Polaris model year 2002 PRO X snowmobiles with model numbers S02NX4CS (2002 440 Pro X Liquid), S02NX4CSR (2002 440 Rolling Chassis), S02NX4FS (2002 440 Pro X Fan), S02NX6ES (2002 600 Pro X), P03NX4FS (2003 440 Pro X Fan, pilot), PO3NX6ES (2003 600 Pro X, pilot) are part of this recall. The snowmobiles have red hoods and nose pans with white and blue graphics. The model number can be found on the right side of the tunnel, where the right foot is placed, when seated on the snowmobile. The snowmobiles were manufactured in the U.S.A.
This recall includes 24- inch and 29-inch high, natural wood finish barstools with round seats. The barstools have model numbers 74150 (24-inch) and 75151 (29-inch). The model numbers are printed on a sticker on the underside of the barstool's seat. A circular stamp on the underside of the seat reads, "H.L." and "NOV 2001." They were assembled in the United States.
The recalled 2002 model forks were installed on Specialized Rockhopper A-1 Comp and Mongoose Hot Link Sommet series bicycles. "MANITOU" is printed on the side of the fork and the model name - "Six Elite" and "Six Super" - is printed on the arch of the fork and on the side of the fork leg. The bicycles were manufactured in Asia.
The recalled lighters are dark green, metal, and are in the shape of the Statue of Liberty. The lighter's flame comes out of a hole in the top of the torch. The tablets in her left hand act as the ignition switch when pushed down alongside her body. The lighter, distributed by S & G Enterprises Inc., has the words "New York" embossed in gold. The patent number "6093016" is embossed in the same color as the body of the lighter at the back of the base. The packaging is a blue-gray paper box with a transparent plastic window in the front. "S & G Enterprises" and "Patent 6093016" are printed in black on either side of the packing box. A bar code with the numbers "6 63435 00221 8" and the price "$9.95" is printed on the bottom of the box.
These bridges are attached to steel platforms on Series 2000 modular playgrounds. The bridges are made of hinged metal sections and connect one platform to another.
The recalled hedge trimmers have red engine covers and a label on the recoil starter that reads "Professional Shindaiwa." The recall includes model HT231 with serial numbers between 1010004 and 1111239 and model DH231 with serial numbers between 1010001 and 1100149. The serial numbers are printed on a nameplate on the engine cover.
The recalled cordless drill/drivers are orange and bear the word "Firestorm" or jade and bear the words "Quantum Pro." The recall involves 10-inch table saws, made in Taiwan, with the model number BT2500 and dates codes 200128-CT through 200148-CT. The model number and date codes are located on a name plate on the front panel above the power switch. The saw is gray with an orange front panel. The name "Black & Decker" is located on the lower right hand portion of the front panel.
This recall involves RANGER Off-Road Utility Vehicles and Professional Series Utility Task Vehicles ("UTVs"). The RANGERs and UTVs were manufactured in the USA.
The recalled 2002 model ATVs are either red or green. They have the brand name "Arctic Cat" written on both sides of the vehicle. The recall includes the following ATV model names: 250, 300, 300 Massey Ferguson, 375, 400, 400i, 500, TBX 500 and 500i. The model name is located on the front of the ATVs, just below the speedometer. The 13-digit model number is included in the registration materials received at the time of purchase.

Multimeters are used to measure voltage, resistance and current. The recalled Fluke digital multimeters measure up to 1,000 volts alternating current (VAC) and direct current (VDC). "Fluke" and "175", "177" or "179" are written on the front of the unit. The tester body is yellow and black, and measures about 7.25 inches long by 3.5 inches wide. Recalled units have a serial number below 79000000. The serial number is written on the back of the instrument, under the hinged stand.
The recall involves Marin-brand mountain bikes with aluminum frames. There are seven model bikes with 11.5-inch frames and one model with a 13.5-inch frame. The 11.5-inch bikes have the following model names: Bobcat Trail, Hawk Hill, Palisades Trail, Pioneer Trail, Nail Trail, Stinson and Rocky Ridge. The 13.5-inch model has the model name Quake. The model name is written on the top tube of the mountain bikes. To determine the size of the frame (11.5-inch or 13.5-inch), measure from the center of the crank arm to about 1 inch below the seatpost clamp.
The recalled stems are black and have the model name 3T ZEPP XL printed in white on the sides of the body of the stem. The faceplate also has "3T" printed in white at the front of the stem. The stems were installed on 2002 and 2003 model year Cannondale bicycles. The recalled stems were manufactured in Italy by 3T (Tecno Tubo Torino) and distributed by parent company, Gruppo, SPA.
The recalled water heaters are models: MIITW75T6EN12; MIITW75T6CX12; TW375S76E3N; and TW375S763X with serial number "YD" (all) through YE 1395234. The model and serial numbers are located on the heater rating plate and on the shipping carton label. The water heaters were manufactured in the United States.
The valves are designed to relieve excess pressure in large propane tanks, typically the 500- to 1,000-gallon size ones. The valves, model 66-1031, are approximately 7 inches long. Writing on the valve reads "OMECA 66-1031." Only valves that contain year and batch codes of "99.02," "99.10", "99.16," "99.27," or "99.28" are included in the recall. The valves from these batch codes were installed on tanks that were refurbished or manufactured after May 1999.
The recalled irons (model 17520) are made of purple and white plastic. The "Proctor Silex" trademark is displayed on the side in white letters. The iron was packaged in a white cardboard box with gray lettering, labeled, in part, "EASY PRESS IRON....Model 17520.....Series A1320." The model number 17520 and the series number are located on the back side of the iron, at the bottom. They were manufactured in China.
These are 7,000 BTU window air conditioners with model number 77ZFA007101. The recalled air conditioners have a serial number within the following ranges: 4895Y10001 to 4895Y10300 2196Y10001 to 2196Y10300 3096Y12302 to 3096Y12700 4396Y00101 to 4396Y00500 1697Y20873 to 1697Y21072 2097Y21165 to 2097Y21464 2997Y20457 to 2997Y20656 The model and serial numbers are located on the top of the plastic evaporator scroll behind the unit's front plastic grill. "Carrier" is written on the front of these units.
This recall involves MA/MH circuit breakers manufactured between October 2000 and March 2002.
These digital cable set-top boxes are black, about 17 inches wide and 2.5 inches high. "MOTOROLA" and "INTERACTIVE DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS" are written on the front of the units. The model number, "DCT2000" is written on the cover of the user guide that came with the box. Motorola's DCT2000 set-top box provides cable subscribers access to various digital, audio, and interactive TV services, including expanded channel counts; digital-quality video and audio; interactive program guides for viewing convenience and control; parental control; and virtual channels for community and local information.
