The recall involves Holmes® models HFH6498-U, HFH6500-U and HFH6500TG-U and Bionaire® model BFH3530-U. The recalled heaters also have date codes beginning with 2604 through 3804 for all units, except for Holmes® model 6500TG-U, which has date codes ranging from 2604 through 4704. The model and date code can be found on the silver label on the back of the unit. The heater fans are 26 inches tall; come in all gray, two-tone gray, or black and gray; and have either the word Holmes® or Bionaire® printed on the front of the base.
The recalled strollers have an aluminum frame and a cloth seat with a sun canopy. The recalled single seat Speedster Deluxe stroller has model number 20050116 and serial numbers: S2000001D0504 through S2000500D0504 and S2000001D0505 through S2000100D0505. The recalled double seat Speedster Deuce Jogging strollers have model number: 20050216 and serial numbers: S3000001D0504 through S3000300D0504 and S3000001D0505 through S3000075D0505. Each stroller has a tag, located inside the child's seat compartment, which lists the model name and model number. A sticker on the rear frame lists the serial number.
The recall includes all American Classic aftermarket rear wheels and hubs, as well as the following 2005 bike models which use American Classic rear wheels or hubs: Fuji Team Super Lite (Team SL); Orbea Aletta, Onix, Lobular 50, Dama Race, Mitis and Mitis Dama models; Felt F55 and F2C; Fetish Cycles Road and Mountain Bikes; Argon 18; and Motobecane LeChampion SL. The recalled models were made at the start of January 2005 and the outside of the rear hub shell has a serial number that starts with the letter "S." The serial number is printed on the center of the hub shell opposite to the American Classic logo. Front wheels and front hubs are not included in this recall.
These are 2004 Epic T60 silver and gray colored treadmills with black handrails. They have model number EPTL81804 on a decal located on the front frame, near where the power cord enters the machine. "EPIC T60" is written on the hood of the treadmill.
The recall involves certain 2005 Cypress and Sedona model bicycles. The bicycles come in both men's and ladies' styles and vary in size between 14 to 21 inches. "GIANT" and "Cypress" or "Sedona" are written on the bicycles' frames. A serial number is written on the bottom bracket of the bicycle, located near the pedals. The recall includes DESA Heating Products 10,000 Btu Thermostatically Controlled Compact Classic Hearth Fireplaces that burn propane or natural gas. They have the following model names and number: Vanguard (VMH10TPC & VMH10TNC) and FMI (EFS10TPA & EFS10TNA). They have serial numbers between 015200000 and 017400000. The model and serial numbers are on the end of the shipping carton and on the model data tags inside the lower access door of the compact fireplaces.
The recall includes 2001 through 2005 Prairie and Brute Force Kawasaki ATVs. The following Kawasaki ATV models are included in this recall: Prairie 300, Prairie 300 4x4, Prairie 360, Prairie 360 4x4, Prairie 400, Prairie 400 4x4, Prairie 650 4x4, Prairie 700 4x4, and Brute Force 650 4x4. The model numbers can be found on the identification label located on the frame of the ATV. "Prairie" or "Brute Force" is printed on each side of the vehicle's gas tank.
The recall involves specific front and rear wheels of TidalForce S-750 High Performance Electric Bicycles. The electric bicycle can travel at speeds of up to 20 miles per hour. The bicycle frame comes in either Candy Apple Red or Silver Satin and has a "TidalForce" sticker on the down tube and an "S-750 High Performance Electric Bicycle" sticker on the top tube. The front wheel assembly contains the battery and the rear wheel assembly contains the motor. A bicycle identification number is located on a white bar-coded sticker, on the seat tube of the frame, directly above the front derailleur clamp. The recall includes Rival® Crock-Pot® slow cookers with model numbers 3040, 3735, 5025, 5070 and 5445. The model number is printed on the UL label located on the bottom of the base. The recalled Rival® slow cooker has a removable ceramic bowl that sits inside of a metal base. The Rival® logo is printed on the front of the unit above the control knob. The bases are round or oval shaped and were sold in various colors and designs. A date code is stamped on the side of one prong of the power plug. The first two digits represent the week of manufacture and the last two digits represent the year of manufacture. Any plug with a date code from 0199 (1st week of 1999) to 3504 (35th week of 2004) is included in this recall or the previous recall.
The recall includes model year 2005 Polaris "900 Fusion," "900 RMK," and "900 Switchback" snowmobiles with model numbers: S05PL8DSD, S05PM8DS(A)(B), S05PN8DS, S05PS8DS, S05PM8DS(A)(B)(C), S05PL8DS(A)(B)(C). The snowmobile model and serial number identification decal is located on the right-front side decal of the tunnel. The serial number is permanently stamped into the tunnel and the model number is embossed on the decal.
