The recalled play yards are portable and were sold with a bassinet, changing table, and mobile features. The products have a Rainforest™ patterned fabric, Rainforest themed artwork and bear the "Fisher-Price" logo. The Simplicity Inc. model numbers are 5310 RNF, 5310RNFC, 5310RNFT and 5310RNFW. The model number is located on a sticker on one of the legs underneath the play yard.
The recalled Infantino Lamb and Lion Grabby Rattles™ are shaped like a lamb and lion respectively. Each has a ring-shaped body and an Infantino elliptical logo stamped on the front right foot of the animal. Rattles without tails on the animals and products with production codes of 0108 and 0508 are not affected by this recall. The production code is printed behind the ear in a dial format with the year (08) in the middle of a circle and an arrow pointing to the number on the circle (01 or 05) that indicates the month.
This recall involves 2009 TCR Advanced SL Team, SL 0, SL 1, SL 2, and SL (ISP) model bicycles and frames in silver, charcoal, blue and red. The words "Giant" and "TCR Advanced SL" are printed on the frame. Steerer tubes with "B", "N" or "P" at the end of the serial number are not included in this recall. Other "TCR" model bicycles are not included in the recall.
The recalled product is a rolling xylophone made of metal, wood and plastic. It has four wheels and a string to pull the toy. The xylophone has eight metal bars, each of which is attached with two pegs. The name 'Janod' is printed on each side between the wheels, and on the back wheels.
The recalled flashing pacifier has a yellow heart-shaped mouth guard and handle. There is a 15-inch cord attached to the handle. LED lights are activated by pushing the heart-shaped handle into the base of the pacifier.
The recalled pull-back toy car is yellow with "PROWL" printed on the side, "VICTOR" printed on the hood, and a blue and red police warning light on the top.
This recall involves Ryobi corded circular saws with the following model numbers: CSB123, CSB133L, and CSB142LZ. Circular saws included in this recall have manufacturing date codes between 0836 and 0842 on the data plate near the trigger handle of the saw. Circular saws with a green dot on or near the data plate and on the outside of the package are not subject to this recall.
This recall involves the Milan Vanity Stool Model GBS57A. The stools are rectangular benches sitting about 18 inches off the ground, with fabric-covered seat cushions and metal frames. UPC Code 0-50276-85472-2 is printed on the identification tag on the underside of the seat cushion. Only stools using four screws to hold the stool legs to a foot ring are impacted by this recall.
This recall involves four styles of shades, the "Canvass Roman Shade" available in four different sizes (4'x 6', 5'x 6', 2.5' x 6' and 3'x 6') with SKU numbers 376983, 376984, 376985, 384870; the "Sari Roman Shade" available in two colors (berry and chocolate) with SKU numbers 394700, 394701; and the "Buddha" or "Floral Matchstick Blinds" SKU numbers 407376, and 407221. A small tag on the back of the Canvass and Sari Roman Shades states "World Market© Cost Plus, Inc., Oakland, CA 94607, Made in India, 100% Cotton." In addition, this recall involves other styles of wooden roll-up blinds, with or without valances, that have the following SKU numbers: 404991, 404992, 404993, 400742, 499743, 400744, 400745, 400746 and 358064, 358065, 358066, 358067, 358068.
This recall involves Stork Craft Baby cribs and Stork Craft cribs with the Fisher-Price logo. All Stork Craft Baby cribs with manufacturing and distribution dates between May 2000 and November 2008 are included in this recall. All Stork Craft cribs with the Fisher-Price logo have distribution dates between May 2000 and December 2004. The cribs were sold in various styles and finishes. The manufacture date, model number, crib name, country of origin, and the firm's name, address, and contact information are located on the assembly instruction sheet attached to the mattress support board. The firm's insignia "Storkcraft baby" or "storkling" is inscribed on the drop side teething rail of some cribs. In the product that contains the "Fisher-Price" logo, this logo can be found on the crib's teething rail, in the manufacturer's instructions, on the assembly instruction sheet attached to the mattress support board, and on the end panels of the Twinkle-Twinkle and Crystal crib models.
The July 2008 recall involved two Taggies™ Sleep 'n Play style infant garments: the Butterfly Appliqué and the Fun Dog Print. Subsequent to the recall, two additional Taggies Sleep 'n Play styles, manufactured before July 1, 2008, were identified as also having snap issues. The recall has now been expanded to involve the Dinosaur Appliqué and the Pink Toss Print styles. The infant garments are one-piece footed coveralls with snaps down the front. These garments were sold in sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months, and 6-9 months. RN #27829 is printed on the care label sewn into the garment. Style numbers are printed on the hangtag of the garments. The recall involves Viking Professional Four-Slot Toasters, model numbers VT400WH, VT400BK, VT400GG, VT400SG, VT400BR and VT400CB. The toaster has a label on its underside that states in part, "Viking, UL Listed 73D3, Viking Range Corporation, Model VT400 Series".
The recall involves RockShox Domain 302 and 318 bicycle forks with steel steerer sold for installation on new bicycles. Only those forks manufactured between March 2008 and October 2008 with dates codes 09T8 through 42T8 are included in this recall. The date code is located on the back of the fork crown and on the lower leg. The RockShox Domain fork was installed on Transition Bottle Rocket bicycles, and may have been installed on Rocky Mountain Flatline 1, Rocky Mountain Slayer SS350, and Rocky Mountain Slayer SS396 bicycles.
This recall involves three models of Jardine wooden cribs with the date codes identified below. Cribs with other date codes are not affected by this recall. The recalled blue denim jackets have a white terrycloth underlay lining and drawstring. The jackets were sold in children's sizes medium (7-10), large (11-14) and x-large (15-16). Style numbers BF1400 K and BF1400 KP are printed on the hang tag attached to the garment.
This recall involves the "Ruff Hewn" reversible vests for boys sold in toddler (style # F821235) and 4 through 7 sizes (style # F841235). The vests are brown and reverse to a camouflage print. "Ruff Hewn" is printed on the tag found in the left pocket of the brown side and on the price tag. The style number is printed on the price tag.
This recall involves the Notifier brand operating system firmware control panels in fire alarms. The control panel is black or red with a silver screen. The panels control display and emergency communications. "NOTIFIER" or "NOTIFIER by Honeywell" is printed on the front of the fire alarm unit. Wiring Complete, Expert Advice from Start to Finish is paperback and has a green, black and white cover that shows hands wiring an electrical wall receptacle. "Taunton's" is printed at the top. ISBN #978-1-56158-815-2 is printed on the back cover.
