The recalled walkers are intended for babies age 6 months or older. The walkers are blue, green, pink and yellow. They have a musical tray, a thick foamed padded seat and some are equipped with stoppers on the side. These model numbers are recalled: 305, 308RK, 309STP, 384, 386, 388, 388STP, 389STP, 392STP, 393STP, 395 and 399STP. The model numbers are located on the outside of each box. The baby walkers bear a warning label that states in part: "WARNING: NOTE: NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED" or "NEVER LEAVE YOUR BABY ALONE IN THIS BABY WALKER" or "USE ONLY FOR CHILDREN WHO CAN SIT UNASSISTED." The baby walkers may bear a label stating "BEBELOVE."
The recalled sewing machines were manufactured in 1999, and are white with the name "Designer 1" printed on the front of the machine. The serial numbers are written on the bottom of the machine. Only serial numbers that fall within the following ranges are included in the recall: Serial numbers beginning with "7" and ending with "2" Serial numbers beginning with "5" and ending with "3" Serial numbers beginning with "4" and ending with "2" Serial numbers beginning with "5" and ending with "0" Serial numbers beginning with "6" and ending with "4"
The recalled electric fans, which have the brand name "Top Choice" printed on the fan blade cover, were sold under seven different model names: SF16BU(BE), SF16BK, DF16BU(BE), DF18, FL18, and BSD-18066. The model name can be found on the motor housing. The DF18 and FL18 models have a label that reads, "Hi Velocity Top Choice Air Circulator," which is also located on the fan blade cover. The three-speed, four-position fans are either floor-mounted or table-top units. The fans were manufactured in China.
These red metal gas grills have a tripod stand. They have a logo on the label of the lid and grill base showing a devil cooking at a grill with the writing, "Red Devil." The lid also reads "The Portable Outdoor Kitchen." Components sold with the grill include a heat plate, an oversized skillet with handles, a table-safe serving trivet, and carrying totes.
The recalled Performance Forte Pro Stix Bar Ends are three to four inches in length and attach to the ends of the handlebar. The bar ends are primarily used during hill climbing when mountain biking, as they give a rider added leverage when he/she is off the seat and pedaling up a steep incline. The bar ends were manufactured in Taiwan.
These MA-200 and MA-200-1 series actuators were used in fire and smoke dampers that were manufactured by various companies from December 1993 through October 1999, which were installed by private contractors in commercial and residential buildings. The actuators have manufacture date codes of 9348 through 9947. See the associated recall alert for more details on the dampers and companies involved.

A spring mechanism integrated with the damper, is designed to close the damper during a fire to limit the spread of smoke, fire and fumes. These MA-200 and MA-200-1 series actuators were used in fire and smoke dampers that were manufactured by various companies from December 1993 through October 1999, which were installed by private contractors in commercial and residential buildings. The actuators have manufacture date codes of 9348 through 9947.
The recalled ATVs are the Agritrax 8260 and Talon 8260-01. The model carries the identifications "Talon" or "Agritrax" on both sides of the bodywork.
The recalled Giant Champagne Glass-Shaped Floating Candleholder is about 17-1/4 inches high by 13 inches in diameter. The green candleholders were made in Spain. The price sticker on the bottom of the candleholder reads "SKU#1884160."
The recall includes the Nikon Coolpix 2000-model digital cameras with serial numbers 3010001 to 3060980 and 3510001 to 3561916. The brand name and model number are located on the front of the camera, and the serial number is on the bottom of the camera. The camera is mostly silver-colored with lavender around the lens. No other Nikon products are involved in this recall.
