Toy and children's product recalls for choking hazards, lead paint, and other safety issues. Check if your child's toys are affected.
This recall involves Environments-brand children's waterproof-back terry bibs sold in in packages of 12. There are two styles of bibs included in the recall. The "Pocket" style bib is 10 inches wide by 16 inches long with an adjustable snap closure. The "Cover-Up" style bib is 10 inches wide by 16.5 inches long with cap sleeves and smock-back snap closures. Both styles of bibs were sold in blue and have clear plastic waterproof backing. "Environments, Inc." and SKU number 900822 or 900823 is printed on a label affixed to the bib.
This recall involves Energizer® XBOX ONE 2X Smart Chargers used to charge XBOX ONE video game controllers. The chargers are black plastic and measure about 3.5 inches long, 5 inches wide and 11 inches tall. "Energizer®" is printed on the charger's label. Item number 048-052-NA is printed on the bottom of the chargers. The chargers hold up to two XBOX controllers.
This recall involves children's robes and two-piece pajama sets. The recalled two-piece sets are a long-sleeve top and pants and have a sewn-in side fabric label that has "LIVLY," "www.livlyclothing.com" and RN number 146214 printed on it. The two-piece sets also have a printed label with "LIVLY" on the back of the neck and at the back of the pants. The recalled robes have a chest pocket on the left side with the word "Mini" embroidered on it, two pockets at the bottom and one snap-closure on the right side above the abdomen for closure. A belt is attached to the center back of the robe and an outline of a sleeping face is embroidered on the back of the robe. A fabric label with "LIVLY" and the size is sewn on the inside of the neck of the robe. This recall involves the Little Live Pets Lil Frog plastic toys. They operate with four button batteries and jump. Little Live Pets Lil Frog has SKU: 28217 and Lil Frog Lily Pad has SKU: 28218 printed on the frog's lower belly near its left thigh with a manufacture date code under it. The date code range is WS112016 to WS123216. The toy frogs were sold in pink, blue and green colors.
This recall involves light-spinner wands with lot numbers 954544 and 954603 imprinted on the bottom of the toy. The light-spinner wands have either Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse at the top. The Mickey Mouse wands are yellow, red and black. The Minnie Mouse wands are pink, white and blue. The wands measure about 18 inches tall.
This recall involves Pulse Safe Start Transform electric scooters for children with manufacturing date codes between September 10, 2016 and October 11, 2016. The date code is printed on a label located under the platform in format XX(month)/XX(day)/2016 - 066QY. The scooters were sold in blue and have two wheels in front and one in the rear.
This recall involves Active Kyds children's toy shovels and garden tool sets. The fiberglass toy shovels were sold in yellow and black. The children's garden tool set has blue handles with orange caps and black painted steel ends. It includes four tools: a hand shovel, hand fork, transplanter and cultivator. The tools are sold with a pull string black mesh bag with the Active Kyds logo printed in white.
This recall involves Tea Collection Inc. children's knit blue denim jackets with metal buttons and snaps. A tag sewn inside the neck reads "Tea." Style number 6F22400-405 is printed on a hangtag attached to the garment. The jackets were sold in sizes XS to XL (sizes 2 through 12).
This recall involves Skidders Footwear children's canvas tennis shoes sold in three sizes: 12M, 18M and 24M. The shoes have white rubber bottoms and come in three different colors: navy blue fabric with orange rivets and laces, gray fabric with green rivets and laces, and denim colored fabric with pink rivets and laces.
This recall involves Peg Perego's 850 Polaris Sportsman ride-on, 24-volt battery operated toy vehicles intended for children ages 5 to 7 years. The ATV-style vehicles for two people are silver, red and black and have four wheels, a flip-up backrest for the back passenger and a front and rear luggage rack. Vehicles with date codes 651016, 651017, 651020, 651021, 651022, 651023, 651024, 651027, 651028, 651029, 651030, 660304, 660305, 661123, 661124, 661125 and 661130 are included in this recall. The date code can be found underneath the vehicle seat. Sportsman Twin and 850 EFI appear on the side of the ride-on vehicle and Polaris appears on the side of the vehicle's seat.

This recall involves girl's Smocked Threads by Cecil & Lou 100% cotton tunic nightgowns. They were sold in a pink and white checkered pattern with white piping trim in sizes 12 months to 8. The nightgowns have buttons on the center front and on each cuff at the wrist and a pocket on the left side of the chest. "C&L Smocked Threads by Cecil and Lou" is printed on a neck label.
This recall involves five styles of children's nightgowns manufactured by Saro Trading. The 100% white cotton nightgowns have "Taleen" printed on the neck label. These nightgowns are embroidered with either eyelet trimming, ribbons on the chest, or buttons on the center front of the garment.
The recalled children's chests and dressers are taller than 23.5 inches and adult chests and dressers are taller than 29.5 inches. The 29 million units of recalled chests and dressers include: MALM 3-drawer, 4-drawer, 5-drawer and three 6-drawer models and other children's and adult chests and dressers. The MALM chests and dressers are constructed of particleboard or fiberboard and are white, birch (veneer), medium brown, black-brown, white stained oak (veneer), oak (veneer), pink, turquoise, gray, gray-turquoise, lilac, green, brown stained ash (veneer), and black. A 5-digit supplier number, 4-digit date stamp, IKEA logo, country of origin and "MALM" are printed on the underside of the top panel or inside the side panel. Since 1996, IKEA chests and dressers have been labeled to identify IKEA, the model name and the manufacturing date.
This recall involves yellow USB charging cords sold with Aero Spin and Aero Cruz Sky Rover remote-controlled flying toys. The toy is shaped like ball with two blades on top, wings on the side and measures about 3 ½ inches tall by 5 inches wide. They are operated by a small one-channel remote control unit. The following item numbers are included in the recall: YW859110-2, YW859110-3, YW859110-5, YW859110-6 or TTYW859110-5. The item number is printed on a white sticker on the toy's packaging. They were sold in red, orange and citron green. Only yellow USB charging cords are included in this recall.

Item number 1701354 is printed on the packaging for the blocks. The Twist & Lock giraffe toys were sold in pink and red combination and a yellow and orange combination. Item number 1701493 is printed on the packaging for the giraffe.
This recall involves Moogy plush fastening toys for toddlers between 12 and 36 months of age. The toy has zippers, buttons, buckles and laces. The Moogy toy has a blue and green face, red ears, a blue jacket with a red zipper, pink/red striped pants and pink and orange shoes with polka dots. Moogy measures about 18 ½ inches tall. "Miniland," item number R.96295 and lot number 0115 1402813 085 are printed on a white tag sewn into the toy's pants.
This recall involves IKEA children's bat cape costumes. The capes are black with gray stripes, 100% polyester, measure 30 inches long by 57 inches wide and have a fabric hook and loop fastener closure at the neck.
