These Tough Traveler® backpack carriers have metal contoured frames and were sold in color combinations of blue and teal, natural and teal, and slate and teal. A tag on the outside of the carrier reads "Tough Traveler®." The carriers have a removable washable seat, a storage pocket, a loading stand, a padded hip belt, and other features.
The overall size of the wooden changing table is 42 inches long by 26 3/4 inches wide by 36 inches high. The front of the unit has three doors, behind a door are toddler steps that slide out and in when not in use, while the other doors house a storage area with two sliding drawers. The top changing table has a quilted vinyl pad, built-in safety straps, and a wall shelf unit. The recalled changing tables with steps were manufactured prior to December 1, 2000.
The affected units were manufactured between June 2001 and August 2001 and have production dates beginning with codes 0124 through and including 0131. The date codes are marked on the backside of the upper housing, below the red button. The recall includes Toro-brand Zmaster Z100 series riding mowers. They are red, equipped with 17 to 23 horsepower engines and have mowing decks from 44 to 52 inches. The mowers have independently controlled rear-drive wheels, front casters, and a centrally mounted mowing deck. The brand and model names (Toro Zmaster) appear on the front of the mower. Some of these riding mowers previously were recalled in March 2001. Even if consumers previously had their riding mower repaired, they need to contact Toro for this additional repair. Toro Timecutter Z and Wheel Horse residential duty riding mowers are not part of this recall.

The recalled screens are Wal-Mart Home Trends 2-Paneled Fireplace Screens with model number 500RR. The 500RR model screens have a light rust color and use standard Phillips-head hinge pins. The Dynasty gas ranges included in this program are all 30, 36, and 48-inch units with the model number DGRSC. The model number is located on the serial plate that is accessed by lifting the right hand cooking module from the range top. The brand name "Dynasty" appears on the front of the range. The installation of the anti-tip brackets will bring the recalled ranges into compliance with the stability test requirements of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z21.1 Standard for Household Gas Cooking Appliances. Some of these ranges were also involved in a separate March 2001 recall to repair a delayed gas ignition defect.
The soap making kit is sold in a cardboard box with model number 4054 or a plastic case with model number 4121 on the packaging. The model number is located on the upper right hand corner on the front of the packaging. Each kit includes bars of soap, molds, and a plastic cup to melt soap chunks.
Hikers are shortened-platform treadmills that operate at a speed of up to 6 mph. They can be set at an incline of up to 25 or 50 percent, depending on model, to simulate hiking up steep grades. The recall includes the NordicTrack Adventurer with model number NTHK9990 or 831.29897; NordicTrack Teton with model number NTHK2249; and ProForm TrailRunner with model number PFHK9990. The brand of these hikers is written on the console on the front of the equipment. The brand name, model name and model number are written on the front page of the equipment's user manual. The model number also is written on the hiker's serial number decal found on the left-front corner of the NordicTrack Adventurer and Teton units, and on the right side of the support base of the ProForm TrailRunner. Hikers with a sticker reading "KIT" located near the model number label have already been repaired.
The recalled units, which are installed in Atola-RN Boilers, were manufactured between December 1998 and December 2001. This is the entire production of these controls. (The controls do not have a date code that can be seen by consumers.)
The repair includes all ZX400, ZX410 and ZX440F security control panels experiencing "MEMORY ERROR" or "NO COM FROM CONTROL" errors and all ZX300 and ZX310 security control panels that are being monitored. The control panels are used mainly to guard against burglary but can be linked to smoke and fire alarms. The brand name "Moose" is printed on the front of the keypad.
The product included in the recall is "Nature's Valley, Women's Formula Multivitamin." The supplement was sold in a brown plastic bottle with a light yellow label. The bottles have UPC code "0 41163 27006 0" located on the back of the bottle The recalled product is packaged in containers of 60 tablets and have green screw-on caps. Only bottles with lot numbers IFA2750 and IFA2751 are included in the recall. The lot numbers are written vertically down the back of the bottle.

The recalled fondue pots are blue or white metal and have a black plastic ring that is attached to the upper rim of the fondue pot. The plastic ring includes two handles that allow for safe usage of the fondue pot. The fondue pot sits on a black, four-legged stand, which houses the burner. The fondue sets were sold under the brand names "Distinction by Trudeau" and "Trudeau Fondue Set."
The gray, two-wire power cord sets with a LS-7C connector were sold with the following HP printers: HP Deskjet 800 series and 900 series, HP Photosmart 1000 series, 1100 series, 1200 series, and 1300 series inkjet printers. The name "Longwell" is molded on the plug between the blades.
Rear-Engine Riding Mowers The recalled riding lawn mowers have 30" cutting decks. The mowers were sold under Murray, Murray Select, Craftsman and Wizard brand names. The brand name is printed on the front or side of the mowers. Model numbers can be found under the seat or on a nameplate on the rear of the mower. A nameplate under the seat of the mower displays the model number. Models involved in this recall are 309005X10, 309304X8 and 309306X89.
The recall includes all 1999 through 2001 model BikeE bicycles with 27- inch-tall seat backs, silver-colored seat frames with black mesh seat backs. "BikeE" is written on the frame of these bicycles. Recumbent BikeE bicycles with seat backs lower than 27 inches are not included in this recall. Seats with silver-colored rings around the black plastic clamps that attach the seat to the frame of the bicycle have been repaired or are not part of the recall. CPSC and BikeE announced the recall of 700 recumbent tandem bicycles on November 14, 2001, because the steerer tube on the front forks could separate.
All the recalled Dansk ice cream scoops are made of aluminum and have a 4.5-inch handle. They were sold in four styles: the plain 3.5- inch spade, the plain 2.5-inch scoop, the Penguin-shaped 2.5-inch scoop and the Snowman-shaped 2.5-inch scoop. Each of the scoops is silver colored. The plain scoop and plain spade have the word "DANSK" written on the handle. Ice cream scoops sold by Dansk with a black cap at the end of the handle are not part of this recall.
