The bicycle has a yellow and red painted flame pattern with a yellow fork and a sticker containing the words "Harley-Davidson" on the fork leg. The Aqua Scout Water Scooter is a hand-held, battery-powered product used to propel swimmers through the water. The product has a yellow or red plastic enclosure, a black plastic handle and propeller. There are no model numbers or brand name written on the scooter.
The recalled plastic inflatable arm band pool floats are bright orange on the outside and white on the inside with an inflation valve on each side. They are imprinted with a "Surf Club" logo, "CVS/pharmacy," and "Caution: This is not a lifesaving device. Do not leave child unattended while in use." When inflated, the arm bands measure about 8 inches long by 6 inches wide.
This recall involves DesignWare® child-size sunglasses with Sesame Street character decals. Sold in quantities of four, each package contains a yellow, blue, red and green pair of sunglasses. The bright green cardboard backer has the Sesame Street and DesignWare® logo on the front, and model number SUN-1219 on the back.
The recalled sunglasses are a solid red color and have dark plastic lenses. They were sold with either a navy blue toddler cap featuring the character Mickey Mouse or a light blue toddler cap featuring the character Stitch. Both toddler caps have red bills. The recalled sunglasses are attached to the bills of the caps by a red strap with a hook and loop fastener. "Walt Disney World®" or "Disneyland® Resort" is stitched on the back of the toddler caps. Other styles and colors of hats and sunglasses are not included in this recall.
The product is marketed under the brand name of Tile Perfect™ Stand'n Seal "Spray-On" Grout Sealer. The date/lot codes are printed on the bottom of the can. All cans with date/lot codes starting with the following six digits are included in the recall: A20985; A30985; A10995; A20995; A30995; A11015; A21015; A31015; A11025; A21445; A31445; A11455; A21455; A31455; A11465; A21465. Units with other date/lot codes have been reformulated and are not subject to this recall.
The recall includes Target's "Back Trails Jr." brand toddler, youth and child bicycle helmets sold in various colors. They were manufactured after January 1, 2004. Helmet model numbers: 89888 or 88003 (toddler), 89951 or 88001 (girl's 8-vent youth), 89952 or 88002 (boy's 8-vent youth), or 89917 (14-vent child's) appear on a white label inside the helmets, along with date of manufacture (YYYY/MM/DD) and the words "Made in China." Target product identification numbers: 082-01-0520 (toddler), 082-01-0149 (girl's 8-vent youth), 082-01-0189 (boy's 8-vent youth), and 082-01-0334 (14-vent child's) and the brand name "back trails jr.," appear on the product packaging.
The floor map game consists of a 6-foot by 5.5-foot vinyl Maptangle™ floor mat that has various multicolored geographic locations and landmarks painted on the floor mat and a set of 103 playing cards, consisting of corresponding geographic locations and landmarks. The object of the game is for a team of players to locate and place their feet on all of the landmarks and geographic locations. The game is age-graded for children 7 years and up. This recall pertains only to the floor mat and does not include any other components of the game. Floor mat map games with manufacture date codes are not subject to this recall.
Jenn-Air Outdoor Gas Grill Model Number 720-0100 NG, an outdoor gas grill with four main burners, a side burner and a rotisserie burner. It is made of stainless steel and is used with natural gas. Model numbers are located on the back panel of the grill. The brand name "Jenn-Air" is on a plate on the grill lid.
The recalled slings are made of 100-percent cotton fabric or 97 percent cotton/ 3 percent Lycra with two pieces of webbing holding the rings to the fabric. Solid natural color and five prints (Splash, Pink and Black Stripe, Pink and Brown Stripe, Pink Punch and The Hamptons) make up the lots included in the recall. A large white label sewn on the pocket of the slings reads "Zolo." ZoloWear slings should have three rows of stitching securing the webbing and fabric together. Some of the slings in these lots have short webbing, so only one row of stitching holds the webbing in place.
These 5-foot-tall Tiki® bamboo torches consist of a bamboo pole with a weaved basket at the top and a metal flame guard, which is a circular black piece that holds the wick in place and attaches to the fuel canister. The recall includes the Tiki® Beachcomber, Seagrass and Sandpiper model torches. The recall also involves replacement canisters that have the metal flame guards. Recalled units have the following UPC numbers: 086861010372 (Beachcomber), 086861013335 (Seagrass), 086861010457 (Sandpiper) and 076354995262 (Replacement Canister). The UPC number and the model name are written on the packaging or attached tag.
The recall includes toy boxes with manufacture date codes between November 2002 and July 2004 and the following model numbers and colors: 01520-331 - white, 01520-334 - cherry, 01520-33C - cognac, 01520-33L - oak, and 01520-33N - natural. The manufacture date codes, model numbers, and colors are located on a label underneath the toy boxes. The toy boxes measure 27 inches long by 18 inches wide and 17 inches high. The boxes are constructed of pine.
GeoDeck™ is a composite decking product that looks similar to natural wood and is sold in three colors, including: driftwood, cedar and mahogany. The decking materials were manufactured between April 2002 and October 2003. Each decking and railing component has a manufacturing date stamp (day/month/year) on the cut end, which may still be visible on uninstalled materials.
The carafe is a 10-cup capacity glass pot with a black, plastic handle. It is used with the West Bend Housewares 10-cup Automatic Coffeemaker (item # 56870). The 10-cup replacement carafe was sold separately (item # 5815). There is a four-digit date code printed on the bottom of the coffeemaker. Date codes beginning with 04 are included in this recall.
The stool is marketed under the brand name of GardenWood Furniture. The recalled pub stools include the Chelsea Pub Stools model numbers 986W and 986KFRS, as indicated on the outside of the box. Both stools are constructed with wood legs, seats, and back-rests. Seat height is 30 inches and was sold both unfinished (W) as well as in a clear, penetrating oil finish (KFRS). Units with Lot code #06222005 are not affected by this recall.
The watches are made of clear plastic with white snaps. The watch bands have clear glitter-filled liquid and colored liquid inside including pink, blue, red and yellow. The watch face is digital and measures about two inches in width. "Water Watch" and "Almar Sales Company" is printed on the original clear bubble packaging of the watches.
This recall involves Torelli Verona and Lugano Open Tubular bicycle tires with folding Kevlar beads, used to hold the tire to the rim. A red and white label on the sidewall of the Verona model has "Torelli Verona 700 X 23 100-130 psi Handmade Open Tubular" printed on it. A green and white label on the lower edge of the Lugano model has "Torelli Lugano 700 X 23 100-130 psi Handmade Open Tubular" printed on it. The tires are packaged in red and white boxes with the Torelli logo on the front.
The recall involves certain MAC-brand 14.4 Volt and 18.0 Volt 3/8-inch drive cordless drill/drivers. The 14.4 Volt units have part number CDD14438 or CDD14438-Kit and the 18.0 Volt units have Part Number CDD18012 or CDD18012-KIT. The part number can be found on the side of the drill near the logo.
This recall includes the Caroline Flower Baby Sandal with SKU number 140002069 sold in sizes 1 to 8. The SKU number is printed on the price tag above the bar code. The sandal has a white upper sole and a cork covered outer sole. A white decorative plastic flower is attached to the top of the front strap. The front and back strap have adjustable touch fasteners. The name "Gymboree" is printed in aqua on the sole of the sandal.
The above wheels were sold by Ritchey as wheel sets and as rear wheel only and as original equipment on 2004 model year Fuji and Motobecane USA bicycles and the 2005 model year Prestige road bike from Raleigh. The recalled wheels have high flange hubs measuring 60 milimeters in diameter and the hub body is straight between the flanges.
