX-ON HW FR PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS" printed on the sidewall. Marina hoses were sold in the color green and have "2 BD. STYLE BC MARINA GASOLINE" on the sidewall. Softwall hoses were sold in the color black and have "FLEX-ING FLEX-ON SILVER SW PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS" on the sidewall. Sets that have swivel fittings with a date code in the following range are being recalled: Hose Diameter Date Code Range (MWWYY format) ¾-inch M1615 to M3515 1-inch M2215 to M4115 The date code is stamped on the nut of the swivel fitting.
The recall includes Williamson and Thermoflo furnaces and boilers with Carlin oil burners with an installation date label between April 1, 2015 and November 31, 2015. The installation date is printed on a label on the outside of the furnace or boiler. Recalled furnaces have a Carlin burner inside of the furnace, behind the furnace grate. Recalled boilers have a Carlin burner attached to the outside of the boiler enclosure. "Carlin" is printed in white letters on the face of the burner nameplate.
The recalled allen + roth Linden and Brainerd Ironton wall plates have two plates that are attached by hidden fasteners: (1) a backplate that screws into the wall like traditional wall plates, and (2) a decorative cover that snaps over the cover through use of spring clips. The recalled plates have a smooth, metallic finish and fit a variety of switch and outlet designs. The recalled decorative wall plates snap onto the backplate without the use of screws. Under the decorative plate, the backplate is stamped with the letters "LHMC."
The recalled Ambient Weather radios are red and black and measure about 8 inches wide by 4 inches tall by 2 inches deep. "Ambient Weather," "AM/FM/Weather Band Radio" and "NOAA Weather Radio" are printed in white lettering on the front of the radio. The radios have a black crank handle on the back, an antenna on the top, and LED flashlight on the left side, a clip on the right side and a cable to charge a smart phone. Accessories included an AC adapter, DC converter or solar panel charger. Model number WR-333, WR-333A, WR-334-U or WR-334A-U is printed in the owner's manual.
This recall involves the Vitodens 200-W condensing gas boilers used for residential use. These wall-hung units are housed in a white metal box that measures about 43.5 inches tall by 19 inches wide by 21 inches deep. There are two models: B2HB-45 and B2HB-57 included in this recall. The name "Vitodens" and "Viessmann" are printed on the label on the outside of the boiler box. The product name and model number can be found on the boiler rating plate located on the left side of the white boiler cover. The serial number can be found on a separate label under the boiler cover or on the left hand side of the unit. Recalled boilers do not have a blue dot with a handwritten data label on it. This recall involves Smartstove free standing pellet stoves, with model number 55-SHSSP01 and serial numbers ranging from 101 through 2513. The cast iron pellet stove is about 36 inches high, 24 ½ inches wide, 24 inches deep and has a black satin finish. It has an arched glass door on the front with vents above the door. The Smartstove logo appears on the stove's control panel. The model and serial numbers are located on a black plate on the top right hand corner on the back of the stove.
This recall involves BYA Sports Skyline backyard zipline kits sold in 60-, 75- and 90-foot cable lengths. The kits were sold in camouflage packaging containing a main cable, trolley, short cable, turnbuckle and u-clamps. The following bar codes are found on the bottom left side of the packaging: 7456111220012 (60-ft.), 7456111220029 (75-ft.), and 7456111220036 (90 ft.). The BYA logo and "Skyline (60, 75 or) 90 Zipline Kit" are printed on the front of the packaging.

This recall involves Crewcuts brand girls' puffer coats in dark wine (maroon), navy (blue), and sun washed peony (pink) colors. The coats are padded with geometric squares with six buttons down the front of the coat. There is a faux fur trim lining the hood and the coats were sold in girls sizes 2-14. Only coats with style number C9048 and PO numbers: 5055794, 5056319, 50565325, 8053606, 8053098 or 8053603 are included in the recall. The style and PO number are printed on a care label sewn into the inside seam of the coats along with "FA 15" or "HO 15."
This recall involves Ashland® artificial poinsettia flowers sold in single stems and bushes. The poinsettia has red leaves, green stems and gold-colored accents in the center of the leaves. A label affixed to the stem at purchase has SKU number 426830 on the single stem and SKU number 424066 on the bush. The Ashland logo is printed on a sticker attached to the product.
This recall involves Ashland gift and storage cardboard boxes covered in decorative paper. The boxes were sold in nine themes and have ribbon, burlap and other embellishments. Each of the three shapes of boxes, circle, square and rectangle were sold in three sizes, small, medium and large.
