Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling certain 2019 G5 school buses. A LIN gateway module may fail causing the defrosting system to be inoperative. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 103, "Windshield Defrosting and Defogging Systems."
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The traction control system (TCS) does not function when cruise control is activated.
This recall involves the Forias pack and play mattresses. The mattress is a portable memory foam play yard mattress and measures about 38 inches long and 26 inches wide. There are tags on the bottom of the mattress cover and a stitched tag with the brand name "Forias".
This recall involves Berkley Jensen Citronella 72-inch Tiki Torches sold at BJ's Wholesale Club. The Tiki Torches are five inches wide and 72 inches high, or six inches wide and 72 inches high on a wrought iron stake. The torches were sold with copper-plated, nickel-plated, black, or gray torch tops, with a fiberglass wick.

According to 21 CFR 1040.10(f)(4), each laser system classified as a Class IIIb or IV laser product shall incorporate a key-actuated master control. The key shall be removable and the laser shall not be operable when the key is removed. However, the key of the subject laser products can be removed from key switch and the laser remains on.
