This recall involves Kids Korner brand boy's, girl's and toddler's cotton/poly blend fleece zipper hooded sweatshirts with a front zipper, two front pockets and knit ribbing around the wrists and waist. The sweatshirts were sold in 62 different prints and solid colors in infant, toddler to children's size 4. The size can be found on a label sewn into the back seam of the neck. A white label sewn into the lower left inside seam reads Inter-American Products, Lahore, Pakistan and has style number ending in 8025, 8025P, 8128, 8128P, 8174P, 8251, 8326 or 8326P. Also on the label are the following manufacture dates: March 2014, April 2014, June 2014 or November 2014 and batch numbers: 1, FLC-P5, FLC-P6 or FLC-P8. The children's one-piece 94% polyester and 6% spandex with "Thor" printed on the center front in three different color patterns: blue and white, red and white, and pink and black. The children's two-piece, long-sleeve and pant pajama set is 94% polyester and 6% spandex with "Thor" printed on the center front in three different color patterns: blue and white, red and white, and pink and black. The pajamas were sold in sizes 6 to 12 months, 12 to 18 months and 18 to 24 months through youth large. This recall includes both pajama styles with these tracking numbers on the back of the neck label: 728141, 995755, 995756, 995757 and 995758.
This recall involves children's onesies and two-piece KTM motocross pajamas. The Baby Racing Body onesies are 95% cotton and 5% elastane and were sold in three prints. One is orange with white sleeves and the KTM brand logo on the left chest. The second is white and orange with the KTM brand logo in bold orange printed on the center front of the chest and on the left and right hip. The third onesie is yellow with orange and black detailing and the KTM brand logo printed on the left. All onesies are long-sleeved and have snap closures from the neck to the left ankle and were sold in sizes 18 months to 2T. The two-piece, long-sleeve and pant pajama sets are 100% cotton and were sold in two prints. The Kids Racing Gear pajama is white with black, orange and gray detailing on the top and pant with a black elastic waistband and KTM printed on the left side of the chest. This set was sold in sizes 2T through 5T. The Kids Gravity Gear pajama two-piece set is white with blue, and orange detailing on the top and pant with an elastic waistband in orange and KTM printed on the left side of the chest and on the right-hand wrist. This recall involves plastic airplane and butterfly push toys. The airplane push toy is red and has a blue, yellow and red rotor above the cockpit's canopy and eyelids on the nose of the airplane that open and shut when the toy is been pushed on the floor. The airplane push toy has a pink plastic rod with a handle that connects to the back of the toy to push it. The butterfly push toy's body is yellow with pink wings and has a pink plastic ball at the end of each of two antennas and a pair of wings that flap up and down when the toy is been pushed on the floor. The butterfly push toy has a green plastic rod with a handle that connects to the back of the toy to push it.
This recall involves 100% polyester Lazy One children's sleepwear garments, including footed pajamas and two robes. The one-piece "footeez" style footed zip-up pajama is beige with a red, pink, blue and yellow owl print with the wording "I'm OWL yours." It has blue trim at the neck, cuff and right-hand side single pocket. The pajama has a foot-to-neck zipper, non-slip soles and a rear opening on the behind. It was sold in sizes children's small through extra-large. One of the recalled robes is pink with moose graphics and "Don't Moose With Me" printed on it. It has solid green trim, two front pockets and belt. The second robe is red with printed moose graphics and solid black trim, two front pockets and belt. Both robes were sold in sizes 4T through 14. "Lazy One", the size and "Made in China" are printed on the garments' neck label. Garments with "Flame Resistant" printed on the neck label are not included in this recall.
This recall involves Star Ride Kids girl's pajama sets. The recalled pajamas are made of polyester and sold in sizes 4 through 14. The pajama sets consist of polar fleece pants with a bow and elastic at the waist and a jersey two-piece long-sleeve shirt. Style reference number 5217 or 5250 is on a label in the side seam of each shirt. "Star Ride Taking It To The Next Level" is on a label in the waistband of each pair of pants. The logo "Star Ride" is printed on the inside back of the neck of each shirt. Some shirts have a hangtag on the wrist with the words "flame resistant sleepwear." The sets were sold in the following combinations: Style Reference No. 5217 Black and white zebra printed pants paired with a blue top with a zebra printed heart on the center front. Pink and black zebra printed pants paired with a white top with pink, heart-shaped peace signs and the word "Peace" printed on the center front. Style Reference No. 5250 Blue pants with the words "Happy, Love, Dreams" in a multicolored print paired with a white and blue top with the word "Hope" printed on the center front. Pink pants with the words "Happy, Love, Dreams" in a multicolored print paired with a white and pink top with multicolored stars on the lower left side.
This recall involves Giggles International Animated Sing-Along Monkey toys. The monkey is made of brown and beige plush material and is about 9 inches tall. The toy is designed to hold a song book titled "5 Little Monkeys" and to sing the song when activated. A red music note is on the bottom of the monkey's right foot and the face of a child with its hands covering its eyes are on the bottom of the monkey's left foot. Recalled sing-along monkeys were manufactured between 6/7/2014 and 7/5/2014 and have batch code GP1410028. The manufacture date in the M/D/YYYY format and batch code are printed on the bottom of a white fabric label attached near the base of the monkey's tail. The monkey toys came in a tan colored box with words "Animated Sing-Along Monkey," "Sing along with me!" and "I play peek-a-boo with you!" on the front. The age advisory "For ages 3+" and the warning that batteries are included are also on the front of the box.