The recall includes all 2004-2005 Suzuki LT-V700F TwinPeaks™ ATVs. These ATVs are yellow or blue in color and have "TwinPeaks" written on the fuel tank.
This recall includes Sportcraft Tredex 6.0, TX 440 and TX 550 treadmills. These 155- to 170-pound motorized treadmills are gray in color and can be folded upright for storage. The name "Sportcraft" and product identification of "Tredex 6.0", "TX 440" or "TX 550" are printed on the control console of the treadmill.
The recalled children's folding chairs are made of metal tubing with a vinyl padded seat and seat back. They were sold with the following designs: "Monkey Moods" a monkey with stars, "Rock n Roll" with a monkey playing a guitar, "Princess" with pink flowers and a crown, "Sport" with a football, basketball and soccer ball, "Training Camp" with frogs, "Rainbow Angel" with clouds, rainbows and stars, Spiderman®, and Disney® Princess. The recalled chairs were sold as part of a set consisting of a table and two chairs. Each chair is about 22 inches high, 13 inches wide, and about 11 inches deep. "Idea Nuova Inc." or "I.N.I." is printed on a label located underneath the seat of the chairs.
The recalled children's folding chairs have safety locks under the seat. The chairs are made of metal tubing with a vinyl padded seat and seat back. They were sold in red, blue, yellow and green colors as a part of a set consisting of a table and four chairs. Each chair is about 22 inches high, 10 inches wide, and about 11 inches deep. "Meco" or "Samsonite" is printed on the label underneath the seat bottom.
The recalled kid's folding chairs are made of metal tubing with a vinyl padded seat and seat back. They were sold in red, blue, yellow, green, pink, and lavender solid colors. They also come in pink with "Princess" printed in red on the seat and seat back along with stars, crowns and hearts, or in blue with pictures of basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, football helmets, and rollerblades. The recalled chairs were sold individually or as part of a set consisting of a table and two chairs. Each chair is about 22 inches high, 13.5 inches wide, and about 11.5 inches deep. "MANUFACTURED BY FOURSTAR GROUP INC." OR "IMPORTED BY FOURSTAR INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPANY" is written on a label located underneath the seat of the chairs.
The recalled wooden Walker Wagon has a push handle and removable wooden stake sides. It is 22 inches long, 12 inches wide and 16½ inches high at the top of the handle. The Walker Wagon body is red and has the name "Radio Flyer" in white lettering on each side. The recalled Walker Wagons have black plastic clickers that make a clicking sound when the plastic wheels turn. The clickers are located between the rear wheels and the wagon. The Walker Wagon is intended for children 1 to 4 years old. The Walker Wagons with clear plastic clickers are not included in this recall.
These jackets are light blue denim with two breast pockets, a gray knit hood and gray knit sleeves. The buttons have "BABY" written on the front. A red and white "A" patch is sewn on the front, a blue "3" decal is on one sleeve and a red football is on the other sleeve. The recall included jackets sold in sizes 2 months through 18 months. Style number "432740" is written on the laundry care tag inside the jacket. "H&M" is written on the collar label.
This Alert involves all Kidde 10 lb. dry chemical fire extinguishers manufactured with a black plastic Zytel® nylon valve assembly and a steel cylinder, between 1991 and 2000. These units were the subject of Kidde Service Bulletin 007 issued on July 21, 2004. These units were designed for commercial and industrial applications, and the majority of these units were placed into service in factories, plants, businesses and other commercial locations, as they require service by a qualified Fire Extinguisher Distributor or Service Organization every 6 years. Some of these units are in use in residential settings. The affected extinguishers have a steel cylinder with a welded neck ring and are between 19 to 21 inches tall, as depicted in the image below. This Alert does not apply to Kidde's smaller 2 1/2 and 5 lb. residential fire extinguishers.
Aero bars are handlebar extensions typically used on racing and triathlon bicycles that either clip on to the handlebars or are sold as an integrated handlebar and stem system. The aero bars allow riders to ride in an aerodynamic crouching position. The recalled aero bars are an integrated system, having a cast aluminumm centerpiece, which is attached to a handlebar, a stem and two aero bars, each approximately 15 inches long, protruding in front of the handlebar. The VisionTech logo is displayed in gold lettering against a black background on the wings of the bar. Bicycle aero bars bearing a silver and red decal on the wings with the words "Vision by Full Speed Ahead" are not included in this recall.
The recalled Tiki® Cone Metal Torch is a 6-foot-long outdoor open-flame lamp consisting of a black metal pole topped by a copper-colored, cone-shaped metal head. A black decorative rod spirals around the head of the torch. The torch head includes the fuel reservoir, cover and wick. It was sold under Lamplight Farms model numbers 1263 and 126301 and Wal-Mart item numbers 1656121 and 1691366. Both items were sold with the same UPC number 086861012635, which is located on the bottom of the printed hangtag.
