The walk-behind lawn mowers are gas-powered and have an orange body with a black push-handle. They are capable of being operated with or without a bag attachment. The model number and serial number can be found on a decal mounted above the left rear wheel axle.
This recall involves Raptor 1000M off-road utility vehicles. The two-wheel drive vehicles have two seats and a back bed. "Raptor" is printed in black under the vehicles gas cap. Only two wheel drive vehicles with transaxle manufactured between April 12, 2001 and July 31, 2003 are included in this recall.
The non-stick part of the pan can separate forcefully and be propelled when the pan is preheated, used on high heat, or used for frying, deep-frying or braising. This can pose a serious burn hazard from hot oil or food contents spilling onto consumers.
Model 425BK MiniBuck Black Knives have a plastic handle and a non-serrated 1-7/8 inch drop-point blade. The knives are 2-7/8 inches long when closed and 4-3/4 inches when open. Each of the subject knives bears the designation "T" on the blade of the knife after the model number.
The paperback book is titled "Candle & Soap Making For Dummies." The book's cover is black and yellow and has a photograph of candlesticks and slices of soap.
These are Honda Harmony 21-inch, walk-behind mowers with model numbers HRB216TXA or HRB216HXA. The model numbers are located on a metal plate behind the engine, just in front of the rear discharge opening. These black and red mowers have "Honda Harmony" printed in white on the front.
The Sonato Smiling Mini-Car Toy is wood with four solid- colored wheels painted orange, blue, yellow and green. A smiling face is painted on the front. On the top of the toy is a red button that squeaks when pushed. The toy car was sold individually and as a part of the "Wooden Baby Toys Set of 5." The toy car sold separately is item # 828143 and with the set # 828144.
Treadmill is black with gray coloring and has rectangular uprights. It is 69" in length and 30" in width. It has a small display panel that is almost as wide as the treadmill. The brands and models "Cybex 400T," "Cybex 410T," "Trotter 510," "Trotter 525," or "Trotter 535" are written on the display panel. "CXT+" is another recalled model but does not bear the brand Cybex or Trotter.
The recalled Kawasaki ATVs include both 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive versions of the Prairie 300 and 400 units, with model years between 1997 and 2000. The ATVs come in green or red and have the words, "Kawasaki" and "Prairie" printed on each side of the vehicle, "300" or "400" printed on the left side, and "4x4" printed on the side of the seat (for the 4-wheel drive models only).
The pump is chrome and "Park Tool USA" is written in white letters on the side. Only units manufactured prior to August 2003 with a black indicator on the pressure gauge are included in the recall. Pumps with blue indicators on the pressure gauge that are manufactured after August 2003 are not included.
The recalled break-action, spring air rifles include Crosman Model numbers RM177, RM177X, RM677, RM677X, RM877 and RM622 that were produced before August 2001. Models produced after that time are not included in this recall. The recalled air rifles have brown wood stocks, black barrels, and blue and white striped spacers on the butt plate. The RM622 shoots .22 caliber airgun pellets; the other models shoot .177 caliber airgun pellets. The RM177X and RM677X were sold with scopes. Each barrel is imprinted with the model number and the words, "Manufactured for Crosman Corp. by Mendoza."
The Halloween House is all black in color with wire-web windows, mesh rooftops and a brick-front exterior. The house is made of metal and measures 14.5 inches in height. The base of the house is a thin flat piece of metal surrounded by a black wire metal fence. The house holds four tealights on the bottom floor and one inside the turret. "Made In China" is written on a sticker on the bottom of the house.
The recalled back-up power supply systems include the Energizer-brand UPS Model ER-PRO1000, which can be identified by a label on the back of the device. The black, breadbox-like unit is about 14 inches deep, 6 inches wide, 8 inches tall and weighs about 20 pounds. The words, "Energizer" and "energizerups.com" appear on the front of the unit.
This recall involves all Segway HT i167 ("i Series") models sold to consumers. In addition, Segway LLC is including all e167 ("e Series") and i167 models sold to commercial users, and all p133 ("p Series") models sold to consumers in test markets.
The recalled Home Line bunk beds include the following models and styles: S130 (black), S131 (white), S132 (red), and S133 (blue) have a single top mattress and a double width bottom mattress; S135 (black) and S136 (white) that have a single top and a single bottom mattress; and S116 (black) and S117 (white) that have a single top mattress and a bottom mattress that also converts into a couch. Some units are labeled with the "Home Line" name and the model numbers on the top front railing.
The recalled units are the Blason Turbo Style model 4030 electric hand-held hair dryers without an immersion protection device. These units have a pistol-style grip and a black plastic casing with a two-prong power cord labeled, in part, "Blason Turbo Style Mod. 4030. 110V/60HZ/1500W."
The Eddie Bauer lantern, sold exclusively at Target stores, is ocean blue with two mantles. It has a glass globe, electronic ignition, and an extra-large hood and handle. When assembled, the lantern sits on a plastic base that houses the propane fuel cylinder. The "Eddie Bauer" name appears on the front of the product on an oval panel immediately below a black on/off switch. The Wenzel Company produces the lantern under license with Eddie Bauer.
These dual-motor, 36-inch ceiling fans were sold in chrome, stone white, brush nickel, polished brass, antique brass, or weathered patina finishes. Model number 355-6645 is printed on a label located on the central housing of the ceiling fan. The brand name of the fan, "Aire Tek" is written on the packaging only.
The batteries were provided in pairs. Each is a 3-volt lithium battery with a white label. The name "Fuji Power" or "A&T Fuji Power CR123A" is on the label.
Only Sony VAIO notebook computers with model numbers PCG-FRV25 or PCG-FRV27 sold from June through July 2003 are part of the recall. These computers will have slow modem speeds, generally below 24K, while using the notebook's AC adapter. Consumers unsure of their modem speed can check it at the Sony PC support Web site: www.sony.com/pcsupport. Sony previously announced this recall on July 10, 2003