The recall includes the Just Like Home brand toy toaster sets. The teal blue plastic toy toaster has silver trim around the slice opening on top, with an orange slider handle on the side and orange 3-dimensional adjustment knob outlined with orange dots in a half moon shape on the face of the toaster in the left bottom corner. "Just like home" is printed in white on the front right bottom corner of the toaster. The toaster measures about 4 inches in height by 5-1/2 inches in length by 2 inches in width. The toaster set was sold with two plastic toast slices and two plastic half bagel slice accessories. Model number 5F60589 is printed on a white label on the bottom of the toaster and above the UPC bar code in the lower right hand corner of the product packaging.
This recall involves Koala Baby girl's plastic sandals with butterfly wings attached to the toes with rhinestones and hard or soft cork-type soles. Sandal colors include white or combination pink, gold and blue. They were sold in baby sizes 0 to 3 and girl's sizes 2 to 10. "Koala Baby" and the size are printed on the soles. The recalled Livie & Luca children's shoes include two styles: Carta and Cotton. The Carta style Mary Jane shoes are canvas, solid color shoes stitched to a tan sole with a fabric strap and a brown wooden button. The Carta shoes are blue, fuchsia or gray. The Cotton style Mary Jane canvas shoes have a stitched tan rubber sole and a colored fabric strap with a dandelion printed on a pink square button and a gingham or polka-dot cotton interior lining. The cotton shoes are yellow, green or red. Both the Carta and the Cotton style shoes were sold in toddler sizes 4 through 13. Only shoes with date codes 06 2013 through 12 2013 (Month Year) printed on the insole of the shoe are included in the recall. The Livie & Luca logo is printed on the inside of the shoe.
The recall includes L.L. Bean children's sweaters sold in two styles: Fisherman's, and Open Stitch. The Fisherman cardigan sweaters are a cable-knit weave with five or six buttons down the front, sold in solid colors: pink, ivory, green, natural, navy, teal and red. The Fisherman sweaters have product numbers printed on the inside back of the neck tag: 283148 (toddlers), 283149 (infants), 284855 (little girls) or 289727 (little girls). The Open Stitch cardigan sweater has one button at the top of the neckline with a crocheted knit pattern sold in blue, light pink, white and yellow with product number 286158 on the back neck tag. The sweaters were sold in little girl's sizes 4 to 7.
This recall involves Empress Arts 100 percent cotton children's two-piece pajamas sets, sold in boys and girls sizes 12 mos. to toddler size 4. The pajama sets were sold in four styles: Blue Dot, Blue Stripe, Pink Dot and Pink Floral. "Empress Arts" is on a label at the back of the neck of the tops and the center back of the waist on the bottoms which have an elastic waistband and drawstring.

This recall involves BedHead children's 95% cotton and 5% Lycra, two-piece pajama sets sold in toddler size 12 months through youth 14. The two-piece pajama sets were sold in three prints, Navy Cream Stripe, Pink Holland and Pink Spot. The Navy Cream set was sold only as a long-sleeve and pant set. Pink Holland and Pink Spot were sold as a short-sleeve top with shorts set and a long-sleeve top and pant set. The recalled pajama sets say "Boo Boo BedHead" on the sewn in label located on the back neckline of the pajama top.
This recall involves Johnnie B boys' pajama sets with a top and shorts and model number 84004, and Mini Boden pajama sets with a top and shorts and model number 24106. The pajamas were sold in boys' sizes 2T to 16 and are 100 percent cotton. "Boden" is printed on a tag at the neck area. The model number is printed on the back of the care label in the tops and bottoms. The Johnnie B pajama sets have "Johnnie B" on the waistband and were sold in navy blue with sailboats and a gray and white-striped top, and sunglasses printed on a gray background and a blue and white-striped top. The recalled flipping acrobat toys are made of painted wood and are 8.5 inches tall. The toys consist of two rectangular wooden sticks connected by a wood crosspiece near one end and a coyote, super hero, woodpecker or yellow bird wooden cartoon character suspended by nylon string at the other end.
This recall involves all Vera Bradley Bear Ring Rattles and Bunny stuffed animal toys. The products are made of cotton and fleece. The bear ring rattle has a white teddy bear head, arms attached to an O-shaped body with a green, blue, brown and pink crisscross pattern design rattle. The bear ring rattle measures about 4.25 inches in diameter. The bunny is 10 inches tall from the top of its head to the bottom of its foot and was sold in three printed patterns. This recall involves three styles of plush Grumpy Cat stuffed animal toys by Ganz. They include an 8-inch Grumpy Cat in laying position, a 5-inch long sitting Grumpy Cat and a 4-inch Grumpy Cat key clip. The toys are multi-colored in white with dark brown, light brown and gray fur material. Grumpy Cat toys have blue crystal eyes with the eye lids half closed, a down-turned mouth and white whiskers. This toy is labeled for ages 3 and older. The Grumpy Cat key chain has a black plastic key clip at the top of the cat's head. The recalled toys have batch numbers 86754 or 224861, and model numbers printed on the sewn-in label located near the tail of the cat.
