This recall involves the Harajuku Lovers Hooded Jackets with the RSL Hoodie & Lovers Leopard styles. The RSL Hoodie style has numerous pictures of girls riding motor scooters and the words "ready steady love" printed on it. The Lovers Leopard style has a leopard design in gray and black. "Harajuku Lovers" is printed on a tag sawn next to the care label.
This recall includes R-SYS and R-SYS Premium front wheel rims. They were sold as original equipment on various bicycle brands and were also sold separately. R-SYS wheel rims are designed for road bikes. "R-SYS" is printed on the front rim of the wheels. The rims are 22mm in diameter, with 16 tubular, unidirectional carbon spokes.
The recall involves the Safety 1st SmartLight Stair Gate with model number 42111, which is printed on a sticker under the handle panel. The gates, which were manufactured before December 31, 2007, are white metal with a gray handle and a motion sensor nightlight that illuminates on approach. The manufacture date is located below the gate's handle as a date wheel imprinted in the plastic; an arrow indicates the month, and the year is stamped inside the circle. The manufacture date is also printed on a sticker inside the battery door.
The recall includes swings sets with a 3.5-inch arch swing frame and a 3.5-inch top metal bar. The recalled swing sets come in red, orange, yellow, blue, tan, white, black, brown, teal, green, fuchsia, burgundy and purple.
This recall involves the purple caps on jars in the Spa Factory™ Spa Fantasy Aromatherapy Fountain and the Bath Benefits™ Kit toys. The jars are used to make Bath Bombs/Balls and Bath Fizzies. The following models are included in this recall. The item number is located on the bottom of the product's packaging. The recall involves the 136-piece Mega Construction Play Set (item# 911346) and includes various construction equipment, vehicles, buildings and roads. The play sets are packaged in a black and yellow box with the word "Builder" printed in the upper left hand corner of the package.
This recall involves a necklace with a "skull-and-crossbones" symbol and a metal clasp. The skull has eleven pieces of rhinestones on its forehead and one rhinestone on both ends of the crossbones.
This recall involves Stabilicers Lite cleats with model number BNX9. The cleats are worn over footwear for traction in winter walking conditions. The recalled cleats were sold in blue, orange, and pink. Black Stabilicers Lite cleats are not included in this recall. The cleats were sold in sizes small through extra large. The name Stabilicers Lite appears in raised letters on the underside of the harness.
The recalled winter gloves are black-colored and have a battery-powered heating element. The gloves included in the recall are style number 77000 (men's) in sizes S, M, L, XL, and style number 77010 (women's) in sizes S, M, L. The product name is printed on the inside cuff of the left glove.
The recalled canopies involve the "Home Sweet Playhome" model made of 100% cotton gingham fabric draped from a bamboo hoop which is suspended from the ceiling to create a cylindrical play space measuring 36 inches wide and 9 feet tall. The canopies have an open bottom, a "door" and three multi-paned "windows." They were sold in blue and pink. "Home Sweet Playhome" canopies sold after October 2005 are not included in this recall. "The Land of Nod" is printed on a woven label on the canopy.
This recall involves lip gloss with a metal clasp keychain attached to the cap by a chain. Markings on the lip gloss container read, "Lip Gloss," "Brillant à lèvres," "Fantasy Makers®" and "from the creators of Wet n Wild."

This recall involves oil-fired furnaces sold under the Rheem, Ruud and United Refrigeration brands. Only the models beginning with the model numbers listed in the chart below and with date codes ending in 0106 through 5206, 0107 through 5207, or 0108 through 4808 are included in this recall. The model number and date code (designated by the four digits following an "M" in the middle of the serial number) are printed on the unit's rating plate, which is on the left wall of the furnace's interior just above the burner. The rating plate can be found by opening the unit's burner access door, which has slotted openings. The name of the product and item number are sewn in the neck and pant. The items were sold in sizes 4 to 14.
