Trim assembly kits involved in this recall attach to recessed light fixtures installed primarily in bathroom ceilings. The trim assemblies include a 7 3/4-inch white plastic ring, a glass lens and a metal reflector. Affected models were made in China and have model numbers: TL60 and TL62. The model number and country of manufacture are located on a sticker attached to the inside and outside of the reflector. Models made in Mexico are not included this recall.

This recall involves the e3 Buggy, which is a three-wheeled stroller with a black steel tubing frame. It is sold in a variety of fabric colors. An additional seat, known as a "Doubles Kit," can be added directly behind the main stroller's seat allowing a second child to ride in the stroller. This seat can either be added on top of the stroller's frame or attached on top of the rear axle in the lower position. When used in the lower position, a seated child can reach the wheels.
This recall involves cordless DEWALT DC305 model reciprocating saws with date codes 200601-49 through 200640-49. They are yellow and black and about 18 inches long. The model number is located on the name plate on the side of the housing and the date code is located under the handle where the battery is inserted.
These DEWALT cut-out tools are yellow and black, and have model number DW660 written on their nameplate, which is located on the body of the unit. The recalled tools were manufactured between January 2006 and September 2006, and have date codes ranging from 200601 to 200639. The date code also is located on the tool's nameplate. Units with a "V" stamped on the nameplate are not included in this recall.
The recalled feeding spoons were sold under the brand name "BABYBJÖRN," which is printed along the front side of the spoon's handle. The spoons were sold in one package containing two spoons. The spoons are about 6-1/2 inches in length, with a soft, flexible plastic tip sold in two color combinations: blue/red or green/yellow.
The gift sets include a decorated ceramic mug and a stuffed Santa, snowman, or reindeer. The stuffed characters measure 7 inches tall and are made of fleece-like material. Two red and green buttons are sewn down the front of the characters. "©DanDee™ COLLECTOR'S CHOICE®" and the product's UPC number are printed on the character's sewn-in labels. UPC numbers are as follows: Santa 0 47475 45419 8, Snowman 0 47475 45429 7, Reindeer 0 47475 45439 6. "Holiday Time™" is printed on the character's hang tag. The mug comes in three designs and measures 6 inches tall. The designs include a Santa with green background, a snowman with blue background, and a Christmas tree with green background.
The recalled product is the Farberware® Classic Series™ Fruit Slicer and Corer with model number 78350. The model number is written on the packaging. The fruit slicer/corer is an eight-section round metal blade encircled in hard black plastic with two handles. "FARBERWARE" is printed on the top of the handle.
The recall involves Bermuda BSI and Cayman CWI Series gas-fired boilers designed for indoor installation. Model and serial numbers included in this recall are listed below and are located on the rating plate. The boilers have a two-tone, red and gray jacket enclosure with the controls and piping on the right side of the unit. The rating plate is a silver label located in the upper left hand corner of the right side panel. The recalled children's Gigantic Gemstone Ring toy is a silver-colored metallic ring with a large plastic gemstone. The gemstone colors include: blue, red, purple, green and clear. The rings were sold individually and as part of various party favor, costume and heirloom sets.
The recalled toy helicopters are remote-controlled lightweight plastic toy helicopters. The helicopter is sold with a control unit, a charger and rechargeable batteries in the body of the toy. The body of the helicopter measures about 13 inches in length and the rotor diameter is about 10 inches. The helicopter is yellow and red with green rotors. The helicopter has a label on the front that reads "Champion HX242 Electric Power Helicopter."
The wrist straps are sold with Nintendo's Wii video game system (pronounced "we"). Its controller, called the Wii Remote, is shaped like a TV remote. Sensors determine the Wii Remote's position in 3-D space, which means that a tennis swing, for example, is done through movement of a consumer's hand rather than by just fingers and thumbs. The cords on the wrist straps included in this program are 0.6 mm in diameter. The replacement cords are 1.0 mm in diameter (see photo).
The recall includes General Duty 30- and 60-ampere, 240-volt, 1-phase and 3-phase NEMA 3R safety switches. The switches are typically used to control the flow of electricity to outdoor motorized units that are hardwired to a household or business electrical system such as outdoor air conditioning and heating (HVAC) equipment. The switches contain "ON" and "OFF" positions. The "OFF" position is designed to cut the flow of electricity to an outdoor motorized unit to protect the person who is servicing the unit. The N.I.C.E. P200 is a black portable navigation and entertainment device that can be attached to a vehicle's windshield. The device has a 4-inch touch screen LCD monitor and contains one lithium battery. "Clarion" and "N.I.C.E. P200" are printed on the device. "Clarion NAVBATTERY," "Rechargeable Li-Polymer Battery," and "Made in Korea" are printed on the battery. Only N.I.C.E. P200 units with serial numbers ending in "UE" or "UF" are affected by this recall. The serial number is located on a white label on the back of the device.
The stuffed animal is a brown and white beagle with a red scarf and Santa hat trimmed in red and white stripes. A green wreath with red pompoms is attached near the beagle's mouth. The stuffed beagle measures 7 inches tall and 5 inches long. "Marketed by WAL-MART STORES, INC" and UPC number "8 85271 90780 3" are printed on the dog's sewn-in labels. The recalled knit coveralls are off-white with long sleeves. There are pastel stripes on the sleeves and legs, and a floral motif on the right-hand side of the chest. It was sold with a matching striped cap. The coveralls were sold in sizes 0-12 months. Style number 1053EGR410 is printed on the hang tag.
This recall involves the "Ellis" children's boots sold in pre-walk and toddler sizes 3 through 9. The boots are black with white stitching and were sold with either leather or faux fur lining. "See Kai Run" is written on the sole and insole of the boots. . "Ellis - FF" or "Ellis - L" is written on the side of the shoe box under the Style heading. No other styles or models are included in this recall.
The recalled necklaces are multi-colored metal pendants that hang from a black cord. The pendants are in the shape of the head of one of three "Powerpuff Girls" cartoon characters. The packaging consists of purple cardboard with the three Powerpuff Girls cartoon characters and the words "CARTOON NETWORK" and "THE POWERPUFF GIRLS" printed on both sides.
