The recalled necklaces are multi-colored metal pendants that hang from a black cord. The pendants are in the shape of the head of one of three "Powerpuff Girls" cartoon characters. The packaging consists of purple cardboard with the three Powerpuff Girls cartoon characters and the words "CARTOON NETWORK" and "THE POWERPUFF GIRLS" printed on both sides.
This recall involves wooden rattles with six-multi-colored slats used to connect the two, red round ends. A metal bell is contained within the slats. The rattles measure 2 1/2 inches in diameter by 2 1/2 inches in height. The name BRIO appears on one of the wooden sides.
The recalled necklaces are silver-colored with multi-colored pendants shaped as butterflies. The pendant hangs from a silver-colored chain. The necklaces' packaging is pink and purple cardboard with "Butterfly Necklace" printed on the front and "Item #JA442" on the back.
The sit harnesses are worn around climber's waist and legs and attach to climbing ropes to protect climbers from falling. The harnesses have three buckles including one on the waist belt and one on each leg loop. "Edelweiss" is printed on the waist belt. Only harnesses using the para buckle system are included in this recall. Para buckle harnesses have a single bar installed in the center of each of the three buckles.
The recall involves the "Emerson Designer 60-inch Ceiling Fan." The recalled fans have a 60-inch diameter and come in seven types of finishes including weathered bronze, pewter, antique brass, white, antique white, oil rubbed bronze and brushed steel. The recalled air rifles are the following GAMO models: Hunter Pro, Hunter Sport, Shadow Sport, and F1200. These models bear the serial numbers 04-IC-415577-06 through 04-IC-579918-06. The model and serial numbers can be found on the left side of the barrel just above the front left side of the stock. Models Shadow Sport and F1200 look identical.

The recalled Mood Necklaces are multi-colored pendants shaped as hearts, moons, shamrocks, spiders, butterflies and lizards that hang from a black chord. The packaging is a black cardboard wrapped in plastic with "Mood Necklace" printed on the front and "Item # JW41001" and "UPC number 898846410011" printed on a sticker on the back. The recalled Diva Necklaces consist of pendants shaped as the words "ANGEL" or "Diva" that hang from a black chord. The packaging is pink cardboard with "Hand Painted" and "Diva Necklace" printed on the front, and "Item # 21800020" and "UPC number 898846200186" printed on the back.
The recalled product is the Ultrex-brand 8-quart pressure cooker set, model number 11453. The set includes a pressure cooker and optional steamer basket. The model number is stamped on the bottom of the pot.
The jackets come in seven color combinations: black with a gray stripe along the sleeves, light blue with a black stripe along the sleeves, gray with a black stripe along the sleeves, navy blue with a gray stripe along the sleeves, yellow with a gray stripe along the sleeves and navy blue with a white stripe across the chest, and black with a white stripe across the chest. The jacket's zipper goes all the way up to create a mock turtleneck. The removable hood attaches with a zipper and has a drawstring. These Troy-Bilt and Craftsman brand chain saws are powered by a two-cycle gasoline engine ranging in size from 46cc to 55cc. They are equipped with either an 18-inch or 20-inch bar. There are four Troy-Bilt models affected: 41AY00AR966, 41AY60AR766, 41AY90AR766 and 41AY08AR966. There is one Craftsman "Incredi-Pull" model affected: a 55cc two-cycle gasoline engine with an 18-inch bar and model number 316.350840. The model number of the chain saw is located on the engine casing.
This recall involves five styles of individual gourd-shaped candles and a set of eight mini-gourd candles. The recalled Polly Pocket play sets contain plastic dolls and accessories that have small magnets. The magnets measure 1/8 inch in diameter and are imbedded in the hands and feet of some dolls, and in the plastic clothing, hair pieces and other accessories to help the pieces attach to the doll or to the doll's house. The model number is printed on the bottom of the largest pieces on some of the play sets. Contact Mattel if you cannot find a model number on your product to determine if it is part of the recall. Polly Pocket magnetic play sets currently on store shelves are not included in this recall. The counterfeit circuit breakers include Square D QO-series models 115, 120, 130, 160, 215, 230, 260, 1515, and 1520. Actual Square D circuit breakers have (a) the amp rating written on the handle in white paint on the front of the breaker; (b) on the side of the breaker, where wire terminal screw is located, the arc shoot opening should have squared corners with the bottom edge of the opening angled up; (c) the mounting clip should be yellow chromate with half of the top of the clip visible; and (d) the Square D insignia should be molded onto the breaker. If your Square D breaker does not match this description, it could be counterfeit.
This recall involves "Taylor" model burnished nickel metal desk lamp. The adjustable lamp is 16 to 24.75 inches high with adjustment points at the base, mid-shaft and shade. An "O" logo is engraved on the tube cup under the rotary power switch and the name "OTT-LITE" is engraved on the front of the base. Model number 13Z63BN9 or 13T63BN9 is printed on a black label on the underside of the base.
