The recalled vehicles are model year 2006 Outlander 800 H.O. XT Bombardier ATVs. The model numbers affected are 2J6A and 2J6E. The model numbers are located in the serial number on the identification sticker under the seat. The ATVs have the words, "Bombardier" and "Rotax 800" on the fenders.
The Lily chair and Lily ottoman were sold together as a bean bag furniture set. The chair and ottoman sets were sold in ivory/white (model 170001), ivory/blue (model 170003), ivory/black (model 170004) and ivory/orange (model 170009). Model numbers can be found on a label affixed to the bottom of the furniture.
Only Reebok fleece pullover/pant sets with navy blue quarter-zip zippers are being recalled. The fleece pullover/pant sets were sold in navy blue/red and navy blue/pink in sizes up to children's size 7. "Reebok" is printed across the front of the pullover. The pullovers have a hood that can be folded under the collar. Some of the recalled pullovers were sold with matching mittens. The style numbers were printed on the store tag only and end in: 1816, 2816, 3816, 1816N, 2816N, 1814, 2814, 4814, and 5814.
One recalled candle gift set includes three birch bark-covered candles. Each candle measures 3 inches wide but vary in height from 3 to 6 inches. The candles are displayed on a stand with pine cones, cinnamon sticks and red berries. The second recalled candle gift set includes a display stand with three pyramid-shaped candles varying in height from 8 to 12 inches. The candles are either blue with a silver glitter criss-cross pattern or red with a gold glitter criss-cross pattern. Both candle sets were sold under the Holiday Time™ brand name written on the box.
The recall involves 75-gallon propane gas water heaters. The heaters have the name "A.O. Smith," "Reliance," "Apollo," "State," or "Maytag" on the side of the unit. The recall involves models PT-D5500U and PT-D5500UL, which were sold primarily to commercial users. Units with the following serial numbers may be affected: SH5120010, SH5169001, SH5169002, SH5169003, SH5169004, SH5169005, SH5169006, SH5169007, SH5169008, SH5169009, SH5169010, SH5219001, SH5219003, SH5219004, SH5219005, SH5229001, SH5229003, SH5229004, SH5229005, SH5239001, SH5239002 Serial numbers are located on the side panel of the unit.
Affected units are Sidewall, Rooftop and Centrifugal Inline ventilation units built between August 11, 2004 and April 29, 2005, containing 16-thread-per-inch 3/8-inch by ¾-inch spinlock bolts with LUX head markings. Affected model numbers are RBU, RBUMO, RDU, RB/R, SB/S, and BSU 360-420 with serial numbers 04HXXXXX through 05DXXXXX. The model and serial numbers are found on metal identification plate on the units.
The recalled single-door freezers and refrigerators are 15-, 17- and 20-cubic-foot Automatic Defrost Upright Freezers and 17-cubic-foot Automatic Defrost All-Refrigerators that can be converted into freezers. They were sold under the brand names Amana, Crosley, Danby, Maytag, Whirlpool and Wood's, which is written on the front of the unit. The manufacturer label with the model number and date of manufacture is located on the inside of the cabinet. The recall involves white Maytag front-load washers with model number MAH9700 and a serial number from 10188468GA through 11683946GJ. The model and serial numbers are located inside the door opening and below the rubber boot.
The Prowler XT was produced in three colors: Green, Cat Green, and Red. The vehicles have the words Arctic Cat on each side of the cargo box, 650 H1 on each side of the front hood, and the name Prowler XT centered on the front of the hood. The recalled units fall within the vehicle identification range (VIN) of 4UF06MPV06T300001 through 4UF06MPV86T300781. Consumers only need to look at the final six digits of the VIN to determine if their vehicle is included in this recall. The "Bracelet Keyring" is a pink plastic keyring attached to a bracelet, which consists of pink and white beads or red and white beads, a metal pendant and metal dividers between the beads. It was sold under the brand Disney Princess. "Item #24405" and "Made In China" are printed on the back of the packaging.
The flower necklace and earring set features a floral design in four color variations: yellow, orange, pink and purple. The purse necklace and earring set features a dangling purse charm in black, red, blue, orange, pink or purple. The corded swirl necklace and earring set features a twisted metal swirl pattern hanging from a black, blue or purple cord. The faux amber necklace and earring set features a large faux amber gem cut in a heart or cross shape. The 5-strand bead necklace and earring set was sold in four color variations: orange, purple, blue and multi-color.
The recall involves the brushed stainless steel and the green 1-liter and 2-quart bottles, and the 24-oz. wide mouth food jar. The recalled thermos bottles have only two spot welds per handle bracket and contain any of the following date code numbers: C 02, D 02, or A 03 The date code is located on the bottom of the bottles just above the "S" and "Y" on the word "STANLEY."
The toy is a plush white standing horse measuring about 9-inches tall, with pink or lavender hooves. Colored ribbons (pink and lavender) are mixed in with the white mane and tail of the stuffed horses.
The R110 Gas Control Valves being recalled are installed on natural and liquid propane (LP) gas water heaters. The recalled valves were manufactured between July 25, 2005 and August 14, 2005 with production date codes 5-31 through and including 5-33, although not all valves with these date codes are affected. The recalled valves were installed on the following water heater brands: American Proline, Bradford White, GE, GSW, Hotpoint, Jetglas, John Wood, Lochinvar, Premier Plus, Powerflex, Rheem, Richmond, Ruud, Vanguard, Whirlpool, and U.S. Craftmaster. The model and serial number can be found on the manufacturer's label on the water heater. Electric water heaters are not included.
Both models of avalanche transceivers are plastic and measure 5.5 inches by 2.5 inches by 1 inch. The M1 has a navy blue body and a yellow volume control switch. The M2 avalanche transceiver comes in two colors: glacier white (gray) with a red volume control switch, and orange with a gray volume control switch. The model name and "ORTOVOX" are written on the front of the transceivers.
The recalled bottle sippers have white screw-on bases with dark blue, green or red pull-up valves. They are sold in packages of three. The package is labeled "Bottle Sippers." Bradshaw International Inc. and #70118 are written on the back of the package.
This recall includes clear, Glass Floater Bowl candle holders. The candleholders measure 3½ inches high, 10½ inches in diameter and have a 3-inch diameter base. A sticker on the bottom of the candle holder has model number SKU 2040310 printed on it.
The recall involves AC adaptors with the following date codes: 2004.08, 2004.09, 2004.10, 2004.11 and 2004.12 and serial numbers beginning with "F3". The date code is located in a white box on the lower right hand portion of the adaptor's label. Just below the date code box is a serial number beginning with "F3" followed by a series of digits. Adaptors with other date codes and without the "F3" serial numbers are not included in this recall. The AC adaptors were sold with slim version PlayStation® 2 consoles with model number SCPH-70011 or SCPH-70012. The PlayStation® 2 model number is located on a label at the base of the slim console.
The recalled model "H20 Classic," Cordless Water Kettle has two parts - a black heating base and a glass kettle with a polished chrome or a silver handle. Printed in script on the base of the kettle is "Capresso" and engraved on the bottom of the kettle is "CAPRESSO INC., Kettle Models 257.01, 258.03, 258.04 for use with Kettle Base Model 256/258."
