The recalled non-abrasive "Wet System" Video Head Cleaner was sold in a box labeled "Video Head Cleaner," "RadioShack" and "44-1230" or "44-1213." The box contains a cleaning video cassette and a bottle of cleaning solution. The 4-inch-high white plastic cleaning solution bottle is labeled "Video Head Cleaning Fluid" or "Cleaning Liquid for HEAD CLEANER." Other writing on the bottle includes "Contents: Isopropanol," and the item number "44-1230" or "44-1213."
The product is a guard rail that attaches to the top level of a standing choral riser set, with three tiered levels of horizontal platforms, on which individuals stand. The recall includes Optional Guard Rails (model numbers GRU30, 36 and 48) installed on Standing Choral Risers (model numbers TRP3C and SRP3C). Risers without guard rails are not included in this recall.
The recalled Lil' Wagster Dragster toy is an electronic push toy for children 1-year-old and up. It has a green race car base with red wheels and a blue handle that extends up for the child to hold. The words "Fisher-Price" are stamped in red on the handle unit, while the number "3" is stamped in yellow on the front of the race car base. The push toy has a model number of B0335, which is printed on the underside of the toy's race car base.
The recalled Grow-To-Pro® Pogo sticks are traditional pogo sticks with a round, removable base, two foot pegs and handles and the words "Grow to Pro Pogo" stamped on the front of the product. They come in two colors: green (model number 73386) and pink (model number 77356). The model number can be found underneath the pogo stick's foot pegs. This recall includes green pogo sticks manufactured through August 1, 2004, and all pink pogo sticks. Green pogo sticks manufactured after August 1, 2004, are not included in this recall and are marked with a round, green sticker underneath the foot peg. Pink pogo sticks are no longer manufactured.
This inventory retrieval involves valves manufactured by Cimberio: ¾" FIP x 5/8" OD (15/16"-16 thread) Gas Ball Valve; ¾" FIP x ¾" FIP Gas Ball Valve; ¾" FIP x ¾" FIP Gas Ball Valve with Side Tap; ¾" FIP x ¾" FIP Gas Ball Valve with Square Head. All affected valves as described here have a red handle and have various markings on the valve body. See www.dormont.com for photographs of the affected valves.
The recall involves the Holmes model HCH4305 portable electric heaters sold by QVC as QVC Item No. V19768. The model number and date code is located on the bottom of the heater. Recalled heaters have a date code beginning with "33xx" through "39xx".
The recall involves all Dimension-brand road and mountain threadless bicycle stems with a 130 degree rise. The stems are black or silver and have the word "Dimension" painted on the extension. Only models SM2330 to SM2333, SM4555 to SM4558, SM4567, and SM4570 to SM4573 are included in this recall. The model numbers are printed on the original packaging. These handlebar stems all have a 130-degree "high rise" but vary in extension length.
The recalled cribs are made of wood and painted white. Model numbers 8554W-PT and 8554WW are printed inside the headboard and on the envelope attached to the mattress support. The Simplicity name, address, manufacturing date and model number are written on a label found on the inside bottom of the headboard.

The Scrambler 500 ATV model and serial number identification decal is located on top of the front cab cover. These 24-shot Excalibur Reloadable Artillery Shell Kits are sold in a black box with plastic windows. The shell kits are a consumer fireworks device that consists of a black plastic launch tube and twenty-four display shells in a display box. "24 shot Excalibur Reloadable Artillery Shell Kits" and "World Class Fireworks" are written on the front of the display box. Only the model 24-shot Excalibur Reloadable Artillery Shell Kits are included in this recall.
The recall includes Suzuki 2005 model year Eiger and Vinson ATVs. Only Model LT-A400FK5 ATVs with ending VIN from 57104462 through 57105157, Model LT-F400FK5 ATVs with ending VIN from 57103131 through 57103730, and Model LT-A500FK5 ATVs with ending VIN from 57105616 through 57106276 are included in the recall. (Note: not all VINs within the above ranges are affected.) The VIN is stamped on the ATV frame and can be seen by looking between the left rear tire and fender.
The recalled children's folding chairs are made of metal tubing with a padded seat. They were sold in red, blue, yellow and green colors either individually or as part of a set consisting of a table and four chairs. Each chair is about 22 inches high, 10 inches wide, and about 11 inches deep. "IMPORTED BY: ATICO INTERNATIONAL USA, INC." is written on a label located underneath the seat of some of the chairs.
Dual Unit Valve, model numbers 8, 8 TU, F-8 and F-8TU, Bell & Gossett part numbers: 110199, 110200, 110201, and 110202 with a manufacturing date code of E30 (May 2003) through M40 (December 2004). This includes the following specific date codes -E30, F30, G30, H30, J30, K30, L30, M30, A40, B40, C40, D40, E40, F40, J40, K40, L40, and M40. This recall applies strictly to products that have not been installed. Units already installed are not affected, since the potential leak would appear at time of installation. The valves are used in residential heating systems, for filling hot water boilers and related piping systems after boiler installation or system servicing.
The multicolored bodysuits are 100 percent cotton and have a heat-sealed appliqué on the front. An appliqué is also attached to the side. The bodysuits were sold in newborn sizes (0 to 9 months) and infant sizes (12 to 24 months). "Okie Dokie" is sewn in the neckline and state "Made in China."
The recall involves all HEAT-N-GLO® Gem 36 and Gem 42 direct vent gas fireplaces. The model number is located on the rating plate inside the unit on the base pan in front of the gas control. The rating plate can be accessed by removing the lower grille on the fireplace. This recall also includes Gem 36 fireplaces that recently received a replacement burner assembly.
The recalled 27-inch Sharp conventional tube televisions include models 27RS50, 27RS100 and CSR5027. The model number can be found on the label on the back of the television.
The Prima chair is a child's molded plastic chair made up of two plastic parts: the chair's seat and the base, which includes the chair legs. The Prima chair is sold in several seat heights - measuring between 8 and 13 inches from the top of the seat to the floor. The seat portion is 10.5 inches by 10 inches. The Prima chair comes in red, yellow, blue, green, teal, berry and purple with either black- or same-colored legs as the seat or navy seat with black legs. The model number does not appear on the chair. The Prima chair can be identified on the company's web site under Early Learning, model number 7101.
The recall includes one type of pacifier (Light-up Pacifiers) and two types of toys (New Style Pianos and High Toys Choochoo Toy Trains). The Light-up Pacifier is a plastic pacifier, which also acts as a whistle. When a button on the pacifier's handle is pushed, the pacifier lights up with flashing LED lights. The New Style Piano is a battery-operated musical piano, which measures about 6 inches across and comes in orange and blue colors. The High Toys Choochoo Toy Train is a battery-operated train that measures about 8 inches across and 5 inches high. The main body of the train is light blue with red wheels, with tiny foam balls contained inside its pink smokestack.
These scented flowerpot-shaped candles are about 2.5 inches high and have a sand coating. They were sold in two different four-piece sets. One set containing three candles of different shades of green and one ivory candle with code number KMS8428 and UPC number 7 50197 88428 9. The other set contains a blue, white, orange and cream colored candle with code number KMS8427 and UPC number 7 50197 88427 2. The code numbers and UPC can be found in the white box on the bottom of the packaging. Other writing on the packaging includes, "MARTHA STEWART everyday" and "sunny meadow."