The mowers were sold under both the Black & Decker and Craftsman brand names. The recalled Black & Decker cordless electric lawn mowers have the model number CMM1000 or CMM1000R and date codes from 9534 through 200230, both of which are located on the silver and black label affixed to the rear door of the mower. The lawn mowers have either an orange or green deck cover with a black motor cover. The lawn mowers have the words "Black & Decker" and "Cordless" on top of the motor cover. The Craftsman-brand mowers, which were sold at Sears, have model number 900.370520 and include all date codes. The model number is located on the silver and black label affixed to the rear door of the mower. The Sears lawn mowers have a dark green deck with a black motor cover. The lawn mowers have the words "Craftsman" and "24 Volt Cordless" on top of the motor cover.
The recalled lithium ion batteries are used to power EV Global's folding Mini E-Bike. The battery, which is located in the battery compartment just in front of the seat, is supplied with most models of the Mini E-Bike. The words "mini e-bike" are printed on the side of the bicycle near the steering column. These bicycles are manufactured in Taiwan and the battery packs are assembled in the U.S.
The recalled bobble head figurines are designed in the likeness of NFL players Brian Urlacher and Anthony Thomas. The 7-inch tall figurines have heads on springs that cause them to bobble from side to side. The figurines are dressed in Chicago Bears' uniforms. The McDonald's logo and the player's name are printed across the front of the base. Labels on the bottom of the figurine read, "BOBBLE DREAMS USA" and "MADE IN CHINA," and "OFFICIAL NFL LICENSED PRODUCT."
The chargers were made in the USA and the words "Chargetek CT2000" are printed across the front of the charger's black housing. Indicator lights for charge mode, battery polarity and charge current are also located on the front. Wires for the AC power and three batteries extend from the bottom of the unit. Only models with a serial number in the range of 030260 to 030603 and/or a day code between "Jan 01 2001" and "June 30 2002" are included in the recall. The serial number is written on the top of the charger and the day code is stamped on the bottom.
The recalled air compressors are Model 191000 and Model 192000. The model number on both units can be found on the shipping carton and invoice. The Model 191000 is a 2.5 HP air compressor with a red, six- gallon capacity tank. A blue "Northern Industrial Tools" label is on the side of the tank. The compressor motor sits on top the tank and is covered with a black plastic shell. The Model 192000 is a 2.5 HP unit with twin two-gallon tanks. The twin tanks are red and stacked vertically on one side of the unit. A blue "Northern Industrial Tools" label is on the side of the top tank. The motor is located at the base of the unit, adjacent to the twin tanks, and is partially covered with a black plastic shell. This recall includes only those Model 191000 and 192000 compressors sold between January and May 2002.
These are portable, vertically mounted Huffy-brand basketball systems that come unassembled with a plastic base, that is weighted down by either sand or water, that is added during assembly. The basketball poles are painted black and the Huffy brand name appears on the backboard, main pole, or plastic base. The protruding bolt on the player side of the pole is located about 20 inches from the ground.
These are Kodak DC5000-model cameras. The brand name and model number are written on the front of the camera at the bottom right-hand corner. All DC5000 cameras carry a plate on the bottom of the camera containing the Kodak product identifier reading "KJCAA" followed by an eight-digit serial number. The serial number range is 01800001 through 11700825. This recall includes the DC5000 model only. No other Kodak cameras are affected by this recall.
This recall includes model 837AN (natural gas) and 837AP (propane) direct vent wall mount fireplaces made in the United Kingdom. The fireplaces have a glass front and an imitation wooden log set. The "Valor" logo is printed on the bottom front of the fireplace. The model number is printed on a plate in the lower control area.
These model number 4000 Showtime Rotisseries, manufactured in October 1999, have a serial number beginning with ST-AAKa, located on the back, near the bottom of the units. "Ronco Showtime BBQ" is written on the front glass and the model number is printed on the back.
These blue toy chests measure 18.5-inches by 12-inches by 12- inches, and were sold under the Playskool brand name. On the toy chest lid top are depictions of "Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head" characters and the "PLAYSKOOL" logo. The front panel has a "Glow Worm" figure and a dog. The bottom of the toy chests contains "DISTRIBUTED BY: XL MACHINE LTD, MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55347." The chests were made in China.
