Models showing a year of manufacture of 2009 in red ink are not included in the recall.

The switches are used as replacement on/off switches for electronics or for use in hobby projects. The wiring diagram, the catalog number, and manufacturing dates are located on the back of the product's packaging. In the date code MMPYY, MM is the month and YY is the year.

The recall involves the SunKids convertible crib/playpen/bassinet/bed with model number PY256. "SunKids" is embroidered on the bottom left of the crib's drop side. The convertible cribs have a drop side rail, stationary side rail, canopy assembly, and bassinet. The sides of the convertible crib are fabric and mesh. Rhino Off-Highway Vehicles (Yamaha) – Safety Repair Program (2009)

CPSC and Yamaha are anouncing a free repair program to address safety issues with all Rhino 450, 660, and 700 model off-highway recreational vehicles. Yamaha has also agreed to voluntarily suspend sale of these models immediately until repaired. The repair includes the installation of a spacer on the rear wheels as well as the removal of the rear anti-sway bar to help reduce the chance of rollover and improve vehicle handling, and continued installation of half doors and additional passenger handholds where these features have not been previously installed to help keep occupants' arms and legs inside the vehicle during a rollover and reduce injuries.

The red fabric mesh filters were available in two sizes, small and large, and in two different shapes to accommodate various sizes of fueling funnels. The name of the manufacturer, Outerwears, is the only marking on the product.

All styles were sold in sizes S-XL and came in a variety of prints and colors including stripes and plaids.
