Baxter Healthcare Corporation is issuing an Urgent Medical Device Recall for the Novum IQ syringe pumps listed below due to an incorrectly installed gasket. A gasket failure could lead to potential fluid ingress due to cleaning, or as a result of an IV fluid spill.
Five complaints received where surgeon was unable to remove and/or connect the inserter with the stem during surgery due to excess material remaining within the taper. Issue may lead to clinically significant extension of surgery to find a replacement.

During some clinical cases, it has been observed that the SO2 value may periodically appear as dashes on the Touchscreen Display indicating unavailable data. In these cases, a yellow low-limit alarm will also be triggered to the user, due to the dashed-out value.

A software error may cause the high-voltage starter alternator control unit to fail, causing a loss of drive power.
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022-2024 F-150 Lightning battery electric vehicles. A manufacturing defect in the high voltage battery cells may result in an internal short circuit.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Maverick Hybrid vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 24V-140. The instrument panel cluster may not properly illuminate warning lights or gauges. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 101, "Control and Displays," and 102, "Transmission shift position sequence, starter interlock, and transmission braking effect" as well as FMVSS numbers 105, 108, and 208.
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022 Maverick vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 24V-730. Under certain circumstances, the Antilock Brake System (ABS) module may cause the brake lights to illuminate without the driver applying the brakes. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
