The valves are designed to relieve excess pressure in large propane tanks, typically the 500- to 1,000-gallon size ones. The valves, model 66-1031, are approximately 7 inches long. Writing on the valve reads "OMECA 66-1031." Only valves that contain year and batch codes of "99.02," "99.10", "99.16," "99.27," or "99.28" are included in the recall. The valves from these batch codes were installed on tanks that were refurbished or manufactured after May 1999.
The recalled stems are black and have the model name 3T ZEPP XL printed in white on the sides of the body of the stem. The faceplate also has "3T" printed in white at the front of the stem. The stems were installed on 2002 and 2003 model year Cannondale bicycles. The recalled stems were manufactured in Italy by 3T (Tecno Tubo Torino) and distributed by parent company, Gruppo, SPA.
The recalled water heaters are models: MIITW75T6EN12; MIITW75T6CX12; TW375S76E3N; and TW375S763X with serial number "YD" (all) through YE 1395234. The model and serial numbers are located on the heater rating plate and on the shipping carton label. The water heaters were manufactured in the United States.
The recalled irons (model 17520) are made of purple and white plastic. The "Proctor Silex" trademark is displayed on the side in white letters. The iron was packaged in a white cardboard box with gray lettering, labeled, in part, "EASY PRESS IRON....Model 17520.....Series A1320." The model number 17520 and the series number are located on the back side of the iron, at the bottom. They were manufactured in China.
These are 7,000 BTU window air conditioners with model number 77ZFA007101. The recalled air conditioners have a serial number within the following ranges: 4895Y10001 to 4895Y10300 2196Y10001 to 2196Y10300 3096Y12302 to 3096Y12700 4396Y00101 to 4396Y00500 1697Y20873 to 1697Y21072 2097Y21165 to 2097Y21464 2997Y20457 to 2997Y20656 The model and serial numbers are located on the top of the plastic evaporator scroll behind the unit's front plastic grill. "Carrier" is written on the front of these units.
This recall involves MA/MH circuit breakers manufactured between October 2000 and March 2002.
These digital cable set-top boxes are black, about 17 inches wide and 2.5 inches high. "MOTOROLA" and "INTERACTIVE DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS" are written on the front of the units. The model number, "DCT2000" is written on the cover of the user guide that came with the box. Motorola's DCT2000 set-top box provides cable subscribers access to various digital, audio, and interactive TV services, including expanded channel counts; digital-quality video and audio; interactive program guides for viewing convenience and control; parental control; and virtual channels for community and local information.
The recalled engines are used only on fun-karts, which look and ride like go-karts, but are for personal use. The folding chairs have the brand names Adams Quik Fold Chair (as individual chairs) and Quik Fold Café Set (as a set, including a table and two chairs). The recalled individual chairs include item numbers 8575-48-3750, 8575-16-3750 and 8575-38-3750. The recalled chair sets include item numbers 8590-48-3600, 8590-16-3600 and 8590-38-3600. The chairs are made of white, green or sandstone molded plastic. A label on the backrest of the chair reads "Adams Quick Fold Chair."
The recalled media carts have the model name "Elements Media Carts." They have an ash wood veneer with a dark brown stain and measure 31.75" x 19" x 23.5". The media carts contain a VCR shelf and a second compartment shelf for CD's. These media carts were manufactured in Denmark.
The clackers are made of three wooden star shapes, tied together, with the two outside stars painted red, white or blue. The center star and handle are made of natural wood. The toys measure about 6 inches long. The handle has a gold "Made in China" label and a white label reading, "Intended for Children over 6 months of Age." The Ride-On Duck is a yellow wooden duck-shaped toy with orange wheels and bill, that measures 12 inches high by 20 inches long. It has a gold "Made in China" label on the bottom.
The recalled skates are model numbers 809-0205 and 809-0256, black or white, with the word "Bullet" written on the side. They were manufactured in China.
This recall involves Hustler "FasTrak" riding mowers with 44- and 52-inch decks. The riding mowers are yellow and black with the "FasTrak" logo printed on both sides. The model and serial number of the mower can be found on an identification plate, on the left side of the frame in front of the fuel tank, below the operator's platform. This recall also includes products which are produced by Excel for Land Pride, Division of Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc., of Salina, KS. Land Pride's product is the "Accu-Z Razor." The riding mowers are beige and black, with the "Razor Z" logo printed on the rear of the unit, and Accu-Z logo printed on both sides. The recalled grass bags are attachments for MTD electric walk-behind lawn mowers with model numbers 18A-407-000 (red body) and 18A-407-062 (green body). The model numbers can be found on a model plate label on the rear discharge door of the mower. "Yard Machines" is printed on top of the motor shroud.

This recall involves certain CM-700 and CM-750 electrical meters. The 8-inch meters are dark green with bright yellow features. The model number and the words "Greenlee Test Instruments" are printed across the front of the meter. A silver plate on the back of the meter displays the serial number (S/N). Serial numbers included in the recall range from 0203540001 through 0203540650. The electrical meters were made in Taiwan. CM-700 and CM-750 meters outside the above serial number range are not included in this recall.
The recalled extension cords were sold in brown (model EC-222) or white (model EC-221) and are approximately 5 feet by 3 inches long. The model numbers are printed in the upper right corner of the packaging. The cords were packaged in a mustard and orange color sleeve with the words, "5 Household Extension Cords" and "Made in China" printed on the front. The "Volt Master" logo is printed in the left corner of the packaging. "YWC-981 8 CHINA E157848" is printed on the cord.
The 1600-watt hairdryers have a chrome body, with black speed and heat controls. The model name, "Remington Vortex Ultra," is printed in black on one side of the air intake grill; with the model number, V-1030, and the words, "Do Not Immerse In Water" and "Made in China" printed in silver on the other side. The hairdryers have a UPC number of 0-74590-87541-6, which is located on the packaging box.
The recalled Plan Toys pull-along snail is a bright green, yellow and red wooden pull toy. The snail measures 10 inches long and 4 inches high and is pulled by a nylon string attached to the underside of the toy. On the snail head are two yellow protruding pegs that extend about 1 inch from the body. The pegs are painted black and white to depict eyeballs. A stamp on the bottom of the head displays the Plan Toys logo and the words "Made in Thailand."
The "Toddler Tote" travel activity sets have three animal puzzles, seven stacker pegs of various colors, a geometric shapes puzzle and four basic shape mini-puzzles. All the contents are packaged in a blue box with a rubber handle that acts as a carrying tote. The 9-inch square box has "Lauri" and "LR-2116" written on it. The puzzle set is called "Familiar Things." It is a boxed set of 12 two-piece puzzles. The puzzles include cut-outs of fish, planes, boats and cars. The purple box has "First Puzzles for Little Ones" and "LR-2113" written on it.
