General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2023 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon vehicles. The front wheel hub bolts may have been over-tightened and damaged during installation.
This recall involves Polaris Model Year 2022-2023 Snowmobiles equipped with PATRIOT BOOST engines, including the Pro RMK Slash, RMK Khaos Slash, INDY VR1, and Switchback Assault. The recalled snowmobiles were sold in black and custom color combinations. "POLARIS" is stamped on the front side panel of the vehicles. The VIN and model number are located on the right side of the vehicle's frame.
This recall involves Purefog High Density Natural Fog Juice Liquid, Long Lasting, Water Based for all Fog Machines 400-1500 Watts with model number B0BG4L3997 and Lot code #623-PFHD. The model number and lot code are located on the back label at the bottom. The fog juice liquid is used in machines that create a smoke or "fog" effect such as that seen during rock concerts on stage.
This recall involves 5mm Magnetic Beads HIGH POWER AAA Grade, which are small, spherical, loose and separable magnets with a strong magnetic flux. The recalled Magnetic Beads HIGH POWER 5mm AAA Grade were sold as a strand in a clear, plastic bag. Stateside Bead Supply is printed on a label on the clear plastic bag packaging. The magnetic beads are gun metal gray in color.

Out of specification violation of devices that results in a gap existing within the fixture that presses the fiber metal pad to the substrate, causing the pad to not fully bond to the substrate.
HORIBA custom configured fluorescence instrument has a laser safety defect. This custom configuration of the modular Instrument removed the primary light source and the excitation monochromator. A plastic cap was installed to plug the optical port, where a more durable beam stop should have been used. The defect may allow the class 4 laser beam to burn (or transmit) through the plastic cap to exit the protective enclosure.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022 Jeep Cherokee vehicles. The turn signal self-canceling feature may not function properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling one 2019 G5 bus. A LIN gateway module may fail causing the defrosting system to be inoperative. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 103, "Windshield Defrosting and Defogging Systems."
