The recalled "Sort & See" sorting box is made of hardwood and comes with eight shaped blocks of various colors. Each block is filled with beads that are visible through plastic windows. The wooden box has a clear plastic top and cutouts on two sides, that correspond with the shapes of the blocks. The words "Ryan's Room" are printed on one side of the sorter box.
The Model 8 Roadster is about 26 inches long with a red steel body and a red rubber horn on a black steering wheel. The words "Radio Flyer" and the number "8" appear on both sides of the riding toy. Roadsters included in this recall have a date of manufacture of 12/2001 or earlier and have a "horn symbol" embossed on the red rubber horn. A label with the date of manufacture is located on the bottom of the Roadster. The label has the letters "MD" followed by a date code that represents the month and year of manufacture (for example, MD 12/2001 is for a manufacture date of December 2001). Model 8 Roadsters manufactured after January 2002 are not involved in this recall. Model 8 Roadsters with a star embossed on the horn, even if manufactured in 2001, have been re-designed and are not included in this recall.
These 1997 and 1998 model year ATVs have "350 Electric" written on both sides of the bodywork. The ATVs are either red and white, or gray and blue. The recalled ATVs have the following names and vehicle identification numbers (VINs). The VINs are stamped into the vehicle frames between the front and rear wheels. These are refillable, gas-fueled, piezo-electric lighters in the shape of beverage cans. One lighter is labeled "Coca Cola" and the other lighter is labeled "Budweiser KING OF BEER." They are attached to keyrings.
The recalled THUDBUSTER Suspension Seat Posts are black and silver and have a range of serial numbers between 10894 and 18710. The serial number can be found inside the seat post's tube, toward the bottom of the post. The words, "Cane Creek" and "Thudbuster" are also printed on the seat post. The seat posts are made in the U.S.
These heavy-duty, stainless steel grills are Flat Rock Grill Shoreline Series Models 2000 and 3000. The model number is written on a label on the front of the grill. FRG is on the front of the grill. The grill has a thermometer display on the grill hood that measures 3 inches in diameter, and has a temperature range from 50 to 550 degrees. The thermometer display has "BBQ-1" or "BBQ Pit" Thermometer written within the glass casing. Thermometers with the word "Trend" written within the casing are not included in the recall.
These red metal gas grills have a tripod stand. They have a logo on the label of the lid and grill base showing a devil cooking at a grill with the writing, "Red Devil." The lid also reads "The Portable Outdoor Kitchen." The black plastic base, above the tripod, reads "QUANTUM HOMEWARES." Components sold with the grill include a heat plate, an oversized skillet with handles, a table-safe serving trivet, and carrying totes. They were manufactured in Hong Kong.
The recalled product is a multi-use product that can be used as both a child's chair or a food/beverage storage cooler. The cooler/chairs were given to hotel guests as a welcoming gift at participating Hilton®, Doubletree®, and Hilton Garden Inn® hotels and resorts. The chairs have either a purple aluminum frame with a purple fabric seat and green cooler bag, or a green aluminum frame with a green fabric seat and a blue cooler bag. Vacation Station™ is printed on the front of the cooler bag. The chairs were made in Hong Kong.
Only U-Line™ submersible pressure gauges contained in UWATEC™ brand Smart PRO™, Pro ULTRA™, and Sport PLUS™ dive computer consoles are included in the recall. The consoles are mostly gray in color and the brand name "UWATEC™" is written on the front of each console. The pressure gauges are made in the U.S. and the computers are made in Switzerland. Only early production of spray foam with the date codes "0492PT" to "0952PT" stamped on the bottom of the can are involved in this recall. "Smatter" is an aerosol product that sprays a soft foam material from the can when the nozzle is pushed. The product is generally used at parties, celebrations, or games. The spray foam is sold in three different varieties: "Original Smatter," "Spit Smatter," and "Fatter Smatter." "SMATTER" appears in large print on the can and on the cardboard packaging. "Nickelodeon™" is written on the orange handle. "Made in China" is written the back of the product.
All model ACJ-250 Aroma Juice Extractors are included in the recall. "ACJ-250" and "MADE IN CHINA" are written on the bottom of the juicer on a silver label. The juice extractor is made of white and clear plastic and has a metal filter. "Aroma" is printed on the front of the unit. The firm previously recalled 40,000 juicers in June 1999. This recall includes redesigned juicers used as replacements for the original recall.
The recalled Royal Colonial Vinyl Deck Post Kit is intended for use with the Royal pre-built vinyl deck rail system. The 4-inch square post has a "lathe turned" design in the middle. A label with the words "Royal Outdoor Products" and "R008-45-136" is affixed to the bottom of each post. Each kit contains one post. The posts were made in Canada.
The recalled Mosquito Deleto™ Traps were sold as a part of the Portable System and the Back Home™ System. The traps are about 24 inches high, have a green or gray base and top, a black center, and attach to either a 1 lb. propane cylinder or a 20 lb. propane cylinder with a hose. The traps have two sets of model numbers: 2950-800 and 2950-801, which can be found on a label on the front of the trap, above the words, "WARNING: For outdoor use only". The recalled Back Home™ System traps include a 5-foot rubber hose that connects to 20 lbs. propane cylinders. The Portable System and Back Home System™ mosquito traps were manufactured in the U.S.
The recall includes only 24-inch Vertical XL2 mountain bicycles, with model number 8524-21. A label on the frame near the crank housing identifies the model number. The bicycles are red. "Vertical" is written on the top tube, and "XL2" is written on the down tube.
The recalled drip pans were sold in various sizes, ranging from 6 to 9 inches in diameter. The SKU Number 845289 is either on the pan or on a cardboard insert in the package. All of the drip pans are black.
Snapper lawn mowers with model numbers 216751BV, P2167517BV and FRP 216751BV are part of this recall. The model number can be found on a white label attached to the top of the lawn mower.
The recalled 24-inch washer and gas dryer units were sold under the Whirlpool®, Kenmore® and General Electric® brand names, which is written on the control panel of the units. They are white or light tan. The model and serial number are located behind the dryer door at the top of the opening. The 2-prong slip-on adapter plugs are used to connect American 2-pronged electrical plugs into various foreign outlets. The adapter plugs are plastic with a white matte finish. The only marking on the plug is "6A250V", which is molded on the bottom surface between the prongs of the adapter. No other writing appears on the adapters. PM International sold the adapter plugs individually and as part of a traveling kit with voltage converters. Only adapter plugs sold individually are included in the recall.
The recalled lighters are made of metal, come in different colors, and have a top that resembles a pencil across a protractor and triangle. To open the port and ignite the flame, consumers press on the pencil. The lighters, which are about three inches high, 7/8 inches wide and 1/4 inch deep, have a ruler along the side. A label on the lighter has the UPC code 7 63052 20108 5 and the words "MADE IN CHINA" and "SLIDE PUSH."
The recalled ice shavers are orange and blue, come with two ice maker cups, and have a palm tree design on the sides of the machine. On the front of the ice shaver are the words, "Bath and Body Works Art Stuff." The ice shaver has a silver and blue handle, which, when turned, compresses the ice onto a stainless steel blade. On the bottom are the ice shaver are the words "Made in Taiwan."
